Fast Time-Varying Channel Model Research for Data Processing of Wireless  [PDF]
Huan Liu, Hanlin Chen
Advances in Pure Mathematics (APM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/apm.2015.58043
Abstract: With the complexity and uncertainty of mobile communication network environment, solving the classical mathematical analysis also becomes more complicated. The model tree of basis function method based on Fourier series is proposed in this paper. Model tree method is the improvement of regression tree analysis. Basis function applied here is four-order Fourier series. When the Fourier coefficients are calculated, the Gauss elimination method is implemented for solving equations. The complexity of the algorithm is n3log(n).
Simulation Model of Wireless Channel  [PDF]
Huan Liu, Hanlin Chen
Applied Mathematics (AM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/am.2015.68125
Abstract: The change of channel is caused by Doppler effect, and the degree of change is related to relative velocity in the condition of the certain carrier frequency. The multipath fading channel is independent of each other, whose amplitude obeys Rayleigh distribution and the phase obeys uniform distribution. The model of multipath time-varying transmission channel is built. Through the pro-cess of channel model building, the simulation results produced by the channel model verify the effect of the proposed model in the aspect of reducing test data. In a communication system, signal passing through the channel is involved with the process of digital modulation and demodulation. Binary sequence signal is modulated into a complex sequence in the process of modulation before the transmission in the channel, in order to accommodate the wireless channel transmission. With the increase of SNR, BER is overall slightly drops. However there exists violent fluctuation and it presents the random variation of details in the multipath channel. I employ the mathematical model of multipath time-varying channel, i.e. Jakes model to be simulated so as to compare with the AGWN channel in the same situation. Jakes model has the characteristics of the reference chan-nel compared with the AGWN. BER does not change with the increase of SNR significantly and coincides with multipath time-varying channel. The BER considerably decreases with the increase of SNR in the AGWN channel.

Huan Yan, Xuanlin Chen, Wanyu Chen
Creative Education (CE) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2018.913142
Abstract: Totem, as the national symbol, reflects a nation’s culture, spirit and traditional values. This paper, basing on a lot of reading on Sino-US cultural differences, will explore the Sino-US cultural differences from a totally new way, the different characteristics of the totems of the two countries—the Chinese dragon and the American Eagle, and the different values, ways of thinking and cultural traditions shown?by their totems respectively. This paper not only reveals the cultural differences between the two countries, more importantly, from the outside phenomenon to the inside nature, it finds out the underlying causes of these differences through comparative analysis. Hoping to enhance the mutual understanding between the two peoples and show the world that the Chinese people has always been a peace-loving nation since ancient time under the current situation that the Western countries strongly play up the theory of?China threat.
A Literature Review on the Relationship between Foreign Trade and Economic Growth
Huan Chen
International Journal of Economics and Finance , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ijef.v1n1p127
Abstract: Over the past years, the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth has been the debate of economic research in academe. On this issue, economists at home and abroad used the relative data of china and got different conclusions by different methods. At first, this thesis reviews the theories of the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth, and then sum up the main arguments of modern empirical economics. Finally, the author makes a brief comment and put forward some questions that should be explored in depth in this area. It provides a broader and more comprehensive perspective to the later researchers.
An Empirical Study of Chinese Inflation Time Lag
Huan Chen
International Business Research , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ibr.v2n1p42
Abstract: Based on the current serious inflation problem at home and abroad, this thesis uses the data of broad money supply and monthly price during 1998 to 2008 and makes an empirical study on Chinese inflation time lag. Through the estimation of the Polynomial Distributed Lags Model, the author concludes that: money supply’s change has significant time lag effect on price’s change, and the lag time is about half a year; the effect is durative and the time is around 5 quarters; the impact of the time lag effect increases at first and then decreases, and its structure is .
The Analysis of Simultaneous Multi-Equations Model on the Relationship between Trade and Economic Growth in China
Huan Chen
International Journal of Business and Management , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ijbm.v4n1p162
Abstract: Since reform and opening up, foreign trade has played an important role in promoting the development of China's market economy. The thesis based on the theory of econometrics makes analysis of simultaneous multi-equations model on the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth in China by the data of 1978-2007, and concludes that export indeed played an important role in promoting economic growth, and the positive effect of export exceeds the negative effect of import; the negative effect of import on the economy can be offset through affecting consumption which impacts on economic growth positively; china's economy will have more space for development because of the discover in the thesis that domestic demand has almost the same effect in promoting economy as export.
Biaxial Constitutive Model of Active Coronary Media Based on Microstructural Information  [PDF]
Huan Chen, Yunlong Huo, Ghassan S. Kassab
Engineering (ENG) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/eng.2013.510B069
Abstract:

Detailed morphological data of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) of coronary arteries were limited. The present study was to quantify dimensions and orientation of swine coronary VSMC and to develop a micro-structural constitutive model of active media. It was found that geometrical parameters of VSMC (length, width, spatial aspect ratio, and orientation) follow normal distributions, and VSMCs orientate towards the circumferential direction of vessels with oblique and symmetrical angles. A micro-structural model of media layer was developed to accurately predict biaxial active responses of coronary arterial media, based on experimental measurements. The present morphological data base and micro-structural model lead to a better understanding of biomechanics of muscular vessels.

Research on the Influence of Recommended Sources on the Adoption Intention in Online Shopping Environment  [PDF]
Haiquan Chen, Huan Wang, Li Liu
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2017.105033
Abstract:
The development of shopping website allows consumers to enjoy the convenience brought by the Internet, but too much commodity information makes consumers have no choice, thus the personalized recommendation come into being. A good personalized recommendation system can help consumers reduce the cost of information search and make quick purchase decisions. Correspondingly inappropriate recommended time nodes and recommendation information will cause consumer dissatisfaction, affecting the consumer’s shopping experience. This paper focuses on the impact of the recommended information sources in the personalized recommendation service on the adoption of consumer information. It also verifies the mediating and regulatory effects of perceived usefulness and cognitive complexity on the effect of recommended information on the adoption intention.
Ampullary Pyogenic Granuloma as a Complication of Lacrimal Plug Migration
Huan-Chen Hsu
Chang Gung Medical Journal , 2002,
Abstract: We present a patient with ampullary pyogenic granuloma caused by spontaneous migrationof a silicone lacrimal plug. A 43-year-old woman with severely dry eyes was treatedwith non-absorbable silicone punctal plugs insertion in both superior and inferior puncta.Irritation and purulent discharge gradually developed 3 weeks after implantation. A pink, fleshly ampullary lesion over the left superior punctum was noted later. The migrated siliconeplug was found close to the common canaliculus during surgery. Histopathologicexamination confirmed the diagnosis of pyogenic granuloma. A migrated lacrimal plugresulting in pyogenic granuloma is a rare complication. The treatment of choice is removalof the migrated plug as early as possible. Patients with lacrimal plugs insertions should beinformed of possible complications and should be followed up regularly for early detectionof plug-related problems.
