HACIA UNA EVOLUCIóN EN EL CAMPO DEL CONOCIMIENTO DE LA DISCIPLINA ADMINISTRATIVA: DE LA ADMINISTRACIóN DE EMPRESAS A LA GESTIóN DE ORGANIZACIONES
LóPEZ,PAULA ANDREA; MARIO ARéVALO,ANDRéS;
Revista Facultad de Ciencias Económicas: Investigación y Reflexión , 2010,
Abstract: this article reflects on the current conditions of administrative discipline, as well as the challenges it faces in order to respond to developments in recent years has had. in that sense, it is necessary to overcome the vision focused on business administration and focus in the discussion on the management of organizations, which inevitably involves a step of the mechanistic view, the prevailing reductionist and linear, toward an integrative approach to discipline under paradigm of complexity.

Optomechanical devices, entanglement and teleportation
Andrea Mari
Physics , 2009,
Abstract: In this thesis we study continuous variable systems, focusing on optomechanical devices where a laser field interacts with a macroscopic mechanical oscillator through radiation pressure. We consider the optimization problem of quantum teleportation by means of Gaussian local operations and we study the relation between the amount of entanglement shared by Alice and Bob and the maximum fidelity they can reach for the teleportation of coherent states. We also theoretically predict the possibility of creating a robust entaglement between a mechanical mode of a Fabry-Perot mirror and the Stokes sidband of the output field. We show that by driving two different optical modes supported by the cavity, a stable steady state is reachable in which the optomechanical entanglement is significantly improved.
Optimal fidelity of teleportation of coherent states and entanglement
Andrea Mari,David Vitali
Physics , 2008, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevA.78.062340
Abstract: We study the Braunstein-Kimble protocol for the continuous variable teleportation of a coherent state. We determine lower and upper bounds for the optimal fidelity of teleportation, maximized over all local Gaussian operations for a given entanglement of the two-mode Gaussian state shared by the sender (Alice) and the receiver (Bob). We also determine the optimal local transformations at Alice and Bob sites and the corresponding maximum fidelity when one restricts to local trace-preserving Gaussian completely positive maps.
Recognition in the Communication Processes of Diverse Young the Experience of Living in a Park in the City of Cali  [PDF]
Mónica Marión Cata?o
Advances in Journalism and Communication (AJC) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ajc.2015.31004
Abstract: Artisan Park La Loma de la Cruz, is a park located in a suburb of the city of Cali, a place where different groups converge youth from youth cultures. The park is a place for meeting, socializing, communication practices through which young people interact and build relationships. The park is set up as a stage of “coexistence” in which rockers, punks, emos, skaters and members of the LGBTI community stay together and share the same dwelling place (Figure 1). In the worlds of life of these young people, the words in different languages are a part of his being and his feelings, hence the affectations of joy and sadness, as defined by Spinoza (1980)1, are a way of weaving links and establish relationships communication. It is also possible to identify forms of recognition, Honneth’s way, recognition of love and solidarity2. These forms of recognition collide when young people, relate to the adult world, in the park, are made by artisans, police and neighbors. From the adult world, the form of contempt is evident in the rejection of the young by their expressions, especially those with expressing his affectations manifest. If young people recognize the existence of other people, as well as their own differences in the way they think, if they recognize the action in their own inter-subjective relationships and in the same way they construct a “we”, we would be spectators of new ways of being together; of ethical and political linking which go through new ways of living together and in which the sense and the shared meaning of life are negotiated that show a way of understanding in communication.
Reflecting on the dichotomy native-non native speakers in an EFL context
Mario,Claudia;
Anagramas -Rumbos y sentidos de la comunicación- , 2011,
Abstract: this article provides a discussion based on constructs about the dichotomy between native and non-native speakers. several models and examples are displayed about the spreading of the english language with the intention of understanding its development in the whole world and in colombia, specifically. then, some possible definitions are given to the term ''native speaker'' and its conceptualization is described as both reality and myth. one of the main reasons for writing this article is grounded on the promotion of the concept of what is native as something based on scientific facts, transcending the analysis from the common sense (han, 2004). topics such as language commands and its teaching are tackled in terms of strengths and weaknesses of a native-speaking teacher who teaches his/her mother tongue in a foreign country. finally, students' points of view are described about the native and non-native teachers. at the end, the article makes emphasis on the need for understanding the dichotomy between native speakers and non-native speakers in order to improve the english language teaching in colombia.
Reflexiones sobre el papel de la Ingeniería Civil en la evolución del medio ambiente en Colombia
Mario,Juan José;
Revista de Ingeniería , 2007,
Abstract: the recent deterioration of the environment in colombia is principally due to an accelerated demographic and economic growth with little state control. however, construction of infrastructure works has also significantly contributed to this situation. environmental considerations have increasingly been taken into account in engineering projects in the last decades. it is up to the engineering profession to assume a set of values that will ensure environmental ethics which put the general interest and that of future generations before individual interests.
La gens y el patrimonio de la Iglesia regio-aristocrática o del regnum en León y Castilla: principios de estabilización durante el segundo tercio del siglo X
Mario Veiras, Dolores
Hispania Sacra : Revista de Historia Eclesiástica , 2003,
Abstract: When the ideas if service, ecclesiastic good' perpetuity and bishops', abbeys' and priests' capacity are applied the ecclesiastic heritage becomes linked to the King's and aristocracy's progeny. This gives rise to new relations in the King's Church and consequently the gens idea/concept is developed.
The paper sets forth a set of economic measures put into practice by the revolutionary government in the 60's such as Agricultural Reform Law, Nationalization of Foreign Companies and the setting of some Ministries, among others. All these actions were aimed at improving the situation of the country and raisisng the life stanadards of the population and at the same time, the paper underlines some important works carried out to solve a series of sanaitary problems that characterized the Cuban health care system. It also points out sosme of the positive results in the management of this sector for the benefit of all the Cubans during that decade.
The economic situation that Cuba went through in the 40's, characterized by an increase in sugar production and export in the first half of the decade as a result of the great demand on this product caused by the Second World War is described. The end of this war led to a reduction in sugar exports resulting from post-war adjustments with the respective impact on the economic level of the Cuban population. Some of the public health works carried out under the governments at that time and the handling of the budgets by these presidents using funds that should be allocated to the improvement of the country's sanitary conditions are set forth. Some works and campaigns in favor of the people's health led by Dr Jose A. Presno Bastiony, Alfredo M. Antonetti and Manuel Ampudia, among others, are cited in the paper.
