Abstract:
根据鄱阳湖水资源动态监测特征,提出了新的水质监测点优化布设模型——贴近度法。利用该法对湖区19个监测断面的水质状况进行分析,使优化布点的信息更加合理、全面。计算结果表明,利用贴近度优化模型的放大作用,使得聚类效果明显提高,易于进行水质监测点的分类和排序。
According to the characteristics of water resources dynamic monitoring in the Poyang Lake, an optimal layout of water quality monitoring sites was presented by using approach degree method. After using the method to analyze the lake water quality status of 19 monitoring sections, the in-formation of optimal layout is more reasonable and comprehensive. The calculation results show that the amplification of approach degree optimal model obviously enhances the clustering effect and helps to classify and rank the water quality monitoring sites.

Abstract:
领导者是企业文化的主要来源。本文基于潍柴动力的公开资料、访谈及问卷调查进行了案例研究,构建了领导者培育企业文化的机制模型。模型表明,在企业生产经营与管理实践的推动下,领导者的倡导往往成为企业新文化的发端;企业领导者主导管理团队建设,形成管理团队文化;包括领导者在内的管理团队运用有效的方式方法对新文化进行导入和深植,最终形成广大员工认知、认同并内化的企业文化。
Leaders are the main sources of corporate culture. This paper is a case study based on the disclosed documents, interviews and question survey of WEICHAI Power Co., Ltd. We construct a mechanism model of how leaders cultivate corporate culture. The research results are following: Firstly, leaders put forward some new corporate culture elements based on the practice of company’s operation; then, leaders try to foster management team culture by constructing the management team to which the new corporate culture elements can spread. Finally, management team including leaders introduces and deeply embeds the new corporate culture elements to employees through valid methods, formulating the corporate culture which is cognitive, identified and internalized by the employees at last.

Abstract:
由于壁画拼接在图像拼接应用场景的特殊性,采用传统的单应性投射矩阵配准算法无法满足。通过SFM流程对壁画三维重建,预定位全景图的框架图片,调整非框架图片的投射顺序,采用滑动窗口直接线性变换算法进行投射。通过全景图的主观评价,误差数值的客观评价以及与商业拼接软件作实验对比验证了本课题算法的可行性。
Because of the particularity of the mural mosaic work in the panorama stitching, the existing algorithms can’t satisfy the needs. We set up three-dimensional reconstruction by a structure-from- motion (SFM) system to obtain the framework, and then project the no-frame images to the frame by Moving DLT in order to refine the transformations. The experiment shows a better result between objectivity and subjectivity compared with commercial softwares.

Due to the particularity of the illness of the hospitalized psychiatric patients, and some influencing factors such as hospital environment and the side effects of antipsychotics, psychiatric nurses often encounter hidden danger and risks in clinical nursing work. On the basis of analyzing the hidden danger and risks in psychiatric nursing, this paper puts forward some corresponding preventive measures to enhance the consciousness of risk protection of the nursing staffs in their work, as well as to eliminate the insecurity factors and reduce the risk of nursing, thereby preventing society, hospital, medical staffs, patients and others from unnecessary harms.

Abstract:
在我国经济新常态下,需要通过企业的并购重组来实现产业整合和结构升级。文化融合是企业并购整合的重要内容,它决定着企业并购重组的绩效。本文通过实证研究发现:影响并购重组企业文化融合的关键因素有:双方企业文化的差异性、并购重组前期的文化尽职调查、公关行为、整合碰撞期和磨合期的文化融合促进措施等,其中,员工对文化的认同和领导行为对文化融合效果影响最大。据此,提出了并购重组企业文化融合的原则,以期能为我国并购重组企业的文化管理提供参考和借鉴。
We need industrial restructuring and upgrading by corporate Merger & Acquisition under China’s New Normal of economy. Cultural fusion is an important part of the merger integration, and is one of the key factors affecting the performance of M&A. We find some following key factors that influence the performance of firm culture integration by empirical research: the differences between two corporate cultures; due diligence before M&A; PR behavior; promotion measures of culture integration at the stage of collision during integration. Finally, we suggest some principles of culture integration for cultural management practitioners.

Abstract: 合作主义和对抗主义是协约自治模式下启动协商谈判的两种方式。前者立足劳资合作达到共赢,后者重视劳资对抗而实现各自利益。我国协商启动立法追求合作主义,但也借鉴了对抗主义的规则,而实践却呈现独特的以政府导向为核心的“统合协作”模式:劳资政三方关系中,政府力量明显强大;劳资沟通能力较弱,沟通方式或合作或对抗未成定式;政府导向是弥补劳资沟通能力的必要措施。立法与实践的偏差是由于劳动法制模式正在经历由国家统合向协约自治的转换引起的,在此过程中劳资双方追求“自治”又依赖“强制”,政府追求“回避”又延续“干预”。
