Journal of Settlements and Spatial Planning , 2011,
Abstract: The forest flora is the most marvellous wreath and ornament of the earth ecosystem in the region of Gjirokastra. It is the greatest earthbound potential because it protects the ground and the water, it improves the microclimate, it protects the agricultural crops, it favours tourism, hunting and re-creation activities. It charms the environment after all. The ecosystem of Gjirokastra region has been changing a lot for the last 50 years as a result of wide historical, socio-economic, political and demographical factors, which in return have helped in its latest physiognomy. The fulfilment of social and economic needs of the community should be realized within the product boundary of forest ecosystem and the protection of their biological potential. The multifunctional, sustainable and integrated use of forests is exceptionally necessary; the forests are the only biotype, able to realize the dynamic development of ecosystem, which actually is exposed to danger. The existence of original and untrodden forests is of a great importance.

Journal of Water Resource and Protection (JWARP) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/jwarp.2014.618149
Abstract: Water, a simple chemical ingredient, is so important during the process of cooking and baking product as flour. Its functions in baking processes are numerous, some of which are not entirely clear, while others are evaluated by characteristics of the mature product. Regardless of its origin, the water shall be drinkable to be used in processes of baking. In this study, four types of water of the country which are Spring water, Lajthiza, Tepelena and Trebeshina are evaluated. Three factors that must be considered in relation to water quality, such as taste, content of chemicals and mineral content are evaluated. Identification of an unusual taste or bad smell in water can change the taste of the final product. Chlorine is considered a chemical ingredient that has significant effects on the quality of the dough, especially in the fermentation activity. Yeast, being a natural microorganisem, is sensitive to chlorine. Also a high level of chlorine affects the function of flour and enzymes especially. Mineral content of the water determines the hardness and softness of the water, where strong water contains a large amount of minerals, while soft water contains a very limited amount of minerals. Dough characteristics may be affected by the minerals content in water: minerals used by the yeast nutrient, so a change in their concentration in the water affects at the fermentation process. As a result, a change in fermentation will affect at the dough characteristics, making it stronger or weaker. In a wider sense of functionality of baking ingredient products, it is very important to control the baking process and final production of a consistent quality. Often, when quality is not within the required standards and used not adequately, water can be a determining factor for obtaining the desired dough and final product characteristics.
Apparitions in western Serbia
Sinani Danijel
Glasnik Etnografskog Instituta SANU , 2005, DOI: 10.2298/gei0553305s
Abstract: In Serbian folk tradition, apparitions represent a special, established and separated category of beliefs, with determined and elaborated passive and active relationship about this supernatural phenomenon. There are a number of beliefs concerning the sole essence of an apparition, periods and places when such phenomenon occurs, and various different features that a person should possess in order (not) to communicate with the supernatural; these are accompanied with elaborated religious practice, to prevent or enhance such a meeting/communication. This paper takes apparitions as communications. The greatest number of beliefs is centered on the act of dying and trespasses into the other world, and a special category of deceased, so the analysis is focused on these matters. Based on the literature on the subject, we were able to construct a correct sequence of events leading into peaceful afterlife. When aberrations appear, however, the sequence is diverged, depending on the presence/absence of the mortuary rituals. This conclusion has helped us to decode a message being transferred during the contact with an aberration, and we translate it as a manual for peaceful, eternal, afterlife, which should came about as a result of a traditional norms of behavior and customs. A social function of these rules and customs we found among small communities, where losing a member could jeopardize the existence of a community itself; a social channeling of dying through rituals, reducing the act of dying to its real boundaries of a natural process, as well as a confirmation that a given community is strong enough to overcome the dying crisis, in situations like this, becomes of a vital importance. At the same time, there is an expression and a need to correct deviations from a given community which could pressure a great deal, especially if there is no other way of protection from deviant individuals.

Tito's attempt to integrate Albania into Yugoslavia, 1945-1948/// Tito’nun Arnavutluk’u Yugoslavya’ya lhak Giri imi (1945-1948)

History Studies : International Journal of History , 2011,
Abstract: Albanian-Yugoslav relations after the end of World War Two characterize with significant Yugoslavimpact on Albanian internal and external politics; from then on the Yugoslav communists planned to integrate Albania into the Yugoslav Federation. Albanian government, led by Enver Hoxha, in 1945 faced two very important challenges: consolidation of the government and international recognition of this government. Therefore, an alliance with Yugoslavia was more than necessary for Albanian government. In this situation, Tito was keen to annex Albania as soon as possible before Western Powers or Russia would interfere this plan. Hoxha and most of the ACP (Albanian Communist Party) leadership were ready to give up Albania’s sovereignty and to integrate the country into Yugoslavia. The Yugoslav political elites were convinced that the question of Kosova could be resolved only with the integration of Albania into Yugoslavia. According to its plans, immediately after the integrationKosova would be united with the Albanian Republic within Yugoslavia.

Journal for Educators, Teachers and Trainers , 2011,
Abstract: The present work should be treated as a "progress report" prior to the comparative study that the author has been developing in her master's degree program about the training for university students volunteers in various countries in Europe. The present report describes the case of the University of Granada, including in this overview of the history of Granada institution, foundations and frames that will generate, in the subsequent thesis, the relevant comparative analysis.
Smart Electric Grid Demonstration and Training Facilities in Mindanao, Philippines  [PDF]

Journal of Power and Energy Engineering (JPEE) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/jpee.2014.24047
Abstract: The paper presents the establishment of a Smart Electric Grid Demonstration and Training Facilities in Mindanao in order to help electric utilities and industries keep up with the emerging technologies in our current trends in power system. This will serve as a training center in smart grid technology for power industries, academe and other stakeholders in the power sector. This will provide opportunities to conduct research on how intelligently managing our electricity as one of the challenges in the power industry. In addition, this facility is not only a showcase of the academe industry collaboration but is also necessary to move research towards demonstrating the application of smart technologies in the electric power industry and illustrating on how to manage the use of electric energy efficiently.
Metastability – Markovian approach

Metalurgija , 2013,
Abstract: A complete system of events of nonlinear processes in complex dynamical systems describes the evolution of the distribution. Different stages of evolution of the distribution declared stable, metastable and unstable systems. Variance of probabilistic distribution plays a crucial role in determining the state of the system. It was found that the system is metastable, when it carried Markovian processes in continuous time. Metastability is the original metallurgical phenomenon and actively exists in the structure of the materials. In a metastable state, the structural distances in material are exponentially distributed.
