抗癌中草药专利申请状况分析

Abstract: 笔者根据中国专利信息中心制作的中国专利文摘(光盘),采用关键词和分类号进行检索,共得到1985年(中国专利法开始实施)~1996年申请并公开的抗癌中草药专利文献281件(以下所提及的专利申请均为已公开的专利申请),全部为发明专利,占整个抗癌药物专利申请1128件的24.91%。1基本情况1.1申请年度从1985年开始,抗癌中草药专利申请逐年上升,至1993年达到最高峰,年申请量为84件,以后呈逐步回落的态势,至1995年为40件,1996年为6件。抗癌中草药专利申请自1994年以来呈下降趋势(见表1),这一事实使人联系到是否近年来抗癌中草药研究的进展不大,致使专利申请量下降。

Abstract: 山竹子原产马来西亚,20世纪60年代开始在海南引种栽培,现已经在海南省保亭县及周边地区形成规模种植。针对保亭地区的气候及山竹子结果树的生长特征,结合生产实际,从树冠管理、水分管理、施肥管理、病虫害防治、果实采收、采后处理等方面,介绍山竹子结果树的丰产栽培及管理技术,为山竹子种植户提供技术参考。

Abstract: 准确地估算植被覆盖度是生态学及全球植被覆盖变化研究的重要内容。应用遥感技术估测植被覆盖度成为近年来研究的热点之一,但影像混合像元的存在成为制约植被覆盖度提取精度的难题之一。以延庆区2014年的Landsat8 OLI影像为数据源,结合二类调查及补充调查数据,采用像元二分模型法和线性光谱混合模型法对提取植被覆盖度,对比分析2种模型的适用性。结果表明,基于像元二分模型法的植被覆盖度提取精度达到85.31%,基于线性光谱混合模型的植被覆盖度提取精度达到88.76%,线性光谱混合模型的提取效果要好于像元二分模型法,最后生成了延庆区植被覆盖分布图,可为县域尺度应用Landsat8 OLI影像估测植被覆盖度提供参考。
Accurate estimation of vegetation coverage is an important part for the study of ecology and global vegetation coverage change.The application of remote sensing technology to estimate vegetation coverage has become one of the hot spots in recent years.However,the presence of mixed pixels is one of the problems that restricts the accuracy of vegetation coverage.Taking the images of Landsat8 OLI of Yanqing County in 2014 as datum resources,combined with the data of the second class forestry inventory as well as supplementary inventory data,the vegetation coverages were extracted by using pixel dichotomy and linear spectral mixture model.The applicability of two kinds of models was compared.The results showed that dimidiate pixel model of vegetation coverage based on extraction accuracy reached 85.31%,linear spectral mixture model of vegetation coverage based on extraction accuracy was 88.76%,the extraction effect of linear spectral mixture model was better than the dimidiate pixel model.The distribution map of Yanqing vegetation coverage was finally generated to provide a reference for estimating vegetation coverage using Landsat8 OLI images at county scale
不同变质程度煤的发热量与水分和灰分的多元线性回归分析

Abstract: 发热量是煤质评价和热工计算的重要指标。通过收集内蒙、山西等矿区煤的水分、灰分、挥发分及发热量数据,根据挥发分高低对煤变质程度进行分级,并在此基础上,建立煤的发热量与水分、灰分的多元线性回归分析模型。研究结果表明,研究区煤的发热量与水分、灰分呈反比关系,且随着煤变质程度的降低,水分对发热量的影响逐渐增大,而灰分的影响逐渐降低。运用多元线性回归模型对其他矿区煤的发热量进行预测,并将预测值与实测值进行对比来验证模型的正确性,结果显示,该模型在不同矿区煤的发热量的预测中具有适用性。
南黄海残留盆地宏观分布特征研究

Abstract: 由于前新生代残留盆地具有埋深大、构造复杂的特点,采用综合地球物理研究方法成为圈划残留盆地宏观分布及预测残留盆地油气资源的重要方法技术.本文以南黄海地区为例,以重、磁数据为主体,以钻井、地震等高精度数据为先验信息做约束,采用带约束界面反演方法求取重力基底,同时根据求取的磁性基底计算了中、古生界的残余厚度,给出了前新生界残留盆地宏观分布特征.结合石油地质条件,圈划了油气资源有利区.研究结果表明南黄海北部坳陷北部和东北部中生界残余厚度较大,中部隆起与勿南沙隆起古生界残余厚度巨大,是较好的前新生代油气前景区.

