AVO characters of tectonic coal and its modeling research

Abstract: 瓦斯突出是当前影响我国煤矿安全生产的主要因素之一.由于不同性质的煤层其瓦斯突出的可能性不同,原生煤具有低瓦斯炙出可能性,构造煤瓦斯突出可能性较大,而具有软分层特征的构造煤其瓦斯突出的可能性极高.由于不同性质煤层间的岩性差异较大,构造煤的泊松比要比原生煤的泊松比大0.1~0.2.因此,不同煤层与其顶、底板岩性差异不同,从而其顶、底板反射波的AVO曲线存在较大差异.从而可以通过AVO分析技术探测瓦斯突出可能性较高的构造煤的分布,特别是具有软分层特征构的造煤的分布.通过这种方式可以为煤矿安全生产提供第一手的地质资料.但目前AVO技术是以石油工业为基础发展而来的,并不完全适用于煤系地层.通过对煤层顶、底板AVO曲线的对比分析,发现目前常用的AVO近似方程对煤系地层来说精度较低,严重影响AVO分析精度.本文通过对Zoeppritz方程及其主要近似方程的分析对比,提出了一种改进的Hilterman近似方程,从而极大地提高了煤系地层AVO曲线的近似精度,使高精度的煤系地层AVO分析成为可能.另外,通过对构造煤顶、底板AV0曲线的分析,发现构造煤底板反射波较复杂并不适合AVO分析,而其顶板反射波规律性较强有利于AVO分析.

Abstract: Coalmines in eastern China have been the level of deep mining. In high-productive & high-efficient coalmines, faults with about 5m throw and folds with about 5m range in coal seams need to be detected, spatial distribution of the subsided columns and mined areas need to be located, lithology of coal roof/floor, with close relation to hydrological and gas-bursting conditions, need to be determined. In this paper, geological exploration techniques used in deep coalmining are generalized, and three cases of detecting geological structure, locating fractured zones and predicting gas distribution, which different surveying methods are applied, are given.
Strain effects on the polarized optical properties of InGaN with different In compositions

Abstract: Strain effects on the polarized optical properties of c-plane and m-plane Inx1-xN were discussed for different In compositions (x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15) by analyzing the relative oscillator strength (ROS) and energy level splitting of the three transitions related to the top three valence bands (VBs). The ROS was calculated by applying the effective-mass Hamiltonian based on k. p perturbation theory. For c-plane InxGa1-xN, it was found that the ROS of | X > and | Y >-like states were superposed with each other. Especially, under compressive strain, they dominated in the top VB whose energy level also went up with strain, while the ROS of the | Z >-like state decreased in the second band. For m-plane InxGa1-xN under compressive strain, the top three VBs were dominated by | X >, | Z >, and | Y >-like states, respectively, which led to nearly linearly-polarized light emissions. For the top VB, ROS difference between | X > and | Z >-like states became larger with compressive strain. It was also found that such tendencies were more evident in layers with higher In compositions. As a result, there would be more TE modes in total emissions from both c-plane and m-plane InGaN with compressive strain and In content, leading to a larger polarization degree. Experimental results of luminescence from InGaN/GaN quantum wells (QWs) showed good coincidence with our calculations.

Abstract: By over ten years' developing of coal field 3-D seismic exploration,but the structural interpretation also is a key problem needing to be solved.With the developing of interpretation methods of 3-D seismic exploration,wavelet analysis,coherence technology,attribute technology,and image process have been used to improve interpretation's precision.Coal mine's seismic data has the character of high resolution and high S/N ratio,and it is a good benefit to do detail structural interpretation of 3-D seismic.Such as fault or cavern interpret.In this article,above wavelet analysis,coherence technology,attribute technology and other methods are combined together to improve two real coal 3-D seismic data's precision of structural interpretation.This interpretation includes of fine faults and little scale cavern.After structural interpretation,the outcome shows that combining above methods can advance structural interpretation's precision and reliability of coal 3-D seismic.

Abstract: 利用红外反射光谱研究了蓝宝石衬底上用金属有机物化学气相淀积方法生长的稀磁半导体GaMnN材料的晶格振动特性.并成功地将改进的遗传算法应用于其红外反射光谱洛伦兹振子模型参数的提取.通过与GaN薄膜的洛伦兹振子模型参数的对比研究发现,GaN掺入Mn后,ωTυ向高频方向移动,γ,ε∞和εs均增加,而ωLυ基本保持不变.文中同时分析和讨论了Mn对晶格振动特性的影响及介电函数变化的机理.

Abstract: Electrical characteristics of In0.05Ga0.95N/Al0.07Ga0.93N and In0.05Ga0.95N/GaN multiple quantum well (MQW) ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV-LEDs) at 400nm wavelength are measured. It is found that for InGaN/AlGaN MQW LEDs, both ideality factor and parallel resistance are similar to those of InGaN/GaN MQW LEDs, while series resistance is two times larger. It is suggested that the Al0.07Ga0.93N barrier layer did not change crystal quality and electrical characteristic of p-n junction either, but brought larger series resistance. As a result, InGaN/AlGaN MQW LEDs suffer more serious thermal dissipation problem although they show higher light output efficiency.

Abstract: InGaN/GaN MQWs, InGaN/AlGaN MQWs and InGaN/AlInGaN MQWs are grown on (0001) sapphire substrates by MOCVD. Membrane samples are fabricated by laser lift-off technology. The photoluminescence spectra of membranes show a blue shift of peak positions in InGaN/GaN MQWs, a red shift of peakpositions in InGaN/AlGaN MQWs and no shift of peak positions in InGaN/AlInGaN MQWs from those of samples with substrates. Differentchanges in Raman scattering spectra and HR-XRD (0002) profile of InGaN/AlInGaN MQWs, from those of InGaN/GaN MQWs and InGaN/AlGaN MQWs, are observed. The fact that the strain changes differently among InGaN MQWs with different barriers is confirmed. The AlInGaN barrier could adjust the residual stress for the least strain-induced electric field in InGaN/AlInGaN quantum wells.

Abstract: Eco-environment construction in the loess-hilly regions of Yangou Basin was used as a case to analyze investment structure and management of hi-speed,histrength eco-environment engineering in order to harness and optimize investment.Prediction and expectations of future construction investment in eco-environment are discussed.The results offer theoretic foundation for investment mechanism of eco-environment reconstruction in the middle-western regions,especially the loess hilly regions.
