Journal of Settlements and Spatial Planning , 2011,
Abstract: After 1989, fundamental changes in agricultural structures occurred as a consequence of the setting up of Land Law no. 18/1991 along with other subsequent regulations. Excessive concentration of property before 1989 took a new twist, pertaining to excessive fragmentation, therefore the shift from large areas of land to small farms nowadays. But the farmer received only land without machinery or equipment necessary to its efficient operation. In this paper we want to highlight the specific state of rural economic life in Romania after extinctions of political communist economy system and after almost the entire destruction of infrastructure and facilities left from the former political system (decommissioning and destruction of irrigation system, the abandoning of tractors and agricultural equipment buildings, of chemical fertilizer production). Therefore, we aim to highlight the present economic state of a village in Cluj County and its households.

Revista de Turism : Studii si Cercetari in Turism , 2009,
Abstract: The hotelier component represents an important side of the touristy activity success. In countries that have an emergent economy, as Cameroon, the tourism and the hotel business have shaped activation as a lever to the whole economy, since the second half of the 20th century. The present paperwork proposes an analytic overview of the evolution of the hotelier park in two of the main cities of the country, Douala and Yaoundé. The evolutional aspects are historically staged, correlated within the political framework and emphasize the tourist phenomenon overall. The goals of our research emphasize qualitative and quantitative upheaval recorded by the urban hotelier park for the identification of the causal terms between the phenomenon type relations/context and the possible substantiation policy in the future.

Aquaculture, Aquarium, Conservation & Legislation , 2011,
Abstract: The paper has followed the evolution of gonatotropic lobe structure in relation with gonads development of silver carp, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix (Valenciennes, 1844), female breeders taken from the Great Basin Pond 1 – Vaslui county, Carja Fish Farm. Ten specimens were analyzed after completion of vitelogenesis process, in the both maturation period (April-May) and ovulation period (June). On the histological sections of the ovary, during oocyte’s maturation, secondary oocytes (stage VIIA), passing towards stage VIIB of maturation scale were distinguished as dominants while primary oocytes of young stages (III and IVA) were rare. During ovulation a large number of mature oocytes (stage VIIC) are present. The pituitary histological sections showed an increasing number and size of the cells during maturation process while a progressive degranulation and vacuolation is observed in most gonadotropic cells during spawning.
Distribution and Phytocoenotic Context of Kobresia simpliciuscula (Wahlenb.) Mack. in South-Eastern Carpathians

Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca , 2012,
Abstract: This study proposes a critical analysis of the distribution and habitat requirements of the rare arctic-alpine plant species Kobresia simpliciuscula (Wahlenb.) Mack. in the South-Eastern Carpathians. The species was recorded in this part of Carpathians only from Romania, in Bucegi Mountains. The mention of K. simpliciuscula in Rodna Mountains (Eastern Carpathians) is considered to be erroneous. K. simpliciuscula was found in the Southern Carpathians in a different habitat type compared to the one characteristic for populations in the Arctic and the Alps. The species does not grow in the pioneer phytocoenoses of the Caricion bicoloris-atrofuscae alliance but, on the contrary, in dry calciphilous alpine vegetation included in Oxytropido-Elynion. The plant communities where K. simpliciuscula was found in Bucegi Mountains belong to Achilleo schurii-Dryadetum (Beldie 1967) Coldea 1984. These phytocoenoses are very similar to those described for the species in Belianske Tatra Mountains (Western Carpathians, Slovakia).
Current approaches to the European Health Policy
Vasile PUCA,Anda CURTA
Eastern Journal of European Studies , 2010,
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify the key elements that define the new European health policy. We observed that the health policy actually appeared to be an enclave within the integration process. The development of health policy in the new Member States followed a common pattern. Therefore, the European health policy reflected a general desire on behalf of the members to have more clarity of the rules in this area, given the different interpretation of the rules by different Member States. The Lisbon Treaty does not bring substantive changes regarding the public health policy, therefore the Member States shall keep their competence in defining the organization and financing this domain. However, the EU2020 Strategy states that “Europe faces a moment of transformation”. Therefore, the “Europeanization” of health policy could lead to the positive developments that all EU citizens are expecting.
Considerations on Integrating Risk and Quality Management
Maria POPESCU,Adina DASC?LU
Annals of Dun?rea de Jos University. Fascicle I : Economics and Applied Informatics , 2011,
Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the links between risk management and quality management and to study the possibility of their integrated approach. The study reviews the evolution of risk approach within organizations and stresses the need to increase the effectiveness of this approach by incorporating risk management methodology in the quality management system. Starting from this idea, the authors present the current state of risk approach into quality management, basic rules of integrated quality-risk management and major difficulties which may arise in the implementation of integrated quality–risk systems.
PROPOSTA CURRICULAR DO ESTADO DE S O PAULO: RETORNO DO DISCURSO REGULATIVO DA TYLERIZA O NA EDUCA O PúBLICA

