Timisoara Physical Education and Rehabilitation Journal , 2009,
Abstract: The metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a distinctive phenotype associated with an increased risk of vascular disease. The aim of thestudy was to investigate the influence of physical activity at patients with SM and subclinical atherosclerosis. Subclinicalatherosclerosis was assessed by flow mediated vasodilation (FMD) by brachial artery in 116 participants with MetS withoutclinical changes of cardiovascular disease; on B-mode ultrasound images, with the use of a 10 MHz linear-array transducer interms of fasting for 8 hours. The MetS was defined according to the IDF criteria. Endothelial dysfunction was diagnosed if flowmediateddilatation was less than 10%. A group of 38 from the 116 participants underwent a six months program of moderatephysical activity. The mean FMD by patients with lake of activity was 3.15% and of the patients with physical activity was6.85% (p<0.001). Patients with metabolic syndrome have suclinical atherosclerosis; with increased endothelial dysfunction.Physical activity on a short term of six months decreased the endothelial dysfunction. Severe impaired endothelial function wasnoticed by patients without physical activity.
CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF MARKETING STRATEGIC PLANNING SPECIFIC TO PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS
Barbu Andreea Mihaela,Ionescu Florin Tudor
Annals of the University of Oradea : Economic Science , 2012,
Abstract: In public services, the political component of the marketing environment has a major importance, as all decisions adopted within central administration influence both the objectives and measures implemented by units of local government and other public service providers. Any discontinuity in the activity of such entities might result in neglecting the real needs of citizens and slowing the reform process in the public sector. Therefore, all initiatives of public organizations must have a unitary goal and integrate harmoniously within a single process. A tool from the management-marketing literature that both contributes to this purpose and leads to an increased customer satisfaction and organizational performance is strategic marketing planning. This paper presents, firstly, requirements and particularities of this process in the public sector, focusing on the need for bottom-up planning, meaning from the functional levels of public service organizations, to the corporate level, where strategic decisions are taken. To achieve this goal, there should be included in the planning process the clients and other audiences, which can provide useful information about the services they want, the quality or the accessibility thereof, and news about the services they need in the future. There are also mentioned the factors that can influence the quality of strategic marketing planning in public services domain: the importance of marketing within the organization, marketing knowledge of employees in marketing departments and/or of management personnel, the efficiency of activities within the organization, and the manager ¢a a ¢s marketing vision. In the final part of the paper there are presented the stages of the conceptual model of strategic marketing planning in public services field: (1) accepting the idea of bottom-up planning, (2) avoid or eliminate discrepancies between measures taken at high levels and executions carried out at operational levels, (3) formation of work teams, setting tasks of members and appointment of a coordinator, (4) data collection, (5) establishment of strategic alternatives, based on information gathered from the market, (6) choosing the optimal strategy, which will lead to achieving the objectives set in an earlier phase and (7) establish and implement marketing programs.

COLLECTIVE BARGAINING – WAY OF PREVENTING LABOR DISPUTES
ADRIANA ELENA BELU,ANDREEA DIANA PAPA
Challenges of the Knowledge Society , 2011,
Abstract: Labor disputes are triggered, in most cases, by claims of economic or professional interests. Employees may have the belief that they are frustrated due to the granting of rights, ensuring optimal labor conditions or compliance with the terms of the collective agreement, becoming thus concerned about claims or even the onset of labor disputes. Through collective bargaining, these conflictive guidelines can be prevented or resolved at the optimum time.
THE EXECUTION INSTANCE OF THE JUDICIAL JUDGEMENTS SENTENCED IN THE LITIGATIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE CONTENTIOUS
ADRIANA ELENA BELU,ANDREEA DIANA PAPA
Challenges of the Knowledge Society , 2012,
Abstract: The instance which solved the fund of the litigation rising from an administrative contract differs depending on the material competence sanctioned by law, in contrast to the subject of the commercial law where the execution instance is the court. In this matter the High Court stated in a decision1 that in a first case the competence of solving the legal contest against the proper forced execution and of the legal contest that has in view the explanation of the meaning of spreading and applying the enforceable title which does not proceed from a jurisdiction organ is in the authority of the court. The Law of the Administrative Contentious no 554/2004 defines in Article 2 paragraph 1 letter t) the notion of execution instance, providing that this is the instance which solved the fund of the litigation of administrative contentious, so even in the case of the administrative contracts the execution instance is the one which solved the litigation rising from the contract. Corroborating this disposal with the ones existing in articles 22 and 25 in the Law, it can be shown that no matter the instance which decision is an enforceable title, the execution of the law will be done by the instance which solved the fund of the litigation regarding the administrative contentious.
