Abstract: As a es humanas têm alterado a biosfera. O aumento de gases de efeito estufa (GEE) na atmosfera está fazendo a temperatura no planeta subir. O aquecimento global implicará mudan as climáticas, ecológicas, econ micas e sociais. Os Mecanismos de Desenvolvimento Limpo (MDL) permitem que os países industrializados financiem projetos de redu o de emiss es de GEE em países em desenvolvimento. O objetivo deste trabalho foi demonstrar que o biogás usado como fonte energética na Cadeia Produtiva de Frango de Corte é um projeto elegível no ambito do MDL. A receita obtida da comercializa o dos Certificados de Emiss es Reduzidas pode ser usada no financiamento da planta de gera o de energia. Human activity has changed the biosphere. The increase of greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions in the atmosphere is causing the temperature rise on the planet. Global warming will lead climate, ecological, economic and social changes. Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) allows industrialized countries to finance projects for reducing GHG emissions in developing countries. This study aims to demonstrate that the use of biogas as an energy source in the Production Chain of poultry is an eligible project under the CDM criteria. The proceeds of the sale of Certified Emission Reductions can be used to finance the power generation plant.

Abstract: the analysis of the relation between social contexts and forms of intersubjectivity has to consider the fact that the actions of the subjects are a result of their social stand. this study aims at analyzing what meanings subjects give to their social stands when negotiating the signification of the enunciative position they assume. in order to do so, episodes of interaction between teachers and students were videotaped in a formal school context and a microetnographic method was used to analyze the data obtained. a clash between the teacher and the students' social stands was observed in the arena of the production of meaning. the processes of making such social stands meaningful were shown to be lying on historical and cultural contradictions that influence social relations between teaching and learning, among which is the dichotomy knowing/not knowing. the analyzed verbal exchanges are marked by tension, opposition, and resistance, revealing variations in the production of meaning from the teacher and students' social stand.

Abstract: among vygotski?s contributions to historical and cultural psychology with regard to education, enhancement is conferred to those that refer to the conditions analyzed within the context of disabilities. current research identifies some of these contributions for the educational intervention with disability people. studies on vygotski which highlight contributions for the education of people featuring intellectual disability, deafness, blindness/deafness and others, are reviewed. aiming at going deeper into the vygostski?s theory for blind people?s education, the psychology system and its importance on the educational intervention within the visual disability context are analyzed. current research enhances the real contribution that vygotski produced for the implementation of educational experiences that benefit the autonomy and citizenship of visually disabled people.

Abstract: A análise da rela o entre contextos sociais e modos de (inter)subjetividade implica considerar o fato de que os sujeitos engendram suas a es pautando-se nos lugares sociais que ocupam. Nesse estudo pretendeu-se analisar, a partir do movimento de negocia o dos sentidos relacionados às posi es enunciativas assumidas, como os sujeitos significam tais lugares sociais. Para tanto, com base em uma análise microetnográfica de episódios interativos registrados por meio de filmagens de um contexto da escolariza o formal, verificou-se o embate em torno dos lugares sociais de professora e alunos, posto na arena da produ o de sentidos. Constatou-se que os processos de significa o destes lugares apresentam-se pautados pelas contradi es históricas e culturais que marcam as rela es sociais de ensinar e aprender, dentre elas as dicotomias de saber e n o-saber. Tens o, oposi o e resistência marcaram as tramas discursivas analisadas, revelando matizes da produ o de sentidos dos lugares sociais de aluno e professora.

