Er3+2.79μm激光器转镜调Q系统的特性分析

Abstract: 当YSGG、GGG、GSGG、YAG、YLF作为基质材料时,Er3+的4I11/2能级和4I13/2能级之间能够跃迁产生2.7~3μm的激光,该波段激光在医疗、军事等方面有着重要的应用价值。在790nm泵浦光作用下,ErYSGG作为工作物质可产生2.79μm激光。通过构建ErYSGG能级跃迁的速率方程,对转镜调Q激光器的系统特性进行了理论分析,并在此基础上进行数值模拟,得出了在给定激光工作物质参数的情况下,系统的各个变量对转镜调Q激光器性能的影响。这些结论将为类似实验的设计和改进提供理论指导。

Abstract:
本文通过案例的项目投资现金流的比较分析表明,碳减排融资是解决小型水电站投资收益率低的有效途径之一,解释了其对于融资方面的可行性,进而为我国发展小型水电站提供了可靠的理论依据。本文还估算了碳减排投资方的预期收益,结果表明其收益率远大于水电站本身的收益率。为此本文认为,我国应鼓励国内资本在碳减排方面的投资以及碳交易市场的尽快完善。
This paper shows that carbon reduction financing is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of mini-hydropower investment low income by the case of project cash flow analysis, explains its feasibility for financing, and thus provides a reliable theoretical basis for the development of mini-hydropower stations in China. This paper also estimates the expected return of investors in carbon emission reduction and the results shows that the yield including the carbon financing is much larger than itself. So it is believed thatChinashould encourage domestic capital investment in carbon reduction and perfect carbon trading market as soon as possible.
外源糖对盐胁迫下小黑麦幼苗糖代谢的影响

Abstract: 外源糖可以缓解盐害,提高植物耐盐性。为探究外源糖对盐胁迫下小黑麦幼苗糖代谢的影响及其机理,以小黑麦品种东农8809为材料,通过施加0.5 mmol·L-1葡萄糖和0.5 mmol·L-1蔗糖,探讨了100 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下外源糖处理的小黑麦幼苗相对电导率、碳水化合物含量和糖代谢关键酶活性的变化。结果表明,在盐胁迫下,与未经外源糖处理(CK)相比,外源葡萄糖、蔗糖预处理的小黑麦幼苗叶片的相对电导率显著降低,可溶性糖含量及蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、果糖-6-磷酸激酶和己糖激酶活性提高,尤其是己糖激酶活性显著高于其他处理,丙酮酸激酶活性降低。说明盐胁迫下,施加外源糖可以促进蔗糖和葡萄糖进入蔗糖合成途径和糖酵解途径,促进淀粉向可溶性糖转化,从而提高可溶性糖含量,降低渗透势,提高细胞吸水能力,以缓解盐胁迫对小黑麦的伤害程度。
NaF与H2O2对大鼠真皮成纤维细胞血管内皮生长因子表达的影响

Abstract: 目的:比较不同剂量的氟化钠(NaF)与过氧化氢(H2O2)对成纤维细胞表达血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,探索促进VEGF表达的简单有效的方法,为优化组织工程真皮培养条件提供理论参考。方法:酶消化法分离大鼠皮肤成纤维细胞,以不同剂量NaF(0.05和0.50mmol/L)、H2O2(10nmol/L和10μmol/L)以及两者联合(NaF0.05mmol/LH2O210μmol/L)分别作用于成纤维细胞,在第0、24及48h采用CCK-8法测定细胞的增殖活性,在第48小时采用ELISA法和免疫组织化学法测定其对VEGF表达的影响。结果:不同剂量NaF、H2O2以及两者联合作用对成纤维细胞增殖无抑制作用,与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NaF实验组和实验组的VEGF表达量均明显提高,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而NaF与H2O2两者联合作用效果最为明显,可提高40%(P<0.05)。结论:NaF与H2O2联合作用能在不影响成纤维细胞正常增殖的前提下,有效地促进VEGF的表达。
基于等参元理论的钢筋混凝土任意截面的刚度计算

