International Research Journal of Pharmacy , 2012,
Abstract: Ischemia and hemorrhage are the conditions which may lead to stroke. As stroke is a medical emergency, treated with medications such as aspirin, clopidogrel and dipyridamole. In the present study the combination and individual adverse effects of aspirin and clopidogrel medication were studied. The study during was around nine months in one of the private hospital at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Adverse effects evaluation was based on WHO guide lines and Naranjo’s Algorithm. Total 69 stroke patients were taken in to studies. 46 (66.66%) were males and 23 (33.33%) were females. The number of ischemic stroke patients was 39(56.5%) and hemorrhage stroke was 30(43.4%). Among 41 patients, 19 patients was on Aspirin (46.34%), 10 patients was on clopidogral (24.34%) and 12 patients was on combinations medication (29.26%). Adverse effects reported among the antiplatelate users were 6 patients. Among these 6 patients 4 patients were observed with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGI) the overall percentage was 66.66% and 2 patients were observed with Vomiting, the overall percentage was 33.33%. In this study, the relative risk reduction for secondary stroke prevention was 37% with use of a combination of extended- release dipyridamole and aspirin. Importantly, the risk of major bleeding attributable to the combination therapy was no greater than that seen with aspirin alone. The benefit of clopidogrel over aspirin for the prevention of vascular events was a relative risk reduction of 8.7%.In addition, there was less major bleeding in the clopidogrel group, yielding a relative net benefit of about 10%. This study revels clopidogrel is the safe drug when compared with Aspirin and as well as combination therapy.

International Journal of Advanced Computer Research , 2013,
Abstract: Power eminence controls the suitability of electricalpower to user devices. A wireless sensor network isan arrangement collected of several computing andsensing devices distributed within an environmentto be monitored. In this network saving power is avery serious issue, since sensor nodes are typicallypowered by batteries with an inadequate capacity.Since distribution is the main cause of powerconsumption in a sensor node, broadcast orresponse of data should be limited as much aspossible. To this aim in this research paper, wepropose an en ethics of reducing powerconsumption in wireless sensor networks using softcomputing method.

Abstract: Electronic Commerce is method of exploit businessthrough computer networks, internet and webapplication. It is possibly the most talentedapplication of information technology witnessed inrecent years.E-commerce helps to work as amediator between front end and back endwithin theInternetlike any client sitting on his computer as afront end for accessing all facilities of the internetlike selling, purchasing, on-line admission, on-lineform fill up etc and server processes theseinformation in back end and return back desiredresults to the client. Unlike in previous era ofcommerce client used to carry out all informationphysically with effort and efficient way. So e-commerce has made it easier for people to decreasephysical work and to save time.It is reformingsupply-chain management and hasimmensepotential for manufacturing, retail and serviceoperations. The remarkable importance of e-commerce has encouraged us to write this paper. Inthis paper, we propose ethics of e-commerce ininformation and communication technologies.

International Journal on Theoretical and Applied Research in Mechanical Engineering , 2012,
Abstract: Environmental Pollution is the major problem in the world, and the main cause for this is Vehicle Exhaust Gases. NOx is the major pollutant coming out from vehicles, which need to be controlled in order to meet stringent limits on emission standards (EuroV) .Several researchers had carried out experiments using different aftertreatment devices in order to achieve maximum DeNOx conversion. Results showed that Urea-SCR system is a promising approach to achieve substantial NOx reduction performance. The Present study focuses on one dimensional (1D) steady state kinetic simulation of SCR using CFD code AVL BOOST. The relevant reactions and boundary conditions are considered for a simulation in a square celled catalyst. The conversion of NOx and NH3 are obtained from the simulation. The results are validated through AVL code FIRE which considers the three dimensional flow inside the catalyst. Similar boundary conditions and reactions are taken into account as given in BOOST. The results are also validated through experimental results obtained from the literature.

Veterinary World , 2011,
Abstract: The objective of the study was to compare the effect of feeding different mineral based formulation on dairy cow production performance, namely milk yield and fat percentage. The trial was conducted with dairy cows across various stages of lactation (Early, Mid and Late stage with 30 cows per stage). The experimental treatments included: Bestmin Gold (Metho-chelated organic minerals, given 30 gms per day), Inorganic mineral preparation (Inorg. Mineral, @ 50 gms/day/ cow) and control. The study lasted from 0 to 40 days. Milk yield and fat percentage of cows were measured individually on Days 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40. The Bestmin Gold treated group (Metho-chelated organic minerals) improved the milk yield, net gain in milk and the milk fat percentage of animals across the various stages of lactation as compared to in control and inorganic mineral treated group of animals. Ontwikkeling en perspektief in die Afrikaanse po sie
A.P. Grové
Koers : Bulletin for Christian Scholarship , 1967, DOI: 10.4102/koers.v34i4&5.1423
A.P. Treurnicht
Koers : Bulletin for Christian Scholarship , 1970, DOI: 10.4102/koers.v37i3&4.1319
Compliance and capacity of the normal human rectum: Physical considerations and measurement Pitfalls
Zbar A.P.
Acta Chirurgica Iugoslavica , 2007, DOI: 10.2298/aci0702049z
Abstract: The assessment of parameters which adequately represent rectal and neorectal compliance is complex. Biological properties of the rectum during distension and relaxation show significant departures from in vitro physical compliance measurements; as much dependent upon the viscoelastic characteristics of hollow organ deformation as upon the technique of compliance calculation. This review discusses the pressure/volume characteristics of importance in the rectum during distension from a bioengineering perspective and outlines the disparities of such measurements in living biological systems. Techniques and pitfalls of newer methods to assess rectal wall stiffness (impedance planimetry and barostat measurement) are discussed. .
