The Semantic and Behavioral Analysis of an Object-Oriented Petri Nets Model

Abstract: Based on the tight combination of Petri Net theory and Object-Oriented technology, a class of high-level Petri Nets named OOPN, i. e. Object-Oriented Petri Nets, is defined, with extensions to normal Petri Nets such as gates, place-token type mapping, polymorphous transitions and collective transitions. The basic definitions and graphical deno- tations are introduced. The semantic and behavioral analysis of OOPN is given. OOPN can be used as formal modeling tool for Object-Oriented System.
Risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus among multiparae

Abstract: 目的·探究经产妇发生妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)的危险因素。方法·选取2012年1月—2017年1月在国际和平妇幼保健院有连续2次分娩记录的经产妇。按照前次妊娠孕前年龄进行14配比,病例组116例,对照组464例。通过病史调取这些孕产妇的临床资料和口服糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)、血脂等生化指标。通过多因素回归分析计算校正比值比(odds ratio,OR)和95% CI,找出经产妇发生GDM的危险因素。结果·相比对照组,病例组孕产妇2次妊娠孕前体质量指数(BMI)增加(校正OR1.35,95% CI为1.07~1.69),前次妊娠OGTT 1 h血糖(校正OR1.99,95% CI为1.55~2.55)和2 h血糖(校正OR2.02,95% CI为1.51~2.70)越高,以及本次妊娠孕早期空腹血糖(校正OR1.96,95% CI为1.16~3.32)、总胆固醇(校正OR1.37,95% CI为1.06~1.77)和三酰甘油(校正OR1.53,95% CI为1.10~2.14)越高,发生GDM的风险越大。结论· 2次妊娠间BMI增加,以及血糖和血脂持续性增长是引起经产妇GDM发生的危险因素。
:Objective · To investigate the risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) among multiparae. Methods · Women who had two consecutive pregnancies records in the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital January 2012 to January 2017 were included into this study. The case group (116 cases) and control group (464 cases) were matched at the ratio of 14 according to the pre-pregnancy age in index pregnancy. Clinical characteristics, biochemical parameters including oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and lipid profiles were took into considerationvirtue of their medical records. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to compute the adjusted odds ratio (aOR) and 95%CI so as to identify the risk factors. Results · Compared with the control group, the case group was associated with greater body mass index (BMI) change between pregnancies(aOR1.35, 95% CI1.07-1.69), greater postprandial 1 h glucose load (aOR1.99, 95% CI1.55-2.55) and 2 h glucose load (aOR2.02, 95% CI1.512.70)at OGTT in index pregnancy, and greater first-trimester fasting plasma glucose (aOR1.96, 95% CI1.16-3.32), total cholesterol (aOR1.37,95% CI1.06-1.77) and triacylglycerol (aOR1.53, 95% CI1.10-2.14) in subsequent pregnancy. Conclusion · The elevated BMI change between pregnancies, the abnormal glucose and lipid profiles persisting index to subsequent pregnancy lead to the occurrence of GDM

Abstract: Acoustic wave and electromagnetic wave signals were recorded in the model borehole on the condition of different salinity by using the weak signal detection technology for investigating the seismoelectric conversion effect and exploring its potential application in well logging. The characteristics of the electromagnetic wave were analyzed by comparing with the acoustic wave. The results show that the electromagnetic wave is the converted electromagnetic wave induced by the acoustic wave when it propagates along the borehole. We found that the converted electromagnetic wave has symmetrical two dominant frequency crests in the spectrum. Pseudo-Rayleigh wave induces the seismoelectric conversion and radiates the converted electromagnetic wave in the borehole.
Numerical Study of Elastic Wave Propagation Characteristics in Cracked Rock  [PDF]

Numerical methods can provide extremely powerful tools for analysis and design of engineering systems with complex factors that are not possible or very difficult with the use of the conventional methods. In this paper, we use the 2-D boundary element method (BEM) program to model elastic wave excited by a point explosive source propagating in cracked rocks. As an example, we consider the typical crack distributions in rocks, both models for the real crack structure are also talked about. The elastic wave propagating in rocks with aligned cracks and parallel fractures is assumed. Effects of different crack parameters, such as crack scale length and crack density are analyzed. Numerical results show that the BEM is a powerful interpretive tool for understanding the complicated wave propagation and interaction in cracked solids.

