Abstract:
水土保持是发展新型现代农业的重要基础。对改善环境、保护自然资源,提高资源使用效率发挥着重要作用。本文在分析水土保持对农业发展起到的重要作用基础上,从水土保持为新型现代农业创造有利条件,缓解水资源供需矛盾、改良土壤、为新型现代农业奠定基础,减少自然灾害有利于新型现代农业发展与生态环境改善,为农村可持续发展提供支撑、为实现山丘区新型现代农业可持续发展提供保障等方面探讨了水土保持与发展新型现代农业之间的关系,最后还就做好新型现代农业水土保持工作提出了几点建议。
Soil and water conservation is the important foundation of developing new types of modern agri-culture. It plays a big role in improving the environment, protecting the natural resources and in-creasing the efficiency of resource use. Basing on the analysis of the important role that soil and water conservation plays in agricultural development, this article discussed about the relationship between soil and water conservation and the new types of modern agricultural development, from soil and water conservation to create favorable conditions for the new types of modern agriculture, to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, soil improvement, and laying the foundation for the new types of modern agriculture, to reduce natural disasters favoring the development of the new types of modern agriculture and ecological environment improvement, to provide support for rural sustainable development and to provide the guarantee for the realization of the new types of modern agricultural sustainable development of the hills district. At last, some suggestions also were put forward to make new modern agricultural soil and water conservation work well.

Abstract:
水是生命之源,土是生存之本,水土资源是人类生存和发展的基本条件,是不可替代的基础资源。纵观世界主要国家和地区水土资源治理及其立法和实践,大都将流域综合治理作为其核心内容之一,并侧重于从流域整体层面维护河流健康、公平公道利用水土资源。由于流域水土资源开发、利用和保护与当地的社会、经济、文化等因素关系密切,因此各国和地区流域综合治理的制度表现形式亦有所不同。美国和日本在流域综合治理方面都是起步比较早的国家,有着丰富的经验,他们的一些先进技术,法律制度,管理体制等值得很多国家学习。本文通过对美国、日本水土保持相关法律制度与管理体制的综合评述,结合美国甜水河小流域综合治理和日本山洪灾害及水土流失治理的砂防工程的成功经验,分析了两国在流域水土保持综合治理的法律制度与管理体制方面的优势,为我国流域水土保持综合治理提供借鉴与参考。
Water is the source of life; soil is the root of survival, water and soil resources as the basic conditions for human survival and development are not be replaced. Throughout the world’s major countries and regions soil and water resources management and legislation and practice, most of them regard the watershed management as one of its core content, and focus on maintaining the health of the river from the overall level, fair and reasonable utilization of water and soil resources. Since the basin soil and water resources development, utilization and protection are closely related with the local social, economic, cultural and other factors, the form of integrated watershed management system in different countries and regions is not the same. The United States and Japan in terms of watershed management started relatively early and have a rich experience in integrated watershed management; some of their advanced technology, legal system, management system are worth learning for many countries. In this paper, based on the comprehensive review on Soil and Water Conservation legal system and management system of United States and Japan, combined with successful experiences of American Sweetwater River comprehensive management and Japanese Soil Conservation for mountain torrents and soil erosion governance, we analyzed the advantages in legal and management system of comprehensive harness of watershed soil and water conservation of the two countries to provide a reference for our country of the comprehensive management of watershed.

Abstract:
水土流失是我国最为严重的环境问题之一,不仅影响生态环境的建设和社会经济的发展,还会引起江河淤积、洪涝灾害频发等。水土保持是针对水土流失所进行的预防和治理措施,是维持山区、丘陵区和风沙区生产建设的重要手段,对保护生态系统平衡,发展社会经济具有重要意义。水土保持效益是水土保持技术方案及政策可行性评价的基本原则和依据,对进一步推进水土保持工作向科学化、规范化、高效化发展有着十分重要的作用。本文通过对近些年来水土保持效益评价方面研究的分析,明确了水土保持效益评价的基本方法及内容,如评价指标体系的建立和评价模型的确定,旨在为今后水土保持效益评价提供参考。
Water and soil loss is one of the most serious environmental problems in China, which not only affects the ecological environment construction and social economic development, but also causes siltation of rivers, floods and so on. Soil and water conservation is measures taken for preventing and controlling water and soil loss, and important means to maintain the production and con-struction in the mountainous area, hilly area and sandy area, it is of great significance to protect ecosystem balance and develop social economy. Soil and water conservation benefit is the basic principle and basis of feasibility evaluation of soil and water conservation technical scheme and policy, and also plays an important role in promoting the development of soil and water conserva-tion work to scientific standardization and efficiency. The article analyzes the research for soil and water conservation benefit evaluation in recent years, and makes clear of the basic methods and content of soil and water conservation benefit evaluation, such as the establishment of the evalua-tion index system and evaluation model, aiming to provide a reference for soil and water conser-vation benefit evaluation in the future.

