On strongly prime $ Gamma $-near rings
C. Selvaraj,R. George
Tamkang Journal of Mathematics , 2008, DOI: 10.5556/j.tkjm.39.2008.33-43
Abstract: In this paper we prove some equivalent conditions for strongly prime
Subclasses of analytic functions with respect to symmetric and conjugate points
C. Selvaraj,N. Vasanthi
Tamkang Journal of Mathematics , 2011, DOI: 10.5556/j.tkjm.42.2011.87-94
Abstract: In this paper, we introduce new subclasses of convex and starlike functions with respect to other points. The coefficient estimates for these classes are obtained.
On integral operators of (p+alpha)-valent analytic functions
C. Selvaraj,G. Gandhimathy
International Journal of Mathematical Analysis , 2012,
Abstract:
Convexity preserving summability matrices
C. R. Selvaraj
International Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences , 1990, DOI: 10.1155/s0161171290000722
Abstract: The main result of this paper gives the necessary and sufficient conditions for the Abel matrices to preserve the convexity of sequences. Also, the higher orders of the Ces ro method are shown to be convexity-preserving matrices.
Library Management System using Biometric Authentication: A Study
Isravel C,Selvaraj R
Golden Research Thoughts , 2013, DOI: 10.9780/22315063
Abstract: This system is basically an application which enhances the communication between a library and its users, presently, almost all of the libraries are using Identity cards (ID Card or Smart cards) for this purpose like; photo-based, smart card based or RFID based etc. Biometrics can be used to identify the person. Tokens, such as smart cards, magnetic stripe cards, photo ID cards, physical keys and so forth, can be lost, stolen, duplicated, or left at home. Here, in our library scenario we have used an Biometric Finger Print Sensor. Acomputer that is connected to the micro controller unit determines the authorization and Access control rights. After the validation process is over, the user will be asked whether he is borrowing or returning any book. If he is borrowing the book the details like Date and Time of borrowing and the title of the book everything gets stored in the data base. While returning the book software will calculate the number of days the book has been borrowed, and fine if any etc.
Mechanical and Tribological Behavior of Particulate Reinforced Aluminum Metal Matrix Composites – a review  [PDF]
G. B. Veeresh Kumar, C. S. P. Rao, N. Selvaraj
Journal of Minerals and Materials Characterization and Engineering (JMMCE) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/jmmce.2011.101005
Abstract: Aluminum Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) sought over other conventional materials in the field of aerospace, automotive and marine applications owing to their excellent improved properties. These materials are of much interest to the researchers from few decades. These composites initially replaced Cast Iron and Bronze alloys but owing to their poor wear and seizure resistance, they were subjected to many experiments and the wear behavior of these composites were explored to a maximum extent and were reported by number of research scholars for the past 25 years. In this paper an attempt has been made to consolidate some of the aspects of mechanical and wear behavior of Al-MMCs and the prediction of the Mechanical and Tribological properties of Aluminum MMCs.
Some inclusion relationships for certain subclasses of meromorphic functions associated with a family of integral operators
C. Selvaraj and K. R. Karthikeyan
ACTA MATHEMATICA UNIVERSITATIS COMENIANAE , 2009,
Abstract: . We define a family of integral operators using multiplier transformation on the space of normalized meromorphic functions and introduce several new subclasses using this operator. We investigate various inclusion relations for these subclasses and some interesting applications involving a certain class of integral operator are also considered.
New classes of k-uniformly convex and starlike functions with respect to other points
C. Selvaraj and K. A. Selvakumaran
ACTA MATHEMATICA UNIVERSITATIS COMENIANAE , 2009,
Abstract: . In this paper we introduce new subclasses of k-uniformly convex and starlike functions with respect to other points. We provide necessary and sufficient conditions, coefficient estimates, distortion bounds, extreme points and radii of close-to-convexity, starlikeness and convexity for these classes. We also obtain integral means inequalities with the extremal functions for these classes.
