Scientific Annals of the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi : Economic Sciences Series , 2008,
Abstract: The paper is focused on the emphasizing of the general evolutions of economical and financial matters in the globalization context, the confrontation with risks, including the danger of deficiencies transmission and supporting the crises in the world. It is noticed the dynamics without precedent of the capitals, services and goods market, in particular the financial, monetary and bank sector, by the influences of continuous changes and external encroachments, by the informational assault, by the harsher competition on a space that includes the whole world. The identified solutions refer primarily to the prophylactic measures regarding the maintenance of a general climate of stability, preventing the excessive evolution and violence of the financial markets, the awareness of each state’s responsibility and group of states in promoting a stable and effective monetary system. In order to obtain real positive effects, the necessity of an international cooperation as bond as possible is remarked, the strategies need to rise above the national sphere and the decisions to be based on common interests and an efficient co-operation in the area of the of the macro-economic politics, orientated towards a durable increase and non-inflationist, stable under economic and financial aspect.
Determining the Similarities between Stations using the Haplotypes of the Species Cerastoderma glaucum (Poiret, 1789) from the Romanian Black Sea Infralittoral

Applied Medical Informatics , 2011,
Abstract: Cerastoderma glaucum (Poiret, 1789) represents one of the marine mollusk species found on the Romanian Black Sea soft bottom infralittoral. This species had been investigated in the past by morphological methods. Some problems concerning its biological, ecological and even behavioral aspects have remained unresolved. At the moment, molecular technique studies allow the completion of these gaps. In the present article we are aiming to identify this species by molecular methods and to perform a statistical analysis of the obtained data in order to determine the distribution of this species’ haplotypes on the littoral. With the aid of the Nucleospin Tissue kits, through the PCR technique, the extraction and amplification of DNA has been performed to obtain the necessary data. The obtained sequences have been compared to the sequences from databases such as National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) to establish similarities. After the identification of the similar sequences, we have interpreted their distribution in different stations using the Kendall rank correlation coefficient. A number of 12 haplotypes which belong to 32 individuals from 5 stations have been identified. Using the Kendall rank correlation coefficient the identified haplotypes show different degrees of concordance with the standard haplotypes of this species. A significant statistical similarity appears in 81.14% out of the total 493 compared haplotype pairs. Out of these, 18% present perfect similarity, 76.25% good and 5.75% acceptable. The stations are similar regarding haplotypes, with some exceptions that are commented in the paper, similarities established by calculating the Kendall rank correlation coefficient.
National Standards in the Quality Infrastructure and their Harmonization with the European Standards

Acta Universitatis Danubius : Oeconomica , 2008,
Abstract: In this paper it is made an analysis on the national standardization activity as a part of quality infrastructure from our country. Thisanalysis is included in a legislation frame in accordance with the principles and stipulations of European and international normative. In the sometime it is shown the complex effects that are produced while it must be introduced the European and international standards necessary for asustainable development.

Abstract: Expenditure on investment associated services to waste management are important.Establishment costs are high about the experience of projects implemented in Romania as well asexperience gained in the estimation of the costs of equipment and waste management. Currently, the Regional Plan of Waste Management, at the time of analysis, there is precise information on thesite in November capabilities (storage, transfer stations, sorting, composting, etc.). It is possible tomake estimates of the costs depending on site operating costs are also influenced by the fixedlocations for storage and waste processing areas.
Monotonicity and differential properties of the value functions in optimal control

International Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences , 2004, DOI: 10.1155/s0161171204310306
Abstract: Using the “basic monotonicity property” along locally admissible trajectories, we extend to very general problems certain existing results concerning the differential inequalities verified by the value function of an optimal control problem; these differential inequalities are expressed in terms of its contingent, quasitangent, and peritangent (Clarke's) directional derivatives and in terms of certain sets of “generalized tangent directions” to the “locally admissible trajectories.” Under additional, rather restrictive hypotheses on the data, which allow suitable estimates (and even exact characterizations) of the sets of generalized tangent directions to the trajectories, the differential inequalities are shown to imply previous results according to which the value function is a “generalized solution” (in the “contingent,” “viscosity,” or “Clarke” sense) of the associated Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation.

Lesnícky casopis - Forestry Journal , 2009, DOI: 10.2478/v110114-009-0008-1
Abstract: The paper analyses basic biometrical principles of sampling forest inventory for typologically determined territorial units in Slovakia - forest regions and forest site types. Such approach differs from other conventional inventories, as the number of these units is too big. It brings some troubles, because each sampling inventory is, regarding costs and accuracy, the most effective when the inventory area is large and the number of its parts is small. To reach an optimal solution, several alternatives for an optimal type and density of inventory plots as well as for the choice of information spectrum are analysed and compared. At the same time some issues, which must be reviewed in construction of corresponding sampling design, are formulated. Decision from the viewpoint of forestry ecology and typology must be taken as well.

Travaux du Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle "Grigore Antipa" , 2010, DOI: 10.2478/v10191-010-0010-y
Abstract: This work is the second of the series dedicated to the critical evaluation of the Chilopod specimens from the "Z. Matic" and " t. Negrea" collections - the only ones existing in Romania (vide "Literature cited"). The history of the study of Eupolybothrus tridentinus (Fanzago, 1874), the synonymies, the examined material, the redescription of the species based on specimens found in the two collections are presented. A nomenclatural updating of two old records is proposed: Eupolybothrus tridentinus (Fanzago) = Polybothrus leptopus sensu Matic, 1958; Eupolybothrus tridentinus (Fanzago) = Eupolybothrus leptopus f. brolemanni sensu Negrea, 1964. The paper concludes on some taxonomical and ecological remarks regarding the Eupolybothrus tridentinus (Fanzago) species.

Travaux du Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle "Grigore Antipa" , 2010, DOI: 10.2478/v10191-010-0009-4
Abstract: Z. Matic's collection, preserved at the Zoological Museum of the "Babe -Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca, and t. Negrea's collection, preserved at the "Emil Racovitza" Speleological Institute of Bucharest (the only chilopod collections existing in Romania) are containing three species of the Lithobius validus Meinert group: L. (L.) validus Meinert, 1872 (sensu Eason, 1974 a), L. (L.) moldavicus Prunesco, 1966 (sensu Negrea, in the present paper) and L. (L.) matici Prunesco, 1966. New synonymies are proposed: Lithobius punctulatus moldavicus Prunesco, 1966 = Lithobius moldavicus Negrea in this work = Lithobius validus Zapparoli, 1994 nov. syn.; Lithobius matici Prunesco, 1966 = Lithobius matici biharicus Prunesco, 1966 nov. syn. The subspecies Lithobius punctulatus moldavicus Prunesco, 1966 is elevated to the taxonomical rank of species, Lithobius moldavicus Prunesco, establishing its geographical area as it is currently known. The following species are redescribed: Lithobius validus Meinert, 1872, based on the Romanian Carpathians populations; Lithobius moldavicus Prunesco, 1966 based on the specimens of the Eastern Carpathians - including the type series, establishing a lectotypus and an allolectotypus; Lithobius matici Prunesco, 1966 based on populations from the Eastern Carpathians and the Western Carpathians.