Abstract:

传统的授课式单片机教学是晦涩难懂的,这极大的降低了学生们的学习兴趣和热情。本文讨论了基于Proteus和Keil的单片机教学方式:建立虚拟实验室,让学生随堂学随堂练,由于这种方式直观形象,可较大程度调动学生们的积极性。另外,在教学方法上采取教师为辅、学生为主的理念,突出教学中学生的主体和中心地位,并以任务驱动为手段,最大程度的调动学生的学习主观能动性。目前该教学方式和方法已应用于实际教学中,并取得了较理想的教学效果。

 Traditional microcomputer teaching is obscure, and degrades greatly students’ enthusiasm. In this paper, a mode of microcomputer teaching based on Proteus and Keil is discussed. It is very easy to setup a virtual lab in class and this can make our students learn while training. By this way, the teacher may upgrade the students’ interest mostly. What’s more, teaching method of task driving is adopted, which arouses the enthusiasm of the students to the maximum extent. Now, the mode and the method have been applied to the actual teaching, and we have got a better teaching effect.

Abstract: ?本文从供应商角度,首先基于经济订货批量模型建立了使供应商利润最大化的最小订货量优化模型,并给出了解析解。然后,我们又将其拓展到商品带全量价格折扣和运费带全量折扣的情形,并基于折扣函数的非连续性,运用逆向归纳法建立了最优免运费最小订货量的数值算法。最后通过算例对最优免费送货策略的有效性及使用条件进行了理论分析。

94ghz云雷达回波及测云能力分析

Abstract: 重点利用英国的94ghzgalileo测云雷达,结合35ghz云雷达、地面雨滴谱仪、雨量计和探空资料等,分析了94ghz雷达的回波特征及测云能力。结果表明:(1)94ghz云雷达能清楚反映出云及弱降水过程的云系结构变化和云内小尺度变化,可以探测到雾,雾的多普勒速度杂乱;(2)94ghz云雷达区别于厘米波雷达的较显著的回波特征是层状云降水的0℃层亮带下面雷达反射率因子降低不明显或没有降低及0℃层亮带上面存在0℃层暗带,分别是因为雨滴较大及冰晶较大产生非瑞利散射引起的,暗带区域的宽度一般在600m以下,暗带区域的许多冰晶聚合物最大尺度可超过3mm,有些暗带区域的许多冰晶聚合物最大尺度可超过6.8mm,多普勒速度及谱宽显著增大的地方是融化层顶;(3)与35ghz测云雷达相比,由于衰减和非瑞利散射,降水时的94ghz雷达反射率因子远小于35ghz雷达反射率因子,使探测到的高云云顶高度偏低,但94ghz云雷达抑制地物杂波的能力更高,在晴空低云探测方面具有优势。这些结果为中国正在研制的94ghz云雷达回波可靠性分析提供了参考。94ghz云雷达与其他探测手段结合,可揭示各种天气形成的物理机制,对天气预报、云物理的发展、人工影响天气、气候变化的研究均有重要意义。
基于构造复杂程度定量评价的瓦斯含量预测BP模型

Abstract: 首先分析总结了构造复杂程度的3个定量评价指标——Kd(断层复杂程度系数)、Kz(褶皱复杂程度系数)和Kq(倾角复杂程度系数);然后,在分析潘三煤矿瓦斯地质特征的基础上,把Kd,Kz,Kq,煤层埋深和基岩厚度作为影响该矿煤层瓦斯含量的因素,建立了潘三煤矿的瓦斯含量预测BP神经网络模型;对建立的模型进行学习训练,经5470次迭代,模型收敛,其精度高于多元回归模型,说明利用构造复杂程度定量评价系数来预测瓦斯瓦斯含量是可行的.

Abstract: 借鉴构造岩的分类方法和前人的研究成果,依据构造煤的成因、结构和构造,提出了一套既适合煤矿瓦斯灾害防治又适合煤层气开发的新的成因-结构-构造分类方案,将构造煤划分为脆性变形和韧性变形2个变形序列8个煤类,其中,脆性变形序列的构造煤又进一步划分出片状序列和粒状序列,同时,重新厘定了不同类型构造煤的变形性质和结构、构造特征.
