A Web Smart Space Framework for Intelligent Search Engines
M. Asif Naeem,Noreen Jamil
International Journal of Emerging Sciences , 2011,
Abstract: A web smart space is an intelligent environment which has additional capability of searching the information smartly and efficiently. New advancements like dynamic web contents generation has increased the size of web repositories. Among so many modern software analysis requirements, one is to search information from the given repository. But useful information extraction is a troublesome hitch due to the multi-lingual; base of the web data collection. The issue of semantic based information searching has become a standoff due to the inconsistencies and variations in the characteristics of the data. In the accomplished research, a web smart space framework has been proposed which introduces front end processing for a search engine to make the information retrieval process more intelligent and accurate. In orthodox searching anatomies, searching is performed only by using pattern matching technique and consequently a large number of irrelevant results are generated. The projected framework has insightful ability to improve this drawback and returns efficient outcomes. Designed framework gets text input from the user in the form complete question, understands the input and generates the meanings. Search engine searches on the basis of the information provided.

International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences , 2012,
Abstract: Primary objective of the study was to compare the performance of in-service promoted and commission selected subject specialists of higher secondary schools. Twenty one higher secondary schools were randomly selected from three districts including Dera Ismail Khan, Lakki Marwat and Bannu of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Students, subject specialists and head teachers of these schools were the respondents of the study. Co-efficient of variation (C.V) and “t” test were applied to analyze the data at 0.05 level of significance. It was concluded that the performance of commission selected subject specialists was better than the in-service promoted subject specialists regarding assessment of the students. Provincial public service commission selected subject specialists were referred as direct selected subject specialists in BPS-17. In-service promoted subject specialists were the secondary school teachers (SST) working in BPS-16 after acquiring master degree in their relevant field and spending a specific period in education promoted as subject specialists.

Abstract: This study is an academic attempt to determine the revolutionary change(s) that the teaching as a profession and skill, has undergone over the past decade. Recent researches about the teacher haveinvestigated his true role and potential. Through an extensive review of literature it was made clear that concept of quality teaching is based on common sense level of the teacher, self efficacy, knowledge of subject matter and mastery over communication technology. These qualities are among the factors that contribute to the kind of learning process which makes a difference. Results indicated that quality of student learning outcomes is directly dependent on the quality of the teacher and without any doubt the quality of pedagogy straight and strongly affects the quality of learning. Quality teaching has the power to overturn the disadvantage. Improvement in standard of education is possible if we manage for teachers who could work for quality assurance and this is the only reliable source of variance which is required.

Abstract: This study was conducted to assess percept of stakeholders about risk management in the process of change for organizational success. The stakeholders encompassed Administrators, Teachers and Parents. Stratified sampling technique was applied for selection of sample population. The respondents were supposed to respond to predetermined queries about application and decisions making processes to address the risk(s) before its materialization in the educational institutions. It was learnt that percept of the stakeholders is quite clear about risk management and a strong relationship prevails among risk management, proper planning, taking mitigation and contingencyactions, reviewing the plans, goals and decisions from time to time to achieve the objectives skillfully and keeping a record of the past activities and events. However, responses of teachers and parentsrevealed that the administrators were ruthless to claim that they remain alert to advantages and disadvantages of proper use of financial resources, believe in the crises management, follow welldefined procedures and properly direct the team on daily tasks to control the risk.

Teaching is considered to be the noblest of all the profession. It is termed as the profession of the prophets. A person serving in any profession must have Positive attitude and competence in his profession. Journal of Modern Physics (JMP) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/jmp.2011.21002
Abstract: The Plasma internal energy is not conserved on a magnetic surface if nonlinear flows are considered. The analysis here presented leads to a complicated equation for the plasma internal energy considering nonlinear flows in the collisional regime, including viscosity and in the low-vorticity approximation. Tokamak equilibrium has been analyzed with the magnetohydrodynamics nonlinear momentum equation in the low vorticity case. A generalized Grad–Shafranov-type equation has been also derived for this case.
