La Orden del Caballero Bondi
Barreto,Willians;
Interciencia , 2009,
Abstract: the direct and indirect relationship between the british physicist originally from austria, sir hermann bondi, and venezuelan physics are presented. special emphasis is made of his most remarkable human qualities, nobility and humbleness, besides his important contribution to general relativity and to the european science agencies. self-declared as a staunch disciple of popperian philosophy, bondi defended the "hard and dirty" physics against the "immaculate and beautiful" physics. attention is focused on two cornerstones of bondi?s work, followed thoroughly by luis herrera and disciples in venezuela.

Barreto,José;
Análise Social , 2007,

Cidadania, subjetividade e Reforma Psiquiátrica
Barreto, Jubel;
Physis: Revista de Saúde Coletiva , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S0103-73312008000200006
Abstract: the present work aims to revive discussions on the relationship between citizenship and subjectivity as a means to enrich the comprehension on this theme, one of the psychiatric reform's main objectives. this discussion in brazil is especially meaningful as it is quite explicit. this work is targeted to bring back the concept of citizenship in its own origin at the same time as it follows the trajectory of this concept along with the idea of subjectivity, based on many writers' papers but mainly on hannah arendt's thesis on the constitution of politics. the author intends, in the conclusion, to show that the notions of rehabilitation and of empowerment currently assumed on the psychiatric reform politics can be profitably reviewed within the assistance frame and with considerable ethical benefits.
Barreto,Maribel;
Revista Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales, Ni?ez y Juventud , 2011,
Abstract: in studies carried out in early education, it is not common that both male and female researchers describe either methodological and ethical dilemmas that they encounter while doing their work or the way they perceive both boys and girls in the course of their research. this article aims at starting a discussion that will help to solve this problem by presenting the ethical and methodological consideration from a study where boys and girls with ages ranging from four to six years were recognized as participants and social agents, capable of communicating their opinions and perspectives.
DIVERSIDAD Y ESTRUCTURA GENéTICA DE TRES POBLACIONES AFRODESCENDIENTES DEL SUROCCIDENTE COLOMBIANO UTILIZANDO 8 STRa€ s
Barreto Guillermo
