The Minimum Model for the Iron-Based Superconductors

Abstract: A single band t-U-J1-J2 model is proposed as the minimum model to describe the superconductivity of the newly discovered iron-based superconductorsR(O1-xFx)FeAs and RO1-xFeAs (R=La, Ce, Sm, Pr, Nd, Gd). With the mean-field approach, it is found that the pairing occurs in the d-wave channel. In the likely parameter region of the real materials, by lowering temperature, the system enters firstly the dxy superconducting phase with D4h-symmetryand then enters the time-reversal-symmetry-broken dxy+idx2-y2 superconducting phase with C4h-symmetry.

Abstract: We derive the entropy functions whose local equilibria are suitable to recover the Euler-like equations in the framework of the lattice Boltzmann method. Numerical examples are also given, which are consistent with the above theoretical arguments. In all cases, we observe a negative entropy range existing near the shock, while numerical oscillations are captured.
Doped cap layer effect on impurity-free vacancy enhanced disordering in InGaAs/InP quantum well structures

Abstract: Strong influence on impurity-free vacancy enhanced disordering by the cap layer doping is studied on the InGaAs/InP quantum well structure with a doped cap layer. The observations are consistent with intermixing experiments using both Si3N4 and SiO2 as encapsulation dielectric layers. The largest intermixing occurs in the n-InP capped samples and is explained by the enhancement in out-diffusion of positive ions by the built-in electric field.

Abstract: In the title compound, [ZnI2(C17H20N2)2], the ZnII atom is four-coordinated by two I atoms and the N atoms of two pyridine rings belonging to different ligands in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The coordinating pyridine rings are oriented in an almost perpendicular fashion, making a dihedral angle of 83.7 (5)°.

Abstract: 在目标跟踪、视频编码等领域都需要对全局运动进行快速准确的估计.针对既有摄像机运动又有前景物体运动的视频图像序列的全局运动估计问题,提出了一种新的全局运动估计算法.该新算法先采用3层金字塔进行多分辨率计算;然后在每层运算中都采用基于块的去外点法来有效去除外点.为了提高运算速度,在金字塔下面两层中还分别采用四皇后、八皇后模板抽取背景像素,只有被抽到的像素才参与迭代计算.通过对比试验可以看到,该算法在不降低精度的情况下,大大提高了估计速度,达到了实时性要求.

Abstract: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C14H9ClN2O, contains two molecules with dihedral angles of 33.52 (11) and 34.58 (11)° between their benzene rings and imidazole ring systems. In the crystal, C—H...N and C—H...O interactions are observed. The crystal examined was found to be a racemic twin.

Abstract: The influence of the chiral mean field on the $K^+$ transverse flow in heavy ion collisions at SIS energy is investigated within covariant kaon dynamics. For the kaon mesons inside the nuclear medium a quasi-particle picture including scalar and vector fields is adopted and compared to the standard treatment with a static potential. It is confirmed that a Lorentz force from spatial component of the vector field provides an important contribution to the in-medium kaon dynamics and strongly counterbalances the influence of the vector potential on the $K^+$ in-plane flow. The FOPI data can be reasonably described using in-medium kaon potentials based on effective chiral models. The information on the in-medium $K^+$ potential extracted from kaon flow is consistent with the knowledge from other sources.

Abstract: A quantizaiton method is presented to aim at the fractional saturation Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) raw data. Norm distribution is the basis of Block Adaptive Quantization (BAQ) algorithm. But in the application of BAQ, some trouble may encounter, one of these is fractional saturation of raw data. A compression algorithm based on the traditional BAQ algorithm is presented, which can select different ways to quantify the raw data. This algorithm reduces the error and increases the Signal to Quantization Noise Ratio (SQNR) without influence the compression ratio. Finally, a block of real SAR raw data are processed by the two algorithms and the result is compared with each other.
Boundary Quantum Entanglement of the XXZ Spin Chain with Boundary Impurities

Abstract: The boundary quantum entanglement for the s=1/2 XXZ spin chain with boundary impurities is studied via the density matrix renormalization group (DMRG) method. It is shown that the entanglement entropy of the boundary bond (the impurity and the chain spin next to it) behaves differently in different phases. The relationship between the singular points of the boundary entropy and boundary quantum critical points is discussed.

Abstract: The authors of this article put forward a theory to support the current slogan of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies.To sum it up,the theory has three main points:(1) Central item.There must be a leading discipline or doctrine in the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies and the chief expert must be appointed accordingly.(2) Context.It refers to the fields relevant to the Central Item,by which the structure of personnel and project proposals can be judged and evaluated.(3) Interdisciplinary Orientation.New knowledge is the only thing that multidisciplinary studies will aim at.The success of a research group depends on its interdisciplinary orientation-the open sesame to new knowledge.The joint effort of talented people is mush stronger than that of individuals.In addition to the common beliefs shared by the scientific group,the above three points might be called the basis on which interpersonal relationship in a scientific group is to be dealt with.What is more,there must be a common cross-cultural perspective.The branching of disciplines took place in the contexts of ancient Greek culture and modern Western culture,but the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies are beyond any single context,and scholars in a scientific group may have various cultural backgrounds. As for the research objects,some(such as biological sciences and environmental protection) involve the value systems of various cultures.In the research of the humanities and social sciences or interdisciplinary studies in natural sciences,the cross-cultural perspective is the key to the success of any research.
