Abstract: Quasi-steady-state H-mode has been achieved by combination of two lower hybrid w aves in HT-6M tokamak.Plasma energy confinement time increases by two times,and the particle confinement time increases by a factor of three under a high plasma density condition.The wave diffusion and current radial diffusion code is used to simulate the experimental data on HT-6M.The calculated results show that the off-axis power deposition of lower hybrid wave is formed due to the low toroidal magnetic field and high plasma density.Reversed sheared(RS) configuration of th e plasma current density is formed during H-mode phase.The RS configuration and internal transport barrier are attributed to the enhanced confinement improvemen t.The experimental data also gives the evidence for the reversed shear formation .

Abstract: Using a small pulse of toroidal vortex eletric field (4.4V/m, 0.45ms), plasma current is successfully ramped up from the plateau (55kA) to the second plateau (60kA) with a ramp rate dIp/dt>12MA/s on a time scale much fast than the classical skin time in the HT-6M Tokamak. The phenomena of improved confinement is observed in the present experiment. Particle confinement time is enhanced 2.1 times and energy confinement time, meanwhile, is enhanced 1.6 tines after ramping current up.

Abstract:
目的:观察康复新液联合凡士林纱布煨脓生肌法治疗压疮的临床疗效,对比煨脓生肌法与康惠尔透明贴外敷治疗压疮的疗效差异。方法:40例压疮患者平均等分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用康复新液联合凡士林纱布煨脓生肌法,每天换药一次;对照组采用康惠尔透明贴外敷法,每周更换敷料2~3次,观察疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的治疗均能促进压疮愈合。经过4周治疗后,两组总有效率均为100%,但治疗组完全治愈9例,总显效率100%,对照组完全治愈4例,总显效率75%,两组在显效及治愈方面有显著性差异。结论:康复新液联合凡士林纱布煨脓生肌法和康惠尔透明贴外敷法均能促进压疮的创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,但康复新液联合凡士林纱布煨脓生肌法的疗效更佳。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Weinong Myogenic Method in the treatment of bedsore and to compare the differences between Weinong Myogenic Method and Kang Huier transparent paste external application. Methods: 40 cases of patients with bedsore were divided equally into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were treated by Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Weinong Myogenic Method. Medicine was changed once a day. The patients in control group were treated by Kang Huier transparent paste external application. Medicine was changed 2 - 3 times a week. Results: The treatment group and the control group could promote the healing of bedsore. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 100% in these two groups. But in the treatment group 9 cases were completely cured; success rate is 100%. In the control group, 4 cases were completely cured; success rate is 75%. The effective rate and the cure rate were significant difference in these two groups. Conclusion: Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Weinong Myogenic Method and Kang Huier transparent paste external application could promote the wound healing of bedsore and shorten the time of wound healing. But the Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Weinong Myogenic Method was more effective.

Abstract: GPS (Global Positioning System)全球定位系统是一种精密卫星导航与定位系统,近几年该系统在送电线路设计、施工测量中逐渐推广使用,主要进行线路复测、杆塔定位,由于其采用卫星空间导航,解决了不通视条件下线路测量定位的施工难题,尤其在林木茂密,房屋跨越众多,通视条件差,复测难度大的地段,工效显著。GPS技术的应用,较之传统测量方法,避免了测量通道的清理,防止了林木的大量砍伐,节省了大量工作时间,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。本文主要介绍了GPS工作原理及其在送电线路施工测量中的实际应用方法。
Global Positioning System is a kind of system about precise satellite guide and positioning, this system had gradually popularized in the designing and surveying of transmission lion construction this early years, used GPS in surveying and positioning mainly. Because of its use of satellite navigation, it solves the construction problem of surveying and positioning under no visibility effectively, especially in some areas with thick forest, crowded buildings, limited eyesight and difficult resurvey. Compared with the traditional measurement method, the application of GPS could avoid measurement channel cleaning, prevent a large number of felled trees, save a lot of time, and gain remarkable economic and social benefits. This paper mainly introduces the principle of GPS and its practical application in the measurement of electric transmission line construction.

学生考试成绩的分析是教学研究的一个重要课题。以一个年级的期中考试成绩为案例,用基本统计的思想和方法提取出对学生和老师各自有用的信息,给出年级总体和学生个人成绩信息表。对年级成绩信息,提出“提高概率”一个新工具,来给学校建议接下来重视哪门学科;对学生个人成绩信息,提出“突破概率”、“基准线”和“奋斗目标”,有助于学生形象具体的了解自己的成绩,以及未来努力的具体目标。
Student test score is an important topic in teaching. Taking a midterm grade test scores as an example, by using the basic ideas and methods of statistics for each of the students and teachers, the individual student grades and overall achievement information table were presented. The new method based on grade information, \"increased probability\", is proposed to give advice to the school leaders on which subject will be highly valued. The principles based on individual score, \"breakthrough probability\", \"baseline\" and \"goal\", are proposed to help students understand their own image of concrete achievements and future specific goal.

