Sadalla, Ana Maria Falco de Arago;Larocca, Priscila;
Educa??o e Pesquisa , 2004, DOI: 10.1590/S1517-97022004000300003
Abstract: this article considers a procedure for data collection called autoscopy. autoscopy entails the video recording of a practice with the purpose of allowing analysis and self-evaluation by one of the protagonists of that practice. the objective of the video recording is that of apprehending the actions of the agent (or agents), the scenario, and the plot that make up a situation. the recorded material is subjected to sessions of analysis after the action that aim at the understanding of the reflective process of the agent (or agents) through their verbalizations during the analysis of video recorded scenes. the present text introduces a theoretical basis for the procedure of autoscopy, deals with advantages and limitations of its use, as well as with aspects that deserve attention and, finally, describes the authors' experiences in two studies in which the procedure was employed. starting from these two experiences, differences and similarities are pointed out between the studies, especially regarding the participants, object, and the time distribution of the video recordings. the authors draw considerations about the formative-reflective potential of the procedure, both for research situations and for the learning and training of various professionals, considering it to be an excellent educational instrument. it is, however, vital to keep in mind the need to recognize and return to the teacher, as an autoscopic participant, his condition as subject of his own profession, thereby promoting, besides the self-evaluation, also the autonomy of his thinking and doing.

Abstract: this paper aimed to analyse the moments that characterize the practice, the formation and the quotidian dilemmas of the practical-reflecting professional on trying to understand his beliefs. twenty-three meetings involving six teachers and one psychologist were held. the transcribed speech was divided into 11 categories and, then submitted to recuring interviews. the data analysis indicated the need of linking theory to practice in the teacher’s formation and daily routine, through a systematic, quotidian, democratic and shared reflection among the partners, understanding the teacher’s formation as a multifaceted process, based on many dimensions which end in being constructors of much of the teacher’s knowledge.

In the construction of the first images on the most diverse historical subjects it is impossible to ignore the role played for the triad school, didactic book and teacher. Although we knew, for example, that the media, through films, soap opera, series and sets of documents, influences in the interpretations of the people on the historical contents, the History taught in the school times continues to assume prominence in the formation of the idea of history present in the mind of the majority of the popula-tion. In this direction, the present article intends to analyze the representations of the Indian Nation produced by the História & Vida Collection, of authorship of Nelson and Claudino Pilleti, adopted for students of basic education during years 1980 and 1990 in Brazil. Our objective is to perceive the presence of some types and standards in the constitution of the history narrative and identity of the Indian People in the didactic speech. The idea of a perennial education would only be justified if something in the human being also was perennial. But the human being is incomplete and finite. It is conceived in the changes of the life and lives come-the-to be. It is, par excellence, a transformation being. Dumb constantly. Face of this, this article has debated the thematic: “joins versus diverse” and “static versus changeability”. In this debate, she arrives at the dialectic and it associates the dynamo idea as metaphor of an education for the change and transformation. It argues that to live it is to suffer uninterrupted transformations, an education for the dynamo is the one that better can to face it. This communication aims to share some pertinent results to the research carried in the scope of the after-graduation, where it searched to analyze the intellectual production in environmental sociology in Latin America, understanding which are the proposals or solutions that this production places for the minimization of social environmental problems. In relation to the results, it is noticed that environmental education, spread out as a promise to the emergency of environmental conscience and possible overcoming of the civilization crisis, a little is distinguished amongst the concerns of sociology (as it can also be seen in Layrargues, 2002). This article propose a discussion about the national language defined throught the pressupose of the language unity and supported by affirmations as like “the portuguese language is the oficial language of the Federative Republic of the Brazil”, this affirmation begin to be restructured by the oficial recognizement of the brazilian languages diversities and the difficulties in treat with these questions, as much in the academic level as others power’s levels. Some questions are raising about the articulateds languages’ political by politicals of the indigenous school education in the Brazil and specially in Amaz nia. On one side are the indigenous peoples with their historicals reasons oblivious to wish themselves don’t speak their own languages. In opposite case, discuss how are organizated the practices’school in the natives communities of the border who don’t speak one language only, but more than five languages, including the indigenous languages of the other neighboring countries. What to do if all these realities are subject to “reductionist model” by law of the bilingual native school education.
