Abstract: 现阶段,对地震恢复的预测往往缺乏系统的量化预测机制。能否有效地对地震的恢复进行预测,对政府正确评价和全面分析目标地震情况,展开合理的震后重建工作有着重要的指导作用。利用巨灾从发生到重建过程具有相似性的特点,选择历史上地震构建系统模型进行预测。在对照地震权值确定方面,引入模糊数学中贴近度。在实证部分,以对最近日本大地震恢复进行预测为例,将预测模型与真实预测情况进行拟合,效果显著。最后,为了能够详细说明预测对政府决策的潜在重要性,根据模型预测的日本综合恢复度和单个经济指标的恢复度,详细的从制造业,能源和投资三个方面探讨了本次地震对我国经济的影响。
At present, it lacks systematic quantitative forecasting models for the recovery in economy after the earthquake. On the other hand, only when the government makes a precise predication for the recovery of the earthquake could it have a sound and correct analysis on the earthquake to undertake proper practices for the reconstructing project after the earthquake. Therefore, after taking the similarity among disasters through- out the procedure of reconstruction into account, we establish the forecasting model via comparing several earthquakes which share most common with the target one. In addition, the degree of similarity in fuzzy mathematics is introduced here. In the empirical analysis section, the recent Japanese earthquake is used to illustrate the exactness of the model. The result of the empirical analysis shows a strong similarity between the real data and our forecasting ones. Last, in order to prove the importance for our model in the government policy after the earthquake, we thoroughly analyze the earthquake effect on our country under the section of manufacturing, energy and investment based on the economy as a whole and the main economic indictors’ recovery computed from our model.

Abstract: 作为绿色工业的中国电信产业的成长速度位于全球前列,前景也十分看好。目前中国正在进行大规模的电信建筑设计和建设。由于电信建筑(特别是枢纽楼)通常是高能耗建筑,通过规划和设计手段,提高建筑物隔热和遮蔽太阳性能,在生态和经济上十分重要。另外电信建筑的生产设备、技术、材料更替很快,要求有灵活的空间规划和易于维护的建筑和服务体系。因此,应用绿色思想和绿色技术进行电信建筑的设计十分必要。通过三个电信建筑的设计实例介绍,探讨了一些电信建筑的可持续发展设计方法

Abstract:
目的:研究肝硬化大鼠全肝血流阻断后血清中易导致多器官功能损伤的相关炎性因子表达的情况。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠80只,体重160~200 g,30%CCl4油溶液灌胃及饮用5%乙醇水制成肝硬化模型,随机分4组,每组20只。采用阻断肝门、肝上上腔静脉及肝下下腔静脉15 min (A2组)、30 min (A3组)、45 min (A4组)制作肝硬化大鼠全肝血流阻断模型,并以假手术组(A1组)作为对照。按阻断时间活杀取材,采用肝下下腔静脉取血,监测血清中TNF-α、NF-KB及IL-21的表达。多个样本均数比较采用单因素方差分析,两组间比较采用t检验。结果:全肝血流阻断各组与A1组相比血清中TNF-α,NF-KB,IL-21浓度明显升高(P < 0.05),且随时间增加,表达呈逐渐增强趋势。结论:肝硬化大鼠全肝血流阻断后,血清中相关炎性因子的表达浓度是升高的,随阻断时间的延长,因子的浓度呈上升趋势,而不同炎性因子之间存在影响,在器官功能损伤中发挥作用。
Objective: To research the expression of inflammatory cytokines which easily lead to multiple organ damage in liver cirrhosis rats serum under the condition of the whole liver blood flow blocking. Methods: Eights male SD rats weight 160 - 200 g were selected. The liver cirrhosis rats model was established by 30% CCl4 solution to fill the stomach and 5% alcohol to feed. Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, with 20 rats in each group. By blocking porta hepatis, liver up and inferior vena cava for 15 min (A2 group ), 30 min (A3group), 45 min (A4 group) production of cirrhosis rats whole liver blood flow blocking model, and the sham operation group (A1 group) as control. Twenty rats in each group were sacrificed at 15, 30, 45 min, respectively after modeling. According to the blocking time, they were killed lively, to monitor the expression of TNF-α, NF-KB and IL-21 in the serum from the inferior vena cava. All data were analyzed by using the analysis of variance or t test. Results: Cirrhosis rats whole liver blood flow blocking model compared with those in group A1, levels of TNF-α, NF-KB and IL-21 were significantly increased (p < 0.05), and the expression of inflammatory cytokines trend to grow by time. Conclusion: The expression of inflammatory cytokines which easily lead to multiple organ damage in liver cirrhosis rats serum under the condition of the whole liver blood flow blocking was increased. The concentration of inflammatory cytokines increases with the extension of blocking time. There is a mutual influence among different inflammatory cytokines which play a role in the injury of organ function.

Abstract: 研究了春季2~3月不同修剪时间和次数对腾冲过路黄复制开花数、花枝数和枝条直径的影响,认为腾冲过路黄在2月份修剪1次即可,能使其保持更长时间稳定的开花数。如果要使花期延迟些,可再修剪1次,但是花枝直径会明显变小。修剪3次对腾冲过路黄的影响更大,会使开花枝数和开花总数显著减少,花枝直径显著变小。3月底腾冲过路黄开始进入花芽分化期,一般不宜对其进行修剪。

Abstract: IPv6协议规定路由器不再对IP分组进行分段,因此端到端的PMTU探测成为IPv6应用中的关键环节,研究高性能的PMTU探测算法是当前下一代互联网领域中的研究热点.论文针对目前分层探测算法存在等概率探测点带来的发送探测包较多的问题,提出了一种基于经验值的分层探测算法,并从探测精度、总花费时间和总发包数等方面分析了该算法的测试性能,在CERNET2环境下,对比测试了一些常见PMTU算法的性能.实验结果表明,该算法的测试精度、测试耗时和发送探测分组数等性能方面都优于其他探测算法.

Collaborative employee has gradually become a major employment trend of seasonal produc-tion-oriented enterprises. But in the new “labor law”, without dedication to corporate synergy system regulation, it has no location in the system of rules. So how to solve the coordination in the process of all kinds of employees has become the key to the success of enterprise collaborative problem. Among them, the collaborative benefits for the collaborative employees have become the focus of the enterprises and the staff concern topic. Combining the actual case of Tunhe Co., Ltd., we make an introduction to collaborative labor risk control and deal with in this paper.
