不同品种糙米储藏期间品质变化规律的研究

Abstract: 为探讨糙米储藏品质的变化规律及其影响因素,选择辽宁地区常见的稻谷品种辽星、盐粳218、田丰202、锦稻201和盐丰407作为实验原料,分别在准低温储藏(20 ℃)和农户常规储藏条件下储藏一年(2014.12~2015.12),对糙米样品的水分、脂肪酸值、电导率、过氧化氢酶活性、发芽率、品尝评分值和直链淀粉等品质指标进行了跟踪测定,并对测定数据进行相关分析。试验结果表明:随着糙米储藏时间的延长,糙米脂肪酸值和电导率将逐渐增大,而水分、过氧化氢酶活性、发芽率和品尝评分值将逐渐降低;储藏方式以及品种的差异也对糙米储藏品质指标显著影响(p<0.05)。通过综合分析糙米品质指标变化规律,确定田丰202和锦稻201耐储性。并对田丰202的储藏品质指标进行了相关性分析,分析表明可以采用过氧化氢酶、电导率、脂肪酸值和发芽率指标来反映糙米的耐储性。
To investigate the rate of change and factors influencing the quality of brown rice during storage, several rice varieties common in the Liaoning area were selected as experimental materials-Liaoxing, Yanjing 218, Tianfeng 202, Jindao 201, and Yanfeng 407. The moisture content, fatty acid value, conductivity, catalase activity, germination rate, taste evaluation value, amylose content, and other indicators of quality of brown rice samples were assessed and measured at quasi-low temperature (20?℃) and conventional agricultural storage for 1 year (2014.12~2015.12). Furthermore, correlation analysis of the measured data was performed. The results showed that with increased storage time, fatty acid value, and conductivity gradually increased, whereas moisture, catalase activity, germination rate, and taste evaluation value gradually decreased. Differences in storage methods and rice varieties also had significant effects on indicators of the quality of stored brown rice (p<0.05). Comprehensive analysis of the changes in brown rice quality indicators revealed that Tianfeng 202 and Jindao 201 are more suitable for storage. In addition, correlation analysis of the storage quality index of Tianfeng 202 was performed, and results showed that catalase activity, conductivity, fatty acid value, and germination rate can be used as indicators reflecting the storage stability of brown rice.
基于星型结构的虚拟参考站网络实时动态测量关键算法研究

Abstract: 针对目前VRS网络RTK中三角形构网的不足,本文首先构建了一种星型结构的VRS网络RTK基线解算方式,并提出了适用于星型结构VRS网络RTK模糊度解算方法;然后针对这种星型结构分别对VRS网络RTK中电离层、对流层改正数的算法进行了深入研究;最后通过两个试验对星型VRS网络与传统VRS三角形网络在网络模糊度解算与VRS网络改正数计算两方面进行了验证分析,试验结果表明本文提出的星型结构VRS网络RTK在网络模糊度解算方面固定速度明显加快,提高幅度约50%,在生成的网络改正数方面精度及可靠性更高。本文研究结果对VRS网络RTK技术更广泛的使用具有重要的理论意义。
南京栖霞山多金属矿床的有机成矿作用

Abstract: 通过检测南京栖霞山多金属矿床成矿流体中的系列生物标志化合物,确证了成矿流体中的有机质源于赋矿地层中的菌藻类生物。成矿流体中的有机质富含有较多的杂原子,流体中的Zn含量高达200.4×106,表明成矿元素能以有机-金属络合物的形式搬运。矿石中的Pb、Zn总量与S/C比值存在一定关系,有机质通过还原SO42-而为矿质沉淀提供S2-。并由此提出长江中下游地区许多矿床赋存于石炭-三叠系中与有机质、有机流体的这些成矿作用有一定的关系。
杭锦旗有毒植物资源及其开发利用前景分析

Abstract: 为了实现多频数据融合处理并有效抑制伪距硬件延迟对定位精度的影响,推导了多频标准单点定位的数学模型,给出了多系统双频/三频观测值组合情况下的DCB改正方法,并以5个MGEX监测站连续7 d的实测三频数据进行验证.结果表明,DCB改正后,BDS,GPS,Galileo系统观测值残差的标准差分别减小了74.3%,66.1%和71.2%;单BDS三频单点定位点位精度提高74.6%;单BDS双频单点定位与三频单点定位精度相当;相比于单BDS,BDS/GPS及BDS/GPS/Galileo组合单点定位精度分别提高了18.9%和24.6%,取得了三维3.640和3.385 m的定位精度.
To achieve deep fusion of multi-frequency information and effectively suppress the influence of pseudo-range hardware delay on the positioning accuracy, a mathematical model of multi-frequency standard point positioning(SPP)is developed. The differential code bias(DCB)correction method of multi-GNSS(global navigation satellite system)dual/tripe-frequency is proposed and verified by the real triple-frequency data from 5 multi-GNSS experiment(MGEX)stations during seven consecutive days. The results show that after applying DCB correction, the standard deviations of residuals are reduced by 74.3%, 66.1%, 71.2% for BDS, GPS(global positioning system), Galileo, respectively. The accuracy of single BDS(Beidou navigation satellite system)triple-frequency SPP is improved by 74.6%. The accuracy of dual-frequency SPP is equivalent to that of tripe-frequency SPP for single BDS. Compared with single BDS, the positioning accuracy is improved by 18.9% for BDS/GPS(global positioning system)combination and 24.6% for BDS/GPS/Galileo combination, and the three-dimensional positioning accuracies are 3.640 and 3.385 m, respectively
北斗三频宽巷组合网络RTK单历元定位方法