Epigenetic silencing of MAL, a putative tumor suppressor gene, can contribute to human epithelium cell carcinoma

Abstract: MAL was significantly down-regulated in 91.7% of HNSCC specimens at the mRNA level as compared with adjacent normal tissues (P = 0.0004). Moreover, the relative transcript levels of the MAL gene were remarkably decreased by five-fold in nine HNSCC cell lines as compared with normal head and neck epithelium cells. MAL gene expression was restored in 44%, 67%, and 89% in HNSCC cell lines treated with TSA, 5-Aza-dC, and TSA plus 5-Aza-dC, respectively. Furthermore, bisulfate-treated DNA sequencing demonstrated that the two CpG islands (that is, M1 and M2) located in MAL promoter region were completely methylated in the HNSCC cell lines (CpG methylated ratio was more than 90%), and only one CpG island (that is, M1) was partially methylated in HNSCC tissues (CpG methylated ratio between 20% and 90%). A significant reduction in cell proliferation and a change in the cell cycle profile were also observed in MAL transfectants. Matrigel assay demonstrated that the invasiveness of HNSCC cells significantly decreased. A significant increase in the population of apoptotic cells was observed in MAL transfected cells. The exogenous expression of the MAL gene suppressed malignant phenotypes, while the cell death induced by MAL gene transfer was a result of apoptosis as demonstrated by the induction of cleavage of the poly (that is, ADP-ribose) polymerase. Additionally, tumor growth was suppressed in cells expressing MAL as compared with cells not expressing MAL.Our data suggest that the epigenetic inactivation of MAL, as a candidate tumor suppressor gene, can contribute to human epithelial cell carcinoma and may be served as a biomarker in HNSCC.Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), which is a type of epithelial carcinoma, is the sixth most common cancer in the world [1]. Abstract: Share of wallet is a key factor in Customer relationship management system (CRM) which is an important application of E-business. Research has found that share of wallet is an important indicator to measure customer loyalty and cus-tomer potential value. On the basis of the existent marketing literatures, this study analyzes the variables influencing share of wallet according the traits of the B2B market. This paper brings forward interrelated hypotheses and concep-tual model,then test the hypotheses with enterprises survey in the B2B market. Finally we use path analysis to find the principal factors influencing share of wallet and the relationships in them. The results of this research provide theo-retical foundation to upgrade CRM management level of the B2B enterprises, and there is a certain reference value to predict share of wallet in customer lifetime value’s (CLV) measurement.

Abstract: 采用生物信息学工具预测与实验相结合的方法得到了一个新的小鼠分泌蛋白基因mBolA1。该基因定位于染色体3F2,cDNA全长为730bp,编码137个氨基酸的蛋白,该蛋白含有一个保守的BolA结构域,等电点为9.05。用RT-PCR方法从鼠的混合cDNA库中克隆到mBolA1。Western blot实验表明mBolA1能从瞬转的COS-7细胞中分泌到细胞培养液中。亚细胞定位显示mBolA1定位于细胞浆,且与高尔基体不共定位,提示它是个非经典分泌途径的分泌蛋白。RT—PCR显示mBolA1在组织中广泛表达。它的具体功能有待进一步研究。

Abstract: The existence of the solution for a new system of generalized nonlinear mixed quasi variational inclusions with H-monotone operators is proved by using implicit resolvent technique, and the sensitivity analysis of solution in Hilbert spaces is given. Our results improve and generalize some results of the recent ones.

Abstract: Let ${\cal{C}}_1$ be the set of fundamental cycles of breadth-first-search trees in a graph $G$ and ${\cal{C}}_2$ the set of the sums of two cycles in ${\cal{C}}_1$. Then we show that $(1) {\cal{C}}={\cal{C}}_1\bigcup{\cal{C}}_2$ contains a shortest $\Pi$-twosided cycle in a $\Pi$-embedded graph $G$;$(2)$ $\cal{C}$ contains all the possible shortest even cycles in a graph $G$;$(3)$ If a shortest cycle in a graph $G$ is an odd cycle, then $\cal{C}$ contains all the shortest odd cycles in $G$. This implies the existence of a polynomially bounded algorithm to find a shortest $\Pi-$twosided cycle in an embedded graph and thus solves an open problem of B.Mohar and C.Thomassen[2,pp112]

Abstract: In order to solve the current difficulties of modeling for designing Intelligent Service Mobile Robot (ISMR), a new modeling method based on metasynthesis is proposed from the macro and micro levels. And the system analysis and design agent-oriented based on POMDP are provided in the same time. Finally, the two case studies are given and the experimental results have shown efficiency and rationality of this modeling method.
