Abstract: The surface alloying specimen was made from the steel 45 substrate overcoating by oxygen-acetylene flame spraying Fe-Cr-Ni alloy powder and laser remelting.The chemical heterogeneity was clearly observed on the transition zone between the laser melted zone and heat-affected zone by means of EPMA,AES and SEM.This heterogeneity is rather serious during high temperature tempering,so the decarburization on the transition zone side and the recarburization on the melted zone side were found.

Abstract: The Fe-Ni-Cr coating laver has been alloyed with 45 steel base metal by transverse.flow typeCO_2 gas laser of maximum output 5kW.The characteristics of the melted zone and the es-sence of the“bright band”has been investigated using the electron microscopy.The resultsshow that the“bright band”belongs to the melted zone and is a vertical section of the planecrystal,The width of the“bright band”equals the height of the plane crystal,which decreaseswith the increase of laser beam scanning rate and the decrease of laser power.This has beenexplained in terms of constitutional supercooling G/R.

Abstract: In order to improve the performances of CdZnTe γ-ray detector, it is key issue to get the crystal with high quality. Equilibrium partial pressures, PCd and PZn, over Cd1-xZnx melt were estimated based on thermodynamic relationship and then Cd0.9Zn0.1Te wafers were annealed under controlled Cd/Zn partial pressures provided by Cd1-xZnx alloy reservoir. The experimental results show that when CdZnTe wafers are annealed under the equilibrium partial pressures provided by Cd0.99Zn0.01 alloy reservoir for 5 days or more at 1073 K, the resistivity of the wafer can be raised by 6 times and IR transmittance raised by 10% or more, the size and density of Te precipitates are greatly reduced.Moreover, losing of Zn from the surface can be avoided, which leads to improvement of the Zn radial distribution.In addition, the relationship between the electrical performances of the wafers and different controlled pressures is also discussed.

Abstract: 概念格是一种优良的形式化分析工具,已经广泛应用于知识发现和数据挖掘中。在大量研究中概念格基于精确的形式背景,即二值背景,而在实际中,形式背景中的信息往往是模糊、不确定的。本文将“模糊”引入概念格,定义了属性模糊概念格和其上的截运算,在概念格结点级上定义了两模糊参数α和δ,提出了从模糊概念格提取不确定规则、计算规则支持度、置信度的原则、方法,并给出了一个实例。

Abstract: The effect of proportional and non-proportional overloading on mode l fatigue crack growth have been studied,and the influences of crack tip plastic zone,crack tip blunting as well as crack closure were discussed.Proportional(model I)overloading may cause more serious crack growth retardation than non-proportional(mixed mode)overloading.Therefore,for estimating the fatigue life of engineering structures to simplify a real overload which may of- ten be non-proportional as a proportional one is not always safe.

Abstract: Effect of Nb on microstructure and mechanical properties of chilled cast iron at room and elevated temperatures is studied in this research. The results demonstrate that the cast structure and mechanical properties of chilled cast iron at room and elevated temperatures are improved with the addition of trace amount of Nb. However, if Nb was added too much, the cast structure and mechanical properties of chilled cast iron would deteriorate. The suitable content of Nb in chilled cast iron is about 0.05% (mass fraction). Except the dissolution in the matrix of cast iron the excessive Nb will form Nb-rich phases in three morphologies. Those are lumpy NbC, complicated strip-like phase and compound with pearlite structure.

Abstract: The available experimental results have been summarized concerning the effect of grain size on minimum creep rate.There are two types of creep rate-grain size relations.One is that there is a criti- cal grain size above which creep rate is independent of grain size,below which creep rate increases with the decrease of grain size.The other is that there is an intermediate grain size at which creep resistance is optimum.The first relation usually occurs at higher temperatures(>0.5 T_m),and intermediate stress ranges,while the second relation at interme- diate temperature ranges(0.4-0.5 T_m)and higher stresses.For the two types of creep rate-grain size relations,the increase of the creep rates with the de- crease of grain size for small grain sizes is all due to grain boundary sliding.For large grain sizes,a dis- location climb mechanism is dominant in creep deformation for the first relation,while a Hall-Perch grain boundary strengthening effect is believed to play an important role by dislocation glide mechanism for the second relation.

Abstract: 本工作研究了比例(Ⅰ型)过载及非比例(复合型)过载对常幅Ⅰ型疲劳裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明:Ⅰ型过载所引起的裂纹滞后扩展效应远较复合型为强。因此,在估算疲劳寿命时将零、构件实际承受的过载(大都为非比例过载)简单地当作比例过载处理,可能会过高地估计寿命,带来不安全因素。文章从Ⅰ型及复合型过载所引起的裂纹钝化、裂端塑性区的形状、尺寸及裂纹闭合等方面讨论了它们对裂纹扩展滞后效应的影响。

Abstract: Mathematical simulation and experimental study for the influence of pulverized coal size on NO_x emission performance in a bench scale furnace have been done. The results show that there exists a critical diameter (dc). If ddc, the NO_x concentration reduces with the increase of the pulverized coal size. The concentration of NO_x is reduced for superfine pulverized coal whether in the oxidative circumstance or in the reductive circumstance. The quantity of NO_x released from superfine pulverized coal decreased obviously for lignite, but decreased little in some sort for anthracite. Overall reasonable agreement between the simulating and experimental results for NO_x release behavior is obtained.
