Abstract: In the title compound, [Zn2I4(C4H8N4)2], the ZnII atom is coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral geometry by two N atoms from the triazole rings of two 4-amino-3,5-dimethyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole (admt) ligands and two iodide ligands. Doubly bridging admt ligands connect two ZnII atoms, forming a centrosymmetric dimer. Weak N—H...I and C—H...I hydrogen bonds play an important role in the intermolecular packing.

Abstract: The coordination geometry of the ZnII atom in the title complex, [Zn2(NO2)4(C6H8N6)2], is distorted octahedral, in which the ZnII atom is coordinated by two N atoms from the triazole rings of two symmetry-related 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)ethane ligands and four O atoms from two nitrite ligands. Two ZnII atoms are bridged by two organic ligands, forming a centrosymmetric dimer. Weak C—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds play an important role in the intermolecular packing.
On-line sample stacking for the analysis of glycyrrhiza flavonoids by anion selective exhaustive injection-sweeping micellar electrokinetic chromatography

Abstract: An on-line preconcentration technique which coupled anion selective exhaustive injection (ASEI)-sweeping technology with micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) was used to analyze three glycyrrhiza flavonoids (isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin and liquiritin) in medicine. The separation conditions were optimized in conventional MEKC. The sample matrix, injection time of water and injection time of sample were found to be the predominant influences on the glycyrrhiza flavonoids stacking. Under optimal conditions, the detection sensitivities were improved by 110, 120, 300 times for isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin and liquiritin, respectively. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.015, 0.014, 0.011mg/L for isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin and liquiritin, respectively. The recoveries were ranged in 90.6%~107% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 4.5%(n=3). This method was successfully applied for the detection of isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin and liquiritin in real samples.
Emergence of anisotropic heavy fermions in antiferromagnetic Kondo lattice CeIn3 revealed by photoemission

Abstract: One basic concept in heavy fermions systems is the entanglement of localized spin state and itinerant electron state. It can be tuned by two competitive intrinsic mechanisms, Kondo effect and Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida interaction, with external disturbances. The key issue regarding heavy fermions properties is how the two mechanisms work in the same phase region. To investigate the relation of the two mechanisms, the cubic antiferromagnetic heavy fermions compound CeIn3 was investigated by soft x-ray angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy. The hybridization between f electrons and conduction bands in the paramagnetic state is observed directly, providing compelling evidence for Kondo screening scenario and coexistence of two mechanisms. The hybridization strength shows slight and regular anisotropy in K space, implying that the two mechanisms are competitive and anisotropic. This work illuminates the concomitant and competitive relation of the two mechanisms and supplies some evidences for the anisotropic superconductivity of CeIn3.

Abstract: There were various problems in the determination of oil acid value of the national standard method, and this paper developed a low cost, simple and effective way to determine the acid value of oil and grease. Furthermore, the esterification of high acid Euphorbia lathyris L. oil (ELO) with methanol could be efficiently catalyzed by hydrochloric acid to produce biodiesel, and the influencing factors such as the amount of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and molar ratio of oil to methanol were also studied. Under the optimized conditions with the oil to methanol molar ratio of 1:30 and a reaction temperature of 70, 95.8% oil conversion was obtained within 40 min in the presence of only 2.0 wt% of catalyst. Therefore, the low-cost non-edible Euphorbia lathyris L. oil as a raw material had good potential for the synthesis of biodiesel in industry.
Experimental study on treatment of dacron short fibers wastewater by UASB-SBR process

Abstract: 分别采用水解酸化与好氧(SBR)、厌氧(UASB)与好氧(SBR)工艺对涤纶短纤维废水的生物降解性能进行研究。水解酸化与好氧工艺在进水COD为1 900 mg/L的时候,去除率在80%左右。采用UASBSBR工艺,进水COD为2 700 mg/L时,COD去除率可以达到96%,出水COD<100 mg/L。实验研究表明,涤纶短纤维废水更适合采用UASB-SBR工艺来处理,并且能够取得较好的效果。

Abstract: This paper presents the performance and characteristics of new-type sulfur tolerant shift catalyst QDB-04 and its industrial side-line test as well as the first-time industrial application in Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Shandong in China. The results show that the catalyst has high strength and strength stability, good low temperature activity and stability as well as low potassium bleeding ratio which well meet for the requirements of the methanol plant on catalyst performance in Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant.
A novel method of DNA shuffling without PCR process

Abstract: Most DNA shuffling methods currently used require PCR process. A novel method of DNA shuffling without PCR process is described, taking advantage of the feature of some restriction enzymes whose recognition sites differ from their cleavage sites, thus giving rise to different cohesive ends. These cohesive ends can be rejoined at their native sites from different parental sequences, generating new sequences with various combinations of mutations.

Abstract: The behaviour of hydrogen permeation and diffusion in amorphous alloy Ni68Cr7Si8B14Fe3 hasbeen investigated by an ultrahigh vacuum gas permeation technique. A comparison experimentwas carried out between the as-quenched and annealed States (400℃/2h) of the amorphousalloy. The results show that, for both states of the amorphous alloy in the temperature rangeof 200~350℃, the diffusivity and permeability of hydrogen are in agreement with Arrheniusrelationship, there does not exist H-trapping effect, and the activation energies of diffusion andpermeation almost keep the same.