Abstract:

随着经济的发展和人口流动数量的增加,北京市生活垃圾产量日渐加大,这就亟需北京市政府采取更多的措施处理生活垃圾进而治理生活垃圾带来的环境污染。生活垃圾处理作为环境保护的一个重要方面,是政府应当承担的公共事务,政府作为公共事务治理的主体,应当秉持公共治理动机,保持公共治理动力,其中发挥主要作用。本文通过分析北京市政府近几年生活垃圾治理效果,以此来研究政府本身存在的治理动力在环境治理方面的影响以及如何增强政府的环境治理动力。
With the development of economy and the increase in the number of population mobility, the household garbage is increasing gradually in Beijing, which needs the government of Beijing to take more measurements to deal with domestic waste and to manage its pollution to the environment. As an important part of the environmental protection, the household garbage should be undertaken by the government as the government’s responsibility. Therefore, the government is supposed to take an important role in processing the household garbage. This paper aims to research the influence on the environmental management of the government’s motion and the methods how to promote government’s motion in environmental management.

Abstract:
在Web2.0时代,消费者评论的作用日益凸显。为此,很多学者对消费者评论的影响做了大量的研究。通常,他们采用消费者评论的量和产品打分作为研究对象。事实上,消费者更关注的是评论中的文本。基于文本分析的方法,可以有效地挖掘出评论的文本中消费者对于产品的真实评价。利用对网上交易社区的数据研究发现,消费者产品评论的量对销量有正向影响,消费者评论的极性对销量有正向作用,且消费者评论量正向调节消费者评论机型对销量的作用。同时,本文消费者对产品不同属性的评价差异性越大,对产品越有利。相关研究结论深化了对消费者评论作用的理解,并为企业运用消费者评论提供了指导。
In the era of Web2.0, customer reviews have become more and more important. Many researchers have done a large number of researches. But they have just focused on the quantitative proxy such as volume and ratings. But the customers care more about the text. By text analysis, we can find more detail from the texts. From the empirical study, we find that volume and the valence of the customer reviews both positively influence sales and they have a positive interaction. We also find that the variance of the customer reviews has a positive influence on the sales. Our findings can expand the understanding of customer reviews and help marketers utilize online word-of-mouth.

Abstract:
复句作为联系句子与篇章的桥梁,在中文信息处理中具有重要的地位,关系词的识别研究是复句研究的切入点。本文基于汉语依存句法、关系词及搭配的特征与规律、辅以关系词本体知识库,自动识别并提取关系词,建立了关系词搭配语料库。该关系词搭配库记录了各种关系词在复句中使用与搭配的状态,将有利于分析与统计关系词搭配的规律,从中获取用于关系词自动识别的规则,为关系词更准确的识别打下基础。
Compound sentences, connecting sentences and paragraph, play an important role in Chinese in-formation processing. The research of relation word recognition is regarded as the breakthrough point for the research of compound sentences. Based on the dependency relationship in Chinese syntax and the characteristics and regularity of relation words and their collocations, this paper recognizes as well as extracts relation words automatically and established the relationship word collocation corpus with CCCS. The collocation corpus records the status of the match and use of various relation words in compound sentences, which will be advantageous to analyze the matching rule of the word collocation rule, and obtain rules for automatic relationship recognition, ultimately lay the foundation for the more accurate identification of the relation word.

无锡半城市化地区的空间范围识别

Abstract: 半城市化地区是近年国内外城市地理研究的新焦点。半城市化地区处于城市、乡村的模糊界限之中,受城乡共同作用,具有显著的过渡性、动态性和不稳定等特征,是发展变化最大的区域,对经济社会发展空间的可持续性具有重要影响。目前,半城市化地区空间范围的确定以定性分析为主,缺乏定量分析的实证与理论研究,并且大部分拘泥于行政边界限制。本文在探讨半城市化地区内涵基础上,建立包含建设用地占比、景观紊乱度、人口密度和二三产业增加值四个指标的指标体系,以无锡市区为例,借助ArcGIS软件运算分析指标在360个方向上的距离衰减突变值(DDV),结合“断裂点”方法,界定出无锡半城市化地区的范围,为未来半城市化地区空间演变研究奠定基础。
