INHIBITION OF SPLEEN TYROSINE KINASE (SYK) IN SILICO BY THIAZOLE DERIVATIVES

Abstract: Variously substituted thiazoles derivatives showed wide range of biological activity. The computational evaluation of the substituted thiazole containing derivatives as SYK inhibitor was performed. By using online servers applying different approaches the Tyrosine protein kinase (SYK) was identified as target for variously substituted thiazole containing derivatives. The molecular descriptor analysis was performed to identify drug likeness of the thiazole derivatives by Lipinski’s rule of five. Then docking analysis was performed by PyRx software using AutoDock vina 4. Derivatives showed comparatively significant binding energy value followed Lipinski’s rule. The study provides the base for further in vitro and in vivo study of substituted azoles containing compounds as SYK inhibitor and proposed drug to be used for allergic diseases.
On the $μ$-invariant of the cyclotomic derivative of Katz p-adic L-function

Abstract: When the branch character has root number -1, the corresponding anticyclotomic Katz p-adic L-function identically vanishes. In this case, we study the $\mu$-invariant of the cyclotomic derivative of Katz p-adic L-function. As an application, this proves the non-vanishing of the anticyclotomic regulator of a self-dual CM modular form with the root number -1. The result also plays a crucial role in the recent work of Hsieh on the Eisenstein ideal approach to a one-sided divisibility of the CM main conjecture.
On the non-triviality of the $p$-adic Abel-Jacobi image of generalised Heegner cycles modulo $p$, I: modular curves

Abstract: Generalised Heegner cycles are associated to a pair of an elliptic Hecke eigenform and a Hecke character over an imaginary quadratic extension $K/\Q$. Let $p$ be an odd prime split in $K/\Q$ and $l\neq p$ an odd unramified prime. We prove the non-triviality of the $p$-adic Abel-Jacobi image of generalised Heegner cycles modulo $p$ over the $\Z_l$-anticylotomic extension of $K$. The result is an evidence for the refined Bloch-Beilinson and the Bloch-Kato conjecture. In the case of two, it provides a refinement of the results of Cornut and Vatsal on the non-triviality of Heegner points over the $\Z_l$-anticylotomic extension of $K$.

Abstract: Generalised Heegner cycles are associated to a pair of an elliptic newform and a Hecke character over an imaginary quadratic extension $K/\Q$. The cycles live in a middle dimensional Chow group of a Kuga-Sato variety arising from an indefinite Shimura curve over the rationals and a self product of a CM abelian surface. Let $p$ be an odd prime split in $K/\Q$. We prove the non-triviality of the $p$-adic Abel-Jacobi image of generalised Heegner cycles modulo $p$ over the $\Z_p$-anticylotomic extension of $K$. The result implies the non-triviality of the generalised Heegner cycles in the top graded piece of the coniveau filtration on the Chow group and proves a higher weight analogue of Mazur's conjecture. In the case of two, the result provides a refinement of the results of Cornut-Vatsal and Aflalo-Nekov\'{a}\v{r} on the non-triviality of Heegner points over the $\Z_p$-anticylotomic extension of $K$.

Abstract: The compound lead oxide sulfate PbSO4.PbO was prepared in our laboratory. The Thermal behavior of PbSO4 was studied using techniques of Thermogravimetry under air atmosphere from 25 to 1200°C. The identity of both compounds was confirmed by XRD technique. Results obtained using both techniques support same decomposition stages for this compound. The electron microscopic investigations are made by SEM and TEM. The compound is characterized by XRD and the purity was determined by analytical Methods. Also a series of thermogravimetric analysis is made and the ideal condition is determined to convert this compound to pure lead oxide.