Abstract: 根据有限单元法中的等参元理论,把笛卡尔坐标系下的任意形状截面变换为自然坐标系下的规则形状单元,导出自然坐标系下的钢筋混凝土截面的应变场和刚度矩阵表达式,使用高斯积分法计算截面刚度矩阵各个元素,从而建立计算任意形状截面刚度的通用计算模型。计算过程简单、算法可移植性好、精度较高。用所提出方法对钢筋混凝土双向偏压截面进行非线性全过程分析,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。

Abstract:
介绍了以基于拉曼散射的分布式光纤温度传感器对煤矿井下火灾进行自动探测的设计,分析了分布式光纤应用于煤矿井下的可行性和优越性,并结合水喷雾技术,共同构成煤矿井下火灾的自动探测及灭火系统。在发生非电气类火灾时,可以用其进行灭火,在平时可以用其对井下进行洒水除尘处理,实现资源的最大化利用。
This paper introduced the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor based on Raman scattering for design of automatic fire detection in the underground coal mine. Feasibility and superiority of the distributed optical fiber applied in coal mine was analyzed. Combined with water spray technology, the distributed optical fiber constituted the automatic fire detection and fire extin-guishing system in the underground coal mine. In the event of non-electrical fire, it can be used to put out the fire, and be usually used for underground sprinkling service, which maximizes the use of resources.

Abstract: 为改进高速公路交通流状态估计方法,采用速度梯度模型作为交通流的系统状态方程构建交通流状态估计模型.通过对速度梯度模型参数的敏感性分析,发现模型估计误差对自由流速度和阻塞传播速度两参数较为敏感,需在线估计.然后分别给出了速度梯度模型与扩展卡尔曼滤波以及无迹卡尔曼滤波相结合的高速公路交通流状态估计方法,并应用实测数据对两类交通流状态估计方法的性能进行了评估.结果发现:两类交通状态估计的精度均可达85%左右,无迹卡尔曼滤波算法精度略好于扩展卡尔曼滤波,但计算时耗大.基于速度梯度模型的交通流状态估计方法能有效估计和跟踪交通流状态的变化,且相较于同类方法,所需标定的模型参数更少.

Abstract: 对重庆机场草地土壤动物群落的组成,结构和时空动态特征进行了比较研究,初步分析了土壤动物与机场鸟类在种类和数量上的动态关系。结果表明:土壤动物的优势类群为蜱螨目;常见类群多为大,中型土壤动物,是鸟类捕食的主要对象;活动性弱的小型土壤动物是幼虫主要分布在土壤和腐质层中,且群落的多样性和稳定性较高;

Abstract: The distinctive geographical location fo yunnan in Asia, his complex natural environment, abundant bio-resources, and diversity in biota and speciation have attracted many Chinese and foreign scientists ever since. This paper concluded the progress on ornithology in Yunnan in three periods and seven aspects. After Opium War there were ten or more terms of exploration collected the bird specimens in Yunnan, for example, Mr. J. Anderson, G. Forrest, J. Rock, La Touche and others. Until 1958, 37 foreign ornithogists published 100 and more papers and monographies (revised into 80 or more species). Author pointed that the so-call 'TSEKOW' or 'TSEKU' which is type locality of bird in north-western Yunnan, in fact is 'CIGU' village in the west bank of upper Langciangjiang River. In this period, there were two Chinese ornithologists, Mr. Yen K. Y. and Mr. Cheng L. T., to study the birds in Yunnan. Only since founding of New China, Yunnan ornithology has developed. Before 1970's, only fauna and taxonomy were done. After then, FAUNA SINICA, systematics and others be made. Till the end of 1987, 90 and more papers and monogtaphies on bird of Yunnan be written, and the monography BIRD-LIST OF YUNNAN was pressed. As a result, 6 new subspecies and many new distributions were discovered, so that the species of Yunnan birds increased from 588 in 1947 to 778 at present, added 190 species. In other aspects, there were 33 articles of Ecology. Although study on bird migration and chromosome began early in China, but do not be pay more attention to. In the meantimes, the protections on resources and environment, exploition of resources, and bird pest control have be made more or less. The contributions to Yunnan ornithology by Mr. Zheng Zuo-xin and Mr. Pang Chi-hua are proved. Ultimately author gives his thoughts about major problems that should be further study on ornithology of Yunnan in the future.
