Abstract: The title coordination polymer, {[MnCl(C18H14N4O)2(H2O)]Cl·C3H7NO·H2O}n, obtained by the solvothermal reaction of BIDPE and manganese(II) salt in H2O/DMF (DMF is dimethylformamide), is composed of a chain of [Mn2(BIDPE)2] [BIDPE is 1,1′-(oxydi-p-phenylene)di-1H-imidazole] metallocyclic rings that exhibit inversion symmetry. The coordination about the Mn(II) ions is distorted octahedral with a MnClN4O coordination set. In the crystal, the polymeric chains are linked by O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network parallel to (100). A number of C—H...Cl and C—H...O interactions are also present.
Efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Mailuo Shutong Granule and Hirudoid cream for chronic venous disorder-induced pigmentation in lower extremities: a prospective, randomized controlled trial

Abstract: Background: Chronic venous disorder (CVD) of the lower extremities generally induces dermatologic complications in lower extremity skin, such as hyperpigmentation. If not treated effectively, the lesions may develop into severe outcomes, including dermal ulcer or necrosis.Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mailuo Shutong Granule, a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and Hirudoid cream (heparinoid), in treatment of patients with dermal hyperpigmentation of skin caused by CVD.Design, setting, participants and interventions: A total of 108 CVD outpatients with pigmentation from Department of Vascular Surgery, Shanghai Changhai Hospital were randomly divided into Mailuo Shutong group, Hirudoid group and combined therapy group, with 36 patients in each group. Patients in the Mailuo Shutong group and the Hirudoid group were treated with Mailuo Shutong Granule or Hirudoid cream, respectively, while those in the combined therapy group were treated with Mailuo Shutong Granule plus Hirudoid cream. They were all treated for 28 d.Main outcome measures: Before and after the 28-day treatment, area and average gray value of pigmentation lesions were measured and evaluated.Results: Thirty-three cases in the Mailuo Shutong group, 34 cases in the Hirudoid group and 31 cases in the combined therapy group were included for analysis. After treatment, area of pigmentation decreased and average gray value of pigmentation declined in all the 3 groups (P<0.05). The reductions of area and average gray value in the combined therapy group were more significant than those in the Mailuo Shutong group and Hirudoid group (P<0.05). There were no differences in improvement of pigmentation between the Mailuo Shutong group and Hirudoid group (P>0.05).Conclusion: These data suggest that both Mailuo Shutong Granule and Hirudoid cream can improve CVD-induced hyperpigmentation, and combined treatment of the two drugs results in better clinical efficacy.
Cluster-state preparation in thermal cavities without single-qubit operation

Abstract: A potential scheme is proposed for generating cluster states of many atoms in cavity quantum electradynamics (QED), in which an unorthodox encoding is employed with the ground state being qubit $\left\vert 0\right\rangle $ while two closely spaced upper states being qubit $\left\vert 1\right\rangle $. Throughout the scheme the cavities can be in thermal states but are only virtually excited. We show how to create the cluster states by performing a two-step but no single-qubit operation. Discussion is also carried out on the experimental feasibility of our scheme.

P2P Network Virus Detection Model Based on Immune Collaboration

Abstract: P2P provides the advantage of convenient resource sharing and direct communication, meanwhile, the virus obtains a more convenient spread and infection channels. A peer-to-peer network virus detection model based on immune collaboration was proposed. The nature of collaboration between peers was used to share the memory detector. The suspeeled virus database was established in the central peers to reduce the false rate and missed rate. In detector generation phase, an improved NSA based on double mature was proposed to reduce the redundancy of detector set. In virus deteclion phase, multi immune P2P virus detection algorithm can detect the unknown viruses. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm can reduce the number of detectors and improve the detection performance. Meanwhile, the memory detectors can be quickly shared by peers,so the security of P2P network is improved.

Abstract: Presently,the study which aimed at all kinds of distinction quantum is still weak. Though ICC standard had presented,yet the standard of distinction quantum between graphs which independent on the color I/O equipment is still in lack. Abstract: 研究了改进的基于SVM-EM算法融合的朴素贝叶斯文本分类算法以及在垃圾邮件过滤中的应用。针对朴素贝叶斯算法无法处理基于特征组合产生的变化结果,以及过分依赖于样本空间的分布和内在不稳定性的缺陷,造成了算法时间复杂度的增加。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种改进的基于SVM-EM算法的朴素贝叶斯算法,提出的方法充分结合了朴素贝叶斯算法简单高效、EM算法对缺失属性的填补、支持向量机三种算法的优点,首先利用非线性变换和结构风险最小化原则将流量分类转换为二次寻优问题,然后要求EM算法对朴素贝叶斯算法要求条件独立性假设进行填补,最后利用朴素贝叶斯算法过滤邮件,提高分类准确性和稳定性。仿真实验结果表明,与传统的邮件过滤算法相比,该方法能够快速得到最优分类特征子集,大大提高了垃圾邮件过滤的准确率和稳定性。

Combined Effect of Cameo2 and CBP on the Cellular Uptake of Lutein in the Silkworm, Bombyx mori

Abstract: Formation of yellow-red color cocoons in the silkworm, Bombyx mori, occurs as the result of the selective delivery of carotenoids from the midgut to the silk gland via the hemolymph. This process of pigment transport is thought to be mediated by specific cellular carotenoids carrier proteins. Previous studies indicated that two proteins, Cameo2 and CBP, are associated with the selective transport of lutein from the midgut into the silk gland in Bombyx mori. However, the exact roles of Cameo2 and CBP during the uptake and transport of carotenoids are still unknown. In this study, we investigated the respective contributions of these two proteins to lutein and β-carotene transport in Bombyx mori as well as commercial cell-line. We found that tissues, expressed both Cameo2 and CBP, accumulate lutein. Cells, co-expressed Cameo2 and CBP, absorb 2 fold more lutein (P<0.01) than any other transfected cells, and the rate of cellular uptake of lutein was concentration-dependent and reached saturation. From immunofluorescence staining, confocal microscopy observation and western blot analysis, Cameo2 was localized at the membrane and CBP was expressed in the cytosol. What’s more, bimolecular fluorescence complementation analysis showed that these two proteins directly interacted at cellular level. Therefore, Cameo2 and CBP are necessarily expressed in midguts and silk glands for lutein uptake in Bombyx mori. Cameo2 and CBP, as the membrane protein and the cytosol protein, respectively, have the combined effect to facilitate the cellular uptake of lutein.
