Abstract: Hydroesterification process has been presented biodiesel production from oil the green microalga Nannochloropsis oculata raw materials. Biodiesel studied in this work is the main product got from the hydroesterification of biomass the Nannochloropsis oculata and was obtained from esterification of fatty acid (product of a hydrolysis reaction) with methanol. It was used as catalyst the niobic acid pure and supported on δ-aluminum. The product was evaluated by gas chromatography and other analyses. The optimum conditions found in the conversion (%) for the hydrolysis reactions of the biomass (92.3%). Better results were observed in the algae concentration 20%, lead at 300?C with 20% of catalyst. For esterification of fatty acids of Nannochloropsis oculata (92.24%), were observed the molar ratio methanol: fat acid 3, lead at 200°C with 20% of catalyst supported.

Natural Science (NS) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/ns.2011.37074
Abstract: Hydrolysis reactions are of major importance to the oleochemical industry in the production of fatty acid and their derivates. Hydrolysis of triglyceride from vegetable oil has been studied under various parameters such as: heterogeneous catalyst, temperature, reaction time and agitation speed. During the hydrolysis of soybean oil and tallow using nickel catalysts on alumina support was verified that the glycerol produced worked as hydrogen donor, allowing the hydrogenation of unsaturated fatty acids produced. Maximum conversion was achieved in 3 hours, catalysts 25% NiO/Al2O3, temperature of 250oC and 270oC and 250 rpm.
Morbilidad por cuerpo extra?o en esófago

MEDISAN , 2010,
Abstract: a descriptive and cross-sectional study of some clinical aspects related to morbidity due to a foreign body in the esophagus of 118 patients enrolled during 2008 at the otolaryngology service in ¨saturnino lora¨ clinical surgical hospital from santiago de cuba was carried out, in which case main variables such as age, gender, foreign body's type and location, clinical manifestations, complications, and tests made to detect it were considered. suspicion of its presence in this membranous muscular duct (mainly fishbones and other kinds of bones) was frequently observed in the upper-third region of young men. disphagya, syalorrhea, and retrosternal pain, although in less proportion, were the most common symptoms. they were totally related to the location where the foreign body was lodged. perioesophagitis became the most common complication, mainly in those persons who took time to go to see a doctor. x-rays exams greatly confirmed diagnosis, particularly esophagoscopy.
Morbilidad por cuerpo extra o en esófago Morbidity due to a foreign body in the esophagus

MEDISAN , 2010,
In No-Man’s Land. Community, Identities and Moral Lives in Depopulated Settings in the North of Spain  [PDF]

Advances in Applied Sociology (AASoci) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/aasoci.2011.11002
Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study the different ways depopulation is reflected from moral or ethical perspectives of geographical thinking. The objective here is to determine how moral lives (that reflect different opinions about the situational justice, spatial-environmental identity, affective morality and individual trajectory) are maintained in depopulated regions. It has been acknowledged that socio-cultural traditions in each space orientate the moral construction of depopulation, both in relation to socio-ecological repercussions, and also to construction of the community, or in processes of intra or extra-area socio-political negotiation. Some case studies are presented which have been analysed from a qualitative methodological approach, which considers residence in the area, systematic observations and semi-structured interviews.

Endoscopic Staging and Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer  [PDF]
Angel Ferrández, Sonia Mostacero, Angel Lanas
Journal of Cancer Therapy (JCT) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/jct.2013.41A013
Abstract:

Gastric cancer is the most common cancer worldwide and it is often diagnosed in an advanced stage. In countries where screening endoscopy is performed widely, early detection is possible. In fact, early gastric cancer incidence is increasing during the last years worldwide and screening could be a major factor in such increase. In the past, the standard treatment of gastric cancer was surgical resection; however, the endoscopic treatment has increased due to advances in the instruments available and clinician experience. In fact, endoscopic resection has become one of the greatest advances in EGC treatment. It is the standard treatment in most of the cases because early gastric cancer is associated with a low rate of lymph node metastasis and a high survival rate. Endoscopic Mucosal Resection and more recently Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection are the two main developed procedures. Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection achieves a higher rate of en-bloc resection, complete resection, curative resection and lower local recurrence compared with Endoscopic Mucosal Resection group. The disadvantages associated with Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection, such as higher perforation rates and longer procedure time, will probably improve as the endoscopists experience increases and new endoscopic tools are developed. The aim of this paper is to review the management of EGC with a special focus on endoscopic detection, staging, therapy, surveillance, and prevention.