Abstract:
以往研究晁错,多集中于其削藩、守边和重农等政策措施上,而将他作为“思想者”来深入研究则不多见。从秦亡到汉武“罢黜百家”的六七十年,诸子重新活跃,以晁错为代表的“新法家”与“新儒家”、“新道家”形成鼎足之势。“新法家”之“新”体现在三个方面。一是受阴阳五行学说的影响,晁错将商鞅、韩非“直线进化”的历史观变成了近似螺旋发展的循环历史观,并以此反对“无为而治”。二是理政目标由“得天下”变为“安天下”,去除先秦法家的“因人情”,而借用儒家的“得人心”,以让“天下乐其政”。三是在批判秦政的基础上摒弃申不害、韩非、李斯的极端“君主本位”,而向商鞅、慎到的“国家本位”回归,但其“急功近利”的价值观则没有根本改变。
Previous studies on Chao Cuo mostly concentrated on some policy measures, like annexation of dependencies, border defense and attaching importance to agriculture, but in-depth studies which regarded him as “The Thinker” are rare. In more than sixty years after the demise of the Qin Dynasty, various academic schools became active again, and “The New Legalism School” represented by Chao Cuo co-existed and vied with “The New Confucianism” and “The New Taoism”. The new elements of theories in the New Legalism School are embodied in three aspects. Firstly, Chao Cuo’s historical ideas which were affected by the theory of Yin and Yang developed from the “linear evolution” into a cycle historical idea of similar spiral development. Secondly, the political administration objective of fighting for a new country developed into stabilizing the country, thus rendering the people to like the administration. Thirdly, the New Legalism abandoned the “Monarch Supremacy” and returned to the “State Supremacy” of the early Legalism, but it did not abolish the value of the “eagerness of success”.

Abstract: 对小波变换用于子带编码时,有限长输入信号的延拓方法进行了研究。针对现有延拓方法的不足,提出了一种延拓方法-r因子拟周期延拓法。理论与实验均表明,采用该方法,可实现由任意小波分解信号的截取段延拓后精确重构原信号,优于现有的延拓方法,为小波变换在数据压缩中的应用开辟了一种有效途径。

Abstract: 本分布式视频编码(Distributed video coding, DVC)是一种全新的视频编解码技术。与传统的联合编码、联合解码不同,分布式视频编码对两个或多个独立同分布的信源进行独立编码,然后由单一解码器利用信源之间的相关性对所有编码的信源进行联合解码,故分布式视频编码使得低复杂度编码成为可能,从而很好地解决了视频编码终端受限的情况。另一方面,压缩感知(Compressive Sensing, CS)为信号采样提供了新的方式,它基于信号的稀疏性、测量矩阵的随机性和非线性优化算法对信号的压缩测量重构,从而突破了传统Nyquist采样定理的限制。压缩感知理论应用于分布式视频编码,能够使编码端更加低复杂化、低消耗、简单化。本文主要综述了分布式视频编码相关理论、当前的经典方案,以及压缩感知理论和现阶段分布式压缩视频感知的发展现状、涉及到关键方法。最后分析了现存方案的一些问题和思路,并讨论了其未来可能的发展方向。
This electronic distributed video coding is a new paradigm for video compression. Compared to conventional video coding standards in which the video sequence is coded jointly and decoded jointly, distributed video coding sys-tem codes the video sequence separately for two or more sources that are independent identically distributed and de-codes jointly with the statistical correlation between different sources, then the coder becomes as simple as possible, so as to solve the problems of the limited video terminal. On the other hand, an emerging signal acquisition technology (Compressive Sensing, CS) provides a new way for the signal sampling, signal compression reconstruction based on the sparstiy of signal, random measurement matrix and nonlinear optimization algorithm. It broke through the limitations of traditional Nyquist sampling theorem, which has been applicable to directly capture compressed image data efficiently. Combination of distributed video coding and CS (Distributed Compressed Video Sensing, DCVS) results in more low-complexity and low-cost for video coding. This paper reviews the theory of distributed video coding, classic schemes involved, as well as theoretical knowledge of compressed sensing, and development status of distributed com-pressed video sensing at this stage. Finally we present some problems and the probably corresponding solutions, then discuss its possible applications in the future prospects.

Abstract: 本文引入了连续观测概率分布下的一类隐马尔可夫链模型。通过探讨该类模型的时间序列特征以及相应的模式辨识理论,提出一类新的指数预测方法。作为实证应用,我们选择上证指数2002年12月17日至2011年3月18日共2000个交易日的数据样本进行模型拟合和预测。结论显示,三维隐马尔可夫链模型能较好的拟合采样区间内的上证指数,而调整10日加权的预测方法则给出了关于样本外股指价格较为精确的预测。
This paper develops a model of financial forecasting using hidden Markov chains. Empirical ana- lysis was carried out with respect to Shanghai Stock Exchange Index (SSEI) using daily data for the period from 2002.12.17-2011.3.18 (2000 samples). A three dimensional hidden Markov chain is identified to fit the data in the sampling period. An altered 10-day weighted average method was proposed, and was found to be useful for out-of-sample forecasting.

Abstract: 本文利用Modelica语言,对微型振动发电机的输出特性进行了建模和仿真研究。为验证仿真结果,基于等效电路法,在PSPICE软件中建立了微型发电机模型并进行仿真分析,最后对Modelica语言直接建模仿真的结果和等效电路法的结果进行对比和分析。仿真结果分析表明,两种方法的电压曲线的特征是一致的,幅度接近,差异主要来源于两者的仿真过程不同,Modelica语言是直接将电路方程处理为数学方程求解,而PSPICE软件是从电路状态出发进行仿真。
This paper conducted a modeling and simulation of the output characteristics of the micro-vibration genera- tor by the Modelica language. To verify the rationality of the simulation results, the author also made a comparison with the PSPICE software based on the equivalent circuit method. The simulation results showed that the characteristic of the voltage curves from these methods is consistent and the amplitudes are similar. The differences of the amplitude mainly come from the diversity of the simulation process. The Modelica language directly transfers the circle equations into the mathematical equations to simulation while the PSPICE software carries out the simulation from the circuit state.
