Abstract: Classification of tall-forb vegetation of the Altai using the Braun-Blanquet approach was carried out on the basis of a wide ranging set o[ data from different altitudinal belts. Three main phytosociological types of the tall-forb communities were distinguished within the class MulgedioAconitetea, order Tmllio - Crepidetalia due to performed syntaxonomic analysis. The thermophilous tall-forb communities occurring in the subnemoral belt at altitudes of 259-700 m were included in the alliance Cacalio hastatae - Aconition septentrionalis all. nova. The montain tall-forb meadows of the dark-coniferous taiga belt (altitudes of 800-1700 m) were included in the alliance Triseto sibiricae-Aconirlon septentrionalis all. prov. The moderately cryophilous subalpine tall-forb communities widespread at the upper boundary of the forest belt at altitudes of 1000-1900 m were included in the alliance Rhaponticion carthamoidis. Altaian tall-forb vegetation shows a distinct phytosociological and plant geographical unity with European subalpine communities but the closeness of the floristic relations varies in certain altitudinal groups. Most thermophilous tall-forb Siberian meadows of the alliance Cacalio-Aconition which occur at lower altitudes demonstrate strong plant geographical relations with North and Central European meadows of the Adenostyletalia. Gradual decrease of the European floristic relations in the Altaian tall-forb meadows at higher altitudes is shown.
On asymptotically efficient statistical inference on a signal parameter

Abstract: We consider the problems of confidence estimation and hypothesis testing on a parameter of signal observed in Gaussian white noise. For these problems we point out lower bounds of asymptotic efficiency in the zone of moderate deviation probabilities. These lower bounds are versions of local asymptotic minimax Hajek-Le Cam lower bound in estimation and the lower bound for Pitman efficiency in hypothesis testing. The lower bounds were obtained for both logarithmic and sharp asymptotic of moderate deviation probabilities.
On distinguishability of hypotheses

Abstract: We consider the problems of hypothesis testing on a probability measure of independent sample, on solution of ill-posed problem, on deconvolution problem and on Poisson mean measure. For all these setups necessary conditions and sufficient conditions are given for distinguishability of sets of hypothesis. In the case of hypothesis testing on a probability measure and on Poisson mean measure the results are given in terms of weak topology and topology of weak convergence on all Borel sets. The problem of discernibility of hypothesis is also studied. In other cases the necessary and sufficient conditions of distinguishability are given if the sets of hypotheses are bounded sets in $L_2$.
On Consistent Hypothesis Testing

Abstract: This paper explores conditions of existence of different types of consistent tests. New links of these types of consistency are also established. The existence of discernible (strong consistent) tests follows from the existence of pointwise consistent tests. If there are consistent tests, then the set of alternatives can be represented as countable union of nested subsets such that there are uniformly consistent tests for the hypothesis and each of this subset of alternatives. Implementing these results we explore both sufficient conditions and necessary conditions for existence of consistent, pointwise consistent, uniformly consistent and discernible tests for hypothesis testing on a probability measure of independent sample, on a mean measure of Poisson process, on a solution of linear ill-posed problems in Gaussian noise, on a solution of deconvolution problem and for the problem of signal detection in Gaussian white noise. In the last three cases the necessary conditions and sufficient conditions coincide.
The Sharp Lower Bound of Asymptotic Efficiency of Estimators in the Zone of Moderate Deviation Probabilities

Abstract: For the zone of moderate deviation probabilities the local asymptotic minimax lower bound of asymptotic efficiency of estimators is established. The estimation parameter is multidimensional. The lower bound admits the interpretation as the lower bound of asymptotic efficiency in confidence estimation.
A moderate deviation principle for empirical bootstrap measure

Abstract: We prove two Large deviations principles (LDP) in the zone of moderate deviation probabilities. First we establish LDP for the conditional distributions of moderate deviations of empirical bootstrap measures given empirical probability measures. Second we establish LDP for the joint distributions of empirical measure and bootstrap empirical measures. Using these LDPs, similar LDPs for statistical differentiable functionals can be established. The LDPs for moderate deviations of empirical quantile processes and empirical bootstrap copula function are provided as illustration of these results.

The article considers one of the possible approaches to the solution of an urgent issue of metal consumption reduction, increase of operating life and maximum operating temperature as well as reduction of irrecoverable losses of platinum products and alloys when operating under high temperature conditions, particularly for glassblowing and single crystal growing crucibles. A two-layered composite material based on platinum-group metals and corundum plasma ceramics is thoroughly investigated. A successful experience of crucibles exploitation, designed for production of high temperature optical glasses from the composite and results of the research on composite material specimens are described.

Abstract: Classification of northern boreal dark coniferous forests in the West Siberian plain was developed using the Braun-Blanquet approach. In the northern part of the West-Siberian plain, boreal coniferous forests occur at the northern limit of their range characterized by cold continental climate and prevalence of long-frozen, poorly drained soils in watersheds. All syntaxa were assigned to the class Vaccinio-Piceetea Br.-Bl. in Br-Bl., Siss. & Vlieger 1939, order Piceetalia excelsae Paw . in Paw ., Soko owski & Wallisch 1928. Association Rubo arctici-Abietetum sibiricae ass. nova hoc loco was included in the alliance Aconito rubicundi-Abietion sibiricae Anenkhonov et Chytry 1998. Association Pino sibiricae-Abietetum sibiricae ass. nova hoc loco was included in the provisional alliance Pino sibiricae-Abietion sibiricae. Some problems of the syntaxonomic status of north-boreal dark-coniferous forests are disscused.

Abstract: The problem of classification and ordination of forest meadows in Southern Siberia are discussed on the basis of geographically wide ranging set of data. The classification of the meadows has been carried out using Braun-Blanquet approach. DCA ordination using DECORANA was carried out for elucidation of various macro-ecological and phytosociological regularities of the meadows. Siberian forest meadows were included in the order Carici macrourae-Crepidetalia sibiricae prov. of the class Molinio-Arrhenatheretea. They are both a stage of the natural succession and the first stage of the anthropogenic replacement of zonal hemiboreal forests caused by clearing of later stages as well as subsequent moderate grazing and mowing. The strong disturbance of the forest meadows over a long period results in their replacement by widespread anthropogenic types of the Arrhenatheretalia meadows.