Abstract: A difus o das políticas de educa o inclusiva na última década proporcionou o aparecimento de diversas iniciativas voltadas a promover a acessibilidade ao conhecimento por parte das pessoas com deficiência visual. Muitas destas iniciativas, contudo, fundamentam-se em no es enviesadas sobre as formas de acesso e elabora o conceitual de pessoas com cegueira, sobretudo no que tange à cegueira congênita. O objetivo desse artigo é discutir a constru o de ilustra es táteis bidimensionais como tentativas de garantir a acessibilidade do conteúdo visual de livros infantis. Com base em aportes da psicologia histórico-cultural de Vigotski, s o demarcadas as diferen as entre as formas de percep o visual e tátil, apontando para a linguagem como via de compensa o social da cegueira. Ao se identificar problemas conceituais da constru o destas ilustra es táteis bidimensionais, espera-se colaborar para melhoria da qualidade dos materiais produzidos no contexto da educa o inclusiva, tendo em vista a aten o às especificidades do psiquismo humano na presen a da cegueira congênita. Abstract: Buscamos neste texto mapear e refletir sobre a terceira gera o de pesquisadores na área de gênero na psicologia brasileira, articulando estes à inser o dos estudos de masculinidades e estudo queers em seus núcleos de pesquisa. Esta gera o, da qual os autores deste artigo participam é constituída por pesquisadores alocados em um campo já organizado, o qual já vem utilizando a categoria gênero, há alguns anos reconhecida nas ciências sociais e humanas. Faz-se importante observar que um dos principais papéis desta gera o tem sido divulgar e aprofundar as conquistas tanto teóricas quanto metodológicas geradas pelas primeiras gera es. De um modo geral podemos apontar que a terceira gera o reflete a atual valoriza o da pluralidade, da valoriza o de novos sujeitos do campo feminista no Brasil trazendo temáticas para investiga o que s o foco da busca da legitimidade nas novas configura es dos movimentos feministas brasileiros. The aim of this text is mapping and reflecting on the third generation of Brazilian researchers in gender psychology, doing an articulation with the integration of masculinities studies and queer studies on these groups of research. This generation, to which the authors of this paper belong, consists of groups of researchers already enrolled in an organized field, in which they use the gender category, concept recognized in the social sciences and humanities a long time ago. It is important to take into account that one of the main roles of this generation has been spreading and deepening the achievements, both theoretical and methodological, attained by earlier generations. In general, we can state that the third generation reflects the current value of plurality, the appreciation of new subjects on the feminism field on Brazil, bringing topics for research focused on the search for legitimacy in the new configurations of the Brazilian feminist movement. Abstract: in the field of education, special education has been context in which psychologists have a place. in light of the existing inclusion policies, the work of the psychologist has been directed toward promoting educational practices that benefit all students' participation and learning. the training of professionals in this educational area demands studying the social needs that will be encountered. the only way to identify what kinds of knowledge should be taught is to obtain tangible data about the context and the intervention possibilities. nevertheless, few studies have been carried out to investigate contemporary forms of psychological intervention in special education. thus, gathering data about this issue contributes as a basis on which to build reflection and understanding for professional preparation in educational psychology. this article is the result of qualitative and exploratory research designed to describe the procedural characteristics of psychologists working in special education institutions in greater florianopolis. the data was collected through semi-structured interviews. the categorization was derived from the exchanges established during the interviews and were therefore constituted at a later moment. the data analysis enabled us to perceive an overlap of three intervention forms that historically define the psychologists' procedure in this area, namely, segregation, integration, and inclusion, with the main procedural focus being on the student with a school grievance and/or suspected of having an intellectual disability. based on these findings, this paper concludes by highlighting the importance of psychologists reflecting on the implications of inclusive policies in their professional practices.
Nonlinear H control for underactuated manipulators with robustness tests

Abstract: in this paper, the model-based robotic control problem with disturbance attenuation (or robotic h¥ control problem), presented in chen et all (1994), is extended to underactuated manipulators. the dynamic coupling between the links is used to control all manipulator's free joints. a global explicit solution is found solving a minimax bellman-isaacs equation, generated via differential game theory. experimental results, obtained from uarm ii manipulator, considering fully actuated and underactuated configurations, are presented.

Abstract: In Mato Grosso, there are slow growth rates and few expansion expectations of natural gas (NG) distribution. This work characterizes the natural gas market to understand the reasons of sub utilization of the distribution system in the State. The results showed that the low dynamism is related to: the absence of private sector expectations; the dependence of supply from Bolivia; the need for high investment levels for net infrastructures; the predominant role of Termocuiabá; the large number of energetic substitutes; and the costs of changing from other energy to NG.
