Abstract: 采用InGaP/GaAsHBTs设计并实现了传输速率为10Gbps的跨阻放大器.在电路设计上采用两级放大器级联的形式以提高跨阻增益,在第一级采用了cascade结构,第二级采用了cherryhooper结构以提高电路的带宽和稳定性.测试结果表明,跨阻增益为40dB·Ω,3dB带宽为10GHz.

Abstract: The 10Gbps forwarding engine is one of the most challenge task in terabit router design. In order to design a 10Gbps forwarding engine with FPGA, the transmission bandwidth requirement between each elements in FPGA, IP look-up time, header processing cycle number and the up-to-date development of FPGA are all analyzed in detail. So the number of fiber to provide enough transmission bandwidth is calculated, a fast IP look-up scheme is presented and a header processing module of parallel and pipeline structure is provided. Finally the implementing scheme of the 10Gbps forwarding engine is proposed.

Abstract: CRC编码由于其简单的编码规则的在网络及存储等诸多场合得到广泛应用,随着现代存储和传输技术的发展,软件编码校验已难以满足Gbit级高速传输的需要。基于FPGA技术设计了一个采用多通道高度并行技术实现的高速循环冗余校验(CRC)系统。系统采用五个2Gbps校验通道并行工作的方式来达到10Gbps的数据吞吐率,系统实现采用VerilogHDL硬件描述语言设计,在QuartusII8.0平台上进行综合与布线,并将该处理单元封装为独立的IP核,并以Altera公司的EP2C20F484C6芯片为下载目标进行实现验证。综合结果表明,本设计可满足高速数据完整性检查的速率要求。

Abstract: A method to generate Single Sideband Return-to-Zero Signal(SSBRZ) is introduced by deriving formulas. One sideband of the generated SSBRZ signal is suppressed more effectively without distortion of the optical pulses. 40Gb/s single channel transmission of Return-to-Zero(RZ) signal, Carrier Suppressed Return-to-Zero(CSRZ) signal and SSBRZ signal over single mode fiber(SMF) are simulated . The results show that SSBRZ is superior to RZ and CSRZ against fiber nonlinearities when chromatic dispersion is completely compensated.

Abstract: Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the most susceptible host crops to Aspergillus flavus invasion and subsequent aflatoxin contamination. In this report, a new member of PR10 family putative resistant gene (designated as ARAhPR10, No. EU661964.1) encoding a PR10 protein was isolated and characterized. Analysis of qRT-PCR showed that the expression of ARAhPR10 was induced by pre-harvested A. flavus infection, but no significant difference was observed between resistant genotype GT-C20” and susceptible genotype Yueyou 7”. Physical Explanation of Influence of Twin and Three Satellite Formation Mode on the Accuracy of Earth's Gravitational Field

Abstract: The simulated results of the influence of twin and three satellite formation mode on the accuracy of GRACE Earth's gravitational field are interpreted from the viewpoint of physics. Because the effective satellite observation information of Earth's gravitational field recovery from three-satellite formation mode is only one time more than that of twin satellites, the improvement of the accuracy of Earth's gravitational field is far lower than one order of magnitude based on the simple two-times differences between three satellites. Three efficient ways of improving largely the accuracy of measurement of the Earth's gravitational field in the future international satellite gravity measurement programme, including proper decrease of satellite orbital altitude, the increase of accuracy from key payloads and an innovation of satellite observation mode are proposed.
Physical Explanation on Designing Three Axes as Different Resolution Indexes from GRACE Satellite-Borne Accelerometer

Abstract: The GRACE Earth's gravitational field complete up to degree and order 120 is recovered based on the same and different three-axis resolution indexes from satellite-borne accelerometer using the improved energy conservation principle. The results show that designing XA1(2) as low-sensitivity axis (3×10-9 m/s2) of accelerometer and designing YA1(2) and ZA1(2) as high-sensitivity axes (3×10-10m/s2) are reasonable. The physical reason why the resolution of XA1(2) is one order of magnitude lower than YA1(2) and ZA1(2) is that non-conservative forces acting on GRACE satellites are mainly decomposed into YA1(2) and ZA1(2) in the orbital plane. Since XA1(2) is not orthogonal accurately to orbital plane during the development of accelerometer, the measurement of XA1(2) can not be thrown off entirely, but be reduced properly

Abstract: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) play a key role in B cell-mediated innate and adaptive immunity. It has been shown that interleukin 10 (IL-10)-producing regulatory B cells (B10 cells) can negatively regulate cellular immune responses and inflammation in autoimmune diseases. In this study, we determined the effect of TLR4 signaling on the CD40-activated B10 cell competency. The results demonstrated that LPS and CD40L synergistically stimulated proliferation of mouse splenocytes. The percentage of B10 cells in cultured splenocytes was significantly increased after CD40L stimulation but such increase was diminished by the addition of LPS. Such effects by LPS were only observed in cells from WT but not TLR4−/− mice. IL-10 mRNA expression and protein production in B10 cells from cultured splenocytes were significantly up-regulated by CD40L stimulation but were inhibited after the addition of LPS in a TLR4-dependent manner. This study suggests that LPS-induced TLR4 signaling attenuate CD40L-activated regulatory B10 cell competency.