Abstract: A comparative research has been developed for acidity and stability constants of M(Glu)1, M(Asp)2 and M(Ttr)3 complexes, which have been determined by potentiometric pH titration. Depending on metal ion-binding properties, vital differences in building complex were observed. The present study indicates that in M(Ttr) com-plexes, metal ions are arranged to the carboxyl groups, but in M(Glu) and M(Asp), some metal ions are able to build chelate over amine groups. The results mentioned-above demonstrate that for some M(Glu) and M(Asp) complexes, the stability constants are also largely determined by the affinity of metal ions for amine group. This leads to a kind of selectivity of metal ions, and transfers them through building complexes accompanied with glutamate and aspartate. For heavy metal ions, this building complex helps the absorption and filtration of the blood plasma, and consequently, the excursion of heavy metal ions takes place. This is an important method in micro-dialysis. In this study the different as-pects of stabilization of metal ion complexes regarding to Irving-Williams sequence have been investigated.

Abstract:

The acidity and stability constants of M(Gly)1, M(Ttr)1, and M(Trp)1 M: Cu2+, Cu(Bpy2)2+, and Cu(Phen3)2+ complexes, were determined by potentiometric pH titration. It is shown that the stability of the binary Cu(L), (L: Gly, Ttr, and Trp) complex is determined by the basicity of the carboxylate group on one side and amino group on the other side. It is demonstrated that the equilibrium, Cu(Ha4)2+ + Cu(L) \"\"Cu(Har)(L) + Cu2+, is displacement due to the well known experience that mixed ligand complexes formed by a divalent 3d ion, a heteroaromatic N base and an O donor ligand possess increased stability. Abstract: Introduction: Retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma is a rare benign tumor of the retroperitoneal lymphatics that usually manifests in infancy. It is worth to Report of unexpected presentation especially in Adult. Case Presentation: An adult patient with Left Lower abdominal was referred to our hospital. Abdominal ultra-sonography revealed a large, multilocular, cystic mass with an obscure margin. CT of the abdomen showed a large homogeneous mass. Laparoscopy revealed a huge retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma confirmed by histopathology. Conclusion: Adult cyst lymphangioma is the rare benign tumor with unclear intra abdominal manifestation. In our report the retroperitoneum was the rare location of this tumor.

Abstract:
The oxidation time and oxidation temperature of a total of 20 specimens with unknown pre-history from various manufacturers of polyethylene and poly(ethylene-co-propylene) are determined. The specimens are in the form of fittings used in piping. The specimens are divided into two groups corresponding to their melting temperature and polyethylene content in the copolymer, respectively. The oxidation activation energy for the two groups is calculated. Reasonable relationship between the measured oxidation time and the time, calculated on the base of the measured oxidative temperature, is obtained. The scattering of experimental data is thoroughly examined and some recommendations aiming at improving the results are suggested. Specific recommendations are given for the cases of technological and post consummative piping waste. The paper critically estimates the accuracy in the measured oxidation time and temperature as well as their mutual relation.
Effects of Zinc Addition on the Performance of Aluminium as Sacrificial Anode in Seawater  [PDF]

Abstract: In this work, the effect of zinc addition on the performance of aluminium-based sacrificial anode in seawater was investigated. The parameters used in assessing the performance of the cast anodes are anodic efficiency, protection efficiency and polarized potential. The percentages of Zn in the anodes were varied from 1 to 8%Zn. The alloys produced were tested as sacrificial anode for the protection of mild steel in seawater at room temperature. Current efficiency as high as 86.69% was achieved at 6%Zn in the alloys. The polarized potential obtained for the couples(steel/Al based alloys) are as given in the pourbaix diagrams with the steel lying within the immunity region/cathodic region ( S-0.5V SHE) and the sacrificial anodes within the anodic region. The protection offered by the sacrificial anodes to the steel after the 7th and 8th week were measured. Protection efficiency values as high as 99.26% and 99.13% were achieved after the 7th and 8th with Al-6%Zn. The microstructure showed the intermetallic structures of β-phase which breakdown the alumina passive film and thus enhancing the anode efficiency.
