Abusive Supervision and Counterproductive Work Behavior: Moderating Effect of Negative Affectivity  [PDF]

Abstract: In this study, the methods of literature study and questionnaire research are used with foreign mature scale analysis technique. Employees in manufacturing enterprises are surveyed for data collection. Based on 321 valid questionnaires with correlation analysis and linear regression method, effective data collection is achieved and aimed to explore the relationship among abusive supervision, counterproductive work behavior and negative affectivity of the employees. The results showed: abusive supervision and counterproductive work behavior of employees has a significant positive correlation; negative affectivity of employees is an intermediary variable. The significance of the survey in practice is to encourage leaders of enterprises to improve their strategy of management and pay more attention to the mental health of the employees.

Abstract: The nature of information science (IS) as a discipline has been a matter of dispute almost since the day it was created. What is less controversial is the interdisciplinary nature of the IS field, which has close relationships with such fields as librarianship/library science, computing disciplines, communication, and cognitive science. Since 1990s, with the rapid development and widespread application of computing and information technologies, especially the Internet and WWW, the nature, territory and education of the IS field has been constantly changing, and is increasingly tied to Internet-based technologies and connected to knowledge management and data mining. The relationships between IS and computing disciplines are becoming more complicated than ever. In this paper the similarities and differences between IS, computer science, information systems, and information technology field are examined in terms of their definitions, major research topics, primary foci, practice areas for professionals, and educations. On the conditions to extend Ricci flow(II)

Abstract: We develop some estimates under the Ricci flow and use these estimates to study the blowup rates of curvatures at singularities. As applications, we obtain some gap theorems: $\displaystyle \sup_X |Ric|$ and $\displaystyle \sqrt{\sup_X |Rm|} \cdot \sqrt{\sup_X |R|}$ must blowup at least at the rate of type-I. Our estimates also imply some gap theorems for shrinking Ricci solitons.

Abstract: Along a Ricci flow solution on a closed manifold, we show that if Ricci curvature is uniformly bounded from below, then a scalar curvature integral bound is enough to extend flow. Moreover, this integral bound condition is optimal in some sense.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the behavior of Ricci flows on compact orbifolds with finite singularities. We show that Perelman's pseudolocality theorem also holds on orbifold Ricci flow. Using this property, we obtain a weak compactness theorem of Ricci flows on orbifolds under some natural technical conditions. This generalizes the corresponding theorem on manifolds. As an application, we can use K\"ahler Ricci flow to find new K\"ahler Einstein metrics on some orbifold Fano surfaces. For example, if $Y$ is a cubic surface with only one ordinary double point or $Y$ is an orbifold Fano surface with degree 1 and every singularity on it is a rational double point of type $\A_k (1 \leq k \leq 6)$, then we can find a KE metric of $Y$ by running K\"ahler Ricci flow.

Abstract: Introduction: Non-invasive methods that can predict sperm recovery in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) arouse interest of clinicians. The aim of this study was to evaluate the predictive value of sperm retrieval in NOA. Materials and Methods: In the retrospective study, fine needle aspiration (FNA) was performed on 306 patients with NOA at the department of andrology, Wuhan Tongji Reproductive Medical Hospital. Inhibin B, FSH and LH plasma levels were analyzed and sperms were retrieved in 67 of 306 cases (21.89%). Results: There were statistically significant differences between successful and unsuccessful sperm recoverygroups in terms of mean serum inhibin B, FSH and LH levels. The areas under the curve (AUC) of inhibin B, FSH and LH were 0.696, 0.729 and 0.747 respectively, and the AUC for the combined value of the three hormones is 0.832. The cut-off points were 27.31 pg/ml, 11.68 IU/L and 4.04 IU/L for inhibin B, FSH and LH respectively. Conclusions: This study suggests that the combined evaluation of inhibin B, FSH and LH is a more effective predictor for successful sperm retrieval in patients with NOA before decision making of an invasive procedure than any single factor.

Abstract:

Detailed procedures for the modeling of synthesis load models (SLM) of actual power network are presented, then the classification indices based on 1oad characteristics and the principle of load classification are expounded. Based on the results of general investigation of 220 kV and 330kV substations in China’s power grid, the load characteristics are classified, and detailed load characteristic investigation of selected different kinds of typical substations are carried out. By use of statistical synthesis, the SLM for typical substations, in which the distribution networks are taken into account, are built; and the modeling results are disseminated and applied to whole Chinese power grid. Besides, the load model parameters are evaluated and verified via post-disturbance simulation method. The effectiveness of the built SLM is validated by the fitting of some disturbance incidents.

Recognition Method Based on Wigner-Hough Transform for Poly-Phase Code Radar Signal  [PDF]

Abstract:
In order to solve the recognition of polyphase code radar signal, this paper gives two methods based on Frank code, i.e. the high-order spectrum recognition method and the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) method, by analyzing the micro characteristics of polyphase code signals in time and frequency domain respectively. And a recognition algorithm based on Wigner-Hough transform (WHT) is developed in this paper. We verify the validity of each method by computer simulation and give relative merits and demerits. A set of results demonstrate that the algorithm based on Wigner-Hough transform has better recognition performance in low signal-to-noise (SNR) than others.

Abstract:
With the new system radar put into practical use, the characteristics of complex radar signals are changing and developing. The traditional analysis method of one-dimensional transformation domain is no longer applicable to the modern radar signal processing, and it is necessary to seek new methods in the two-dimensional transformation domain. The time-frequency analysis method is the most widely used method in the two-dimensional transformation domain. In this paper, two typical time-frequency analysis methods of short-time Fourier transform and Wigner-Ville distribution are studied by analyzing the time-frequency transform of typical radar reconnaissance linear frequency modulation signal, aiming at the problem of low accuracy and sen-sitivity to the signal noise of common methods, the improved wavelet transform algorithm was proposed.

Abstract: Image super-resolution (SR) reconstruction is to reconstruct a high-resolution (HR) image from one or a series of low-resolution (LR) images in the same scene with a certain amount of prior knowledge. Learning based algorithm is an effective one in image super-resolution reconstruction algorithm. The core idea of the algorithm is to use the training examples of image to increase the high frequency information of the test image to achieve the purpose of image super-resolution reconstruction. This paper presents a novel algorithm for image super resolution based on morphological component analysis (MCA) and dictionary learning. The MCA decomposition based SR algorithm utilizes MCA to decompose an image into the texture part and the structure part and only takes the texture part to train the dictionary. The reconstruction of the texture part is based on sparse representation, while that of the structure part is based on more faster method, the bicubic interpolation. The proposed method improves the robustness of the image, while for different characteristics of textures and structure parts, using a different reconstruction algorithm, better preserves image details, improve the quality of the reconstructed image.