Revista Espa?o do Currículo , 2010,
Does Primula intricata Gren. et Godr. Merit Species Rank? A Taxonomic Revision Based on nrDNA, cpDNA and AFLP Data

Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca , 2011,
Abstract: Primula intricata Gren. et Godr. has an unclear taxonomic status: it was originally described as a distinct species but subsequently was considered a subspecies (Primula elatior subsp. intricata) or even a variety (P. elatior var. intricata ) of Primula elatior (L.) Hill. No prior genetic studies were performed on this group of Primulaceae, therefore we considered useful to investigate taxonomies boundaries within the P. elatior-intricata group. We explored genetic differences between Primula intricata and Primula elatior group by applying three different types of molecular markers: nuclear ribosomal DNA (ITS1), chloroplast DNA (spacer trnH-psbA and intron trnL) and Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphisms (AFLP). We found a solid differentiation between P. intricata and P. elatior group, differentiation that was confirmed by all the employed molecular markers. This finding enabled us to propose a valid species rank for Primula intricata, as a separate taxon from the P. elatior group.

International Journal of Molecular Sciences , 2012, DOI: 10.3390/ijms13078467
Abstract: The Mangalitsa pig, a swine breed belonging to the protected gene fund of original and primitive animal breeds of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), has been known to inhabit Romanian territories since the 19th century. The aim of this study was to compare the Mangalitsa breed with several European and Asiatic swine breeds in order to emphasize its uniqueness and to elucidate its origin. For this purpose, we analyzed a 613 bp mitochondrial DNA D-loop fragment and 1140 bp of the cytochrome b gene in a population of Mangalitsa pigs and the polymorphic sites were compared with sequences from GenBank originating from other swine breeds. Taking into account the total of 24 breeds and 5 different Wild Boar populations analyzed, 86 polymorphic sites representing 32 haplotypes were observed, with an average percentage of polymorphic sites of 4.9%. Three Neighbor-Joining phylogenetic trees were constructed based on Kimura 2-parameter distances, using D-loop, cytochrome b and mitochondrial reunited sequences. For the analyzed Mangalitsa population, four distinct haplotypes were identified, including one that was common to other breeds. Our study suggests that the Mangalitsa swine originate from primitive breeds which might be directly derived from the Wild Boar.

Lex et Scientia , 2011,
Abstract: The research analyzes the phenomenon of trafficking of moldavan minors for sexual exploitation in Italy and in the European context trying to measure the quantitative and qualitative incidencef the criminal problem. Through a questionnaire submitted to the responsibles of the Italian centers of assistance (according Italian legislation) recovering moldovian minors for the period 2000 – 2008, it has been possible to evaluate all the variables concerning the victims and the traffickers and to reach specific conclusions regarding the adoption of preventive measures in the short and long term. The study suggests the integration of two convergent approaches in a transnational dynamic perspective.
