Regulacin de la mineralizacin sea por factores inorgnicos y peptdicos

Abstract: orthotopic mineralization begins with the production of matrix vesicles that are produced by polarized budding of the surface of condrocytes, osteoblasts and odontoblasts. it occurs in two steps: the first one is the formation of hydroxiapatite crystals within the matrix vesicles, followed by the propagation of the hydroxiapatite crystals through the membrane vesicle into the extra cellular matrix. in the regulation of orthotopic mineralization, apart from tissue-specific cells, a great number of enzymes, inorganic and peptide factors participate, that have complex interactions among them. inorganic pyrophosphate (ppi) antagonizes the ability of phosphate (pi) to crystallize with calcium and to form hydroxiapatite, thus suppressing its propagation. for the normal mineralization to continue, an adjusted balance of the extra cellular pi and ppi levels is needed. three molecules have been identified that have a central role in the regulation of extra cellular ppi levels: tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase (tnap), which hydrolyzes ppi, the nucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase 1 (npp1), which generates ppi from triphosphate nucleosides, and the multiple-steps transmembrane protein ank which transfers ppi from the intracellular to the extracellular compartment. there are, in turn, two sibling proteins called dmp1 and mepe that regulate mineralization. the expression of dmp1 by the osteocyte is dramatically induced in response to mechanical loading increasing bone mineralization. mepe protein contains a protease resistant motif called asarm, which is believed to be the candidate for the mineralization inhibitor (minhibin). osteopontin is another mineralization inhibitor in its phosphorilated form and its secretion is markedly reduced in knockout mice for npp1. present data seem to support the hypothesis that these molecules could be the translators of bone strain and participate in the regulation of mineralization of the perilacunar osteocytic space.
El eje hueso-ri?ón en el control del fósforo sérico y la mineralización ósea

Abstract: the bone-kidney axis has been thought as a mechanism for the skeleton to communicate with the kidney to coordinate the mineralization of extracelular matrix with the renal handling of phosphate. osteoblasts / osteocytes are well suited for coordinating systemic phosphate homeostasis and mineralization, since they express all of the implicated components of a possible bone-kidney axis, including phex, fgf-23, mepe, and dmp1. in addition, autocrine effects of sibling proteins as mepe and dmp1 on osteoblasts could regulate the production of ecm proteins that regulate mineralization. the kidney provides one of the effectors of the axis that regulates phosphate balance through the apical expression of napi-iia and napi-iic in proximal tubules. central in this axis is fgf-23, produced by osteoblasts that has phosphaturic actions on the kidney. when fgf23, the first phosphatonin, was discovered to be of osteoblastic/osteocyte origin, the bone kidney axis was established. proving the existence of this bone-kidney axis and defining its physiological role will require additional investigations.
Factors Affecting Marketable Surplus and Income of Dairy Farmers in Southern Sri Lanka

Veterinary Research , 2012, DOI: 10.3923/vr.2011.104.108
Abstract: The study was conducted during first quarter of 2010 with the purpose of investigating the factors affecting marketed surplus and income. Data was collected from Gall Matara and Hambantota districts. Primary data was collected from 119 farmers through personal interview method with the help of a structured interview schedule. MS was varying from 0-55 L with the average of 7.62 L (82.79%) per day. With regard to the income, around 24% of the respondents had personal monthly income in the range between Rs. 10,000 and 15,000 and had Rs. 14,141 as mean income. Majority of farmers have done dairying as an alternative income generating activity. Farm families earned Rs. 7,861 as average income. Majority of farmers (62%) sell their milk as raw while 24% prefer to sale value added product. Unit price of milk, sales amount, production, number of milking cows and subsidy received by the farmers have influenced directly on milk income. Interestingly, knowledge on feeding, maintenance of pasture land, clean milk production, productivity, credit received and farmer s educations have exhibited indirect influences on milk income. Extension activities has influenced to obtain high income through getting high price while farmer s education has influenced to get high income by increasing selling amount through increasing productivity. It is therefore, recommended that relevant authorities need to take action to strengthen the present mode of extension. Receiving subsidy and credits the have influenced to obtain high income via increasing production, sales amount and received unit price. Therefore, providing subsidies and credit are major requirement to enhance the livestock sector as an agricultural business.
Peculiarities of clinical manifestations of enuresis at recruits and young adults
A.L. Malykh
Saratov Journal of Medical Scientific Research , 2010,
Abstract: Clinical and morphophysiological changes in 150 adolescents and young adults with enuresis were under study. Nocturnal enuresis was determined in recruits born between 1996 and 2008. Examination of patients with enuresis enabled to reveal high level of incidence of urinary system and bladder. Objective criterion of nocturnal enuresis was considered to be the increase of prostate to 18,09±4,71 sm3. Besides, long disease course was characterized by decrease in level of general testosterone, FSH, nonspecific changes of daily EEG which are signs of regressive dysfunction of limbiсo-reticular formations

Abstract: Contractual justice, good faith and the conduct of a trustee in relation to unexecuted contracts in the law of insolvency Regarding unexecuted contracts and the important role they play in the law of insolvency, it is necessary to establish why a trustee is permitted to become a party to the contract between the insolvent and the third party without either party’s consent. This procedure mainly concerns the principle ofpublic policy as expressed in terms of good faith. Due to public policy and good faith, it is further necessary to create a healthy balance between the principles underlying the enforcement of contracts and those underlying the equal treatment of creditors o f the estate. To my mind the contracting third party can enforce the contract when its execution has reached the stage where the position of the concursus creditorum will not be affected. It is concluded that this stage is reached when no further performance is required of the insolvent estate. Under these circumstances it should be explicitly acknowledged that, on the basis of good faith, the third party has the right to insist on the performance of the contract. It is also essential that the decision of the trustee to enforce or to terminate the contract must be measured by the principle of good faith.

Application of modified yield criteria for calculation of safe pressures on the subgrade soil
A.L. Kalinin
Magazine of Civil Engineering , 2013, DOI: 10.5862/mce.39.4
Abstract: The article deals with design the road constructions by ensuring the shear resistance of the subgrade soil and pavement layers made of weakly cohesive materials. The analysis of Mohr–Coulomb plasticity criterion was performed and it was found, that in case of a limiting condition state by this criterion pavement smoothness goes out of the limits regulated by normative documents. On the basis of analysis of Drucker-–Prager yield criterion there were obtained formulas connecting ultimate strength uniaxial compression and tension with the parameters of Mohr-Coulomb failure envelope. Substitution of these expressions into the original criteria for the strength of materials, that are continuums, allowed modifying certain conditions so that the tensile strength changed the angle of internal friction and cohesion. A number of dependencies for calculating safe pressure on discrete material of half-space is obtained from the modified conditions of plasticity. Comparison of the numerical results to experimental data allowed determining the most suitable formula for the design of road constructions.