Abstract: 利用三频超宽巷/宽巷模糊度波长较长从而易于固定的优势,提出了一种基于北斗三频宽巷组合的网络RTK单历元定位方法。数据处理中心利用基准站实时生成并播发包含双差对流层和电离层延迟改正信息的虚拟观测值;用户站利用载波、伪距组合及分步解算的TCAR方法基于单个卫星对、单历元可靠固定两个超宽巷或宽巷模糊度。最后利用已固定模糊度且噪声最小的宽巷观测值和内插得到的大气延迟改正进行实时动态定位解算。试验结果表明,对于本文提出的网络RTK单历元定位方法,用户站宽巷模糊度单历元解算准确率高于99.9%,统计的定位中误差平面为3~4cm,高程方向约为5cm。

Abstract: 针对北斗三频长距离参考站间宽巷(含超宽巷)模糊度解算中存在的问题,分析了影响宽巷组合(WLC)法、载波伪距组合的无几何无电离层(GIF)法及分步无几何(TCAR)法的主要因素及各自的局限性.在此基础上,基于参考站间基线已知的特性,提出了一种分步解算的无电离层(SIF)方法.首先采用载波伪距组合求解(0,-1,1)超宽巷模糊度,利用模糊度已固定的(0,-1,1)载波观测值与第2个宽巷/超宽巷观测值组成载波无电离层组合,同时分析了残余几何项误差对模糊度解算的影响.最后采用了一组长度为265 km的实测北斗三频基线数据进行了实验验证.实验结果表明,所提SIF方法能够有效消除长基线情况下电离层延迟的影响,同时受观测值噪声的影响较小.
Aiming at the triple-frequency wide-lane/extra-wide-lane ambiguity resolution for long-range base stations of Beidou navigation satellite system(BDS), the main factors and limitations were analyzed for wide-lane combination(WLC)method, the carrier and pseudorange combined geometry-free and ionosphere-free(GIF)method, the three-carrier ambiguity resolution(TCAR)method. Then, a new stepwise ionosphere-free(SIF)method was proposed based on the characteristics known by baseline components. First, the(0,-1,1)ambiguity could be solved reliably with single epoch. After that, in order to solve the second wide-lane ambiguity, the ambiguity-fixed(0,-1,1)observation was used to form a ionosphere-free carrier observation together with the second wide-lane combination. The effects on the residual geometry errors were analyzed. BDS triple-frequency baseline data with a real distance of 265 km were used to test the performance. The results indicate that the proposed SIF method can avoid the influence of ionosphere delay on long-range baselines with smaller observation noises
第四纪环境重建的良好代用指标——有壳变形虫记录与古生态学研究进展

Abstract: 有壳变形虫是一类广泛分布在淡水潮湿环境中的根足纲原生动物,具有较窄的生态幅、较短的生命周期,对环境变化敏感等特点,因此沉积物中保存的有壳变形虫化石可以提供高分辨率的环境信息。有壳变形虫化石在古湖泊学与人类活动、古水文、古温度、第四纪海平面变化的定量重建等方面具有独特而重要的研究价值。在欧洲和北美开展的大量研究已证实有壳变形虫是古环境变化的有效指示器。我国地域辽阔,生境多样,无论是开展现代有壳变形虫的生态学研究,还是沉积物中有壳变形虫记录的古环境重建,都有巨大的研究潜力。

Abstract: ‘茄杂6号’是由自交系‘134’与‘圆杂-黑扁-1-1-m’配制而成的春秋大棚茄子专用品种。该品种耐弱光,易坐果,着色好,抗性强。株形紧凑,门茄节位8节左右。果实扁圆形,果色黑亮,果肉浅绿,单果质量850~950g,商品性好。产量一般为90~105t·hm-2。

Abstract: ‘茄杂12号’是由自交系‘93-6f2-1-3-1-1-1’与‘圆杂-1-1-2-m’配制而成的棚室茄子专用品种。该品种早熟、耐低温弱光、易坐果、着色好。株形较小,门茄节位6节,果实扁圆形,果色黑亮,果肉浅绿,单果质量700~750g,商品性好。产量一般为80~96t·hm-2。
