冷再生混合料用乳化沥青流变性能
Emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture based on rheological properties

Abstract: 为了准确评价乳化沥青流变特性对冷再生混合料路用性能的影响规律,从而为乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能指标的建立提供参考。采用界面流变和动态剪切流变的手段,以乳化沥青的界面扩张模量、黏性/弹性模量、相位角、黏性和弹性的转变点等流变参数为主要特征参数,考察其随频率和温度的变化情况以及对冷再生混合料性能的影响规律,并结合乳化沥青各组分的作用机理和流变模型分析,采用描述线性黏弹性流体的理想模型(即Maxwell流体模型)进行拟合计算,建立了多项流变参数与路用性能指标的构效关系,并进行乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能评价。试验结果表明:所考察的流变性能参数与乳化沥青及冷再生混合料的性能有很好的相关性;界面扩张模量与乳化沥青的黏度和储存稳定性呈正相关性,其值越高,乳化沥青黏度越大,储存稳定性更佳;乳化沥青黏性?驳?性的转变温度以及模量与冷再生混合料的强度和水稳定性呈正相关性,其值越大,乳化沥青冷再生混合料的强度越高,水稳定性更好;与经典的Maxwell流体模型相比,乳化沥青的cole??cole图(弹性模量对黏性模量作图)和??G??′/??G??″?勃?ω??图(弹性模量??G??′和黏性模量??G??″对频率??ω??作图)均与理论模型偏离,属于具有非单一结构松弛时间的非线性黏弹性流体。研究结果可为乳化沥青冷再生混合料的理论研究及性能指标的建立提供参考。
Interfacial rheology and dynamic shear rheology were employed to investigate the effect of rheological properties of emulsified asphalt on the performance index of cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt, as well as to provide guidance for establishing the performance index. The main characteristic parameters were set up, including interfacial dilational modulus, viscous/elastic modulus, phase angle, and viscous to elastic transition. The variations of all the parameters as functions of temperature and frequency, and their effects on the properties of cold recycled mixture were studied. The ideal Maxwell model was used to calculate the real model of the fluid. Based on the interaction mechanism and rheological model, the relationship between the rheological parameters and the pavement properties of cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt was established, and it can be applied for the property evaluation of the cold recycled mixture. The results show that the rheological parameters related to the pavement properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. The dilational modulus as well as viscosity has a positive correlation with the storage stability of the asphalt emulsion. A large dilational modulus and high viscosity result in favorable storage stability for the asphalt emulsion. The rheological parameters of the transition temperature from the viscous to elastic state and the modulus have a positive correlation with the strength and moisture stability of the cold recycled mixture. A high transition temperature and modulus of the emulsified asphalt result in high values of strength and moisture stability of the cold recycled mixture. Furthermore, the diagrams of cole??cole (elastic modulus versus viscous modulus) and ??G??′/??G??″?勃?ω?? (elastic modulus ??G??′ and viscous modulus ??G??″ versus frequency ??ω??) deviate from the classical Maxwell fluid model, indicating a nonlinear viscoelastic fluid with a non??structural relaxation time. 考虑传力杆位置偏差的刚性路面接缝传荷预估模型

Abstract: 针对刚性路面传力杆空间位置偏差问题,建立了Winkler地基上考虑层间接触状况的等平面尺寸双层路面结构模型,计算了传力杆位置偏差(水平偏角、竖直偏角和埋深偏差)对接缝传荷能力的影响,并通过三元非线性回归构建了接缝传荷能力预估模型,提出了模型的荷载修正系数η1并推荐了其取值范围.经FWD实测弯沉传荷系数的验证,修正后的预估模型较好地反映了位置偏差传力杆刚性路面的接缝传荷能力.传力杆水平偏角对弯沉传荷系数影响较小,随着竖直偏角的增大,传荷系数呈线性较小,水平偏离15°时,传荷系数降低约12%.传力杆布置于面层中部时,传荷能力最大,埋设位置偏上或偏下都将引起传荷系数的下降,偏下2cm时降幅可达10%.
再生沥青中新旧沥青扩散特性

Abstract: 为掌握再生沥青中新旧沥青扩散特性,以提高再生沥青混合料性能和旧沥青的再生程度,采用老化沥青和新沥青制备双层沥青试样,保温使新旧沥青扩散,在此基础上,建立基于针入度和动态剪切流变(DSR)试验的新旧沥青扩散程度评价方法和指标,进而研究高温和中温条件下扫描保温时间、保温温度、老化沥青类型及老化程度对新旧沥青扩散程度影响,设计正交试验,并使用极差分析和方差分析方法研究各因素影响程度。结果表明:高温条件下新旧沥青扩散程度随保温时间的增加先增加后不变,随老化程度的增加基质沥青扩散程度逐渐增加,SBS改性沥青则基本不变,且老化程度较低时SBS改性沥青扩散程度优于基质沥青,但老化程度严重时正好相反;老化时间、保温温度和保温时间对新旧沥青扩散程度的影响程度依次降低,其中老化时间和保温温度对其有显著影响,而保温时间无显著影响;中温扫描时,新旧沥青扩散程度随扫描时间的增加而增加,随老化程度增加而减小,且基质沥青扩散程度优于SBS改性沥青;高温和中温条件下新旧沥青扩散程度均随温度的增加而增加,且基质沥青的最佳增长温度范围高于SBS改性沥青。故如需提高再生沥青混合料中新旧沥青扩散程度时应主要关注沥青老化程度及适宜的新旧沥青温度。
To evaluate the diffusion characteristics of new and old asphalt in recycled asphalt, and to improve the performance of recycled asphalt mixture, two??layer asphalt samples were prepared using aged asphalt and virgin asphalt, and thermal insulation was used for the diffusion of virgin asphalt and old asphalt. Based on this, an evaluation method and index for the diffusion degree of virgin asphalt and old asphalts based on penetration and dynamic shear rheology (DSR) tests were established. Next, the influence of scanning insulation time, insulation temperature, type of aged asphalt, and aging degree on the diffusion degree of new and old asphalt was investigated. Orthogonal test using range analysis and variance analysis method was designed to study the degree and significance of the influence degree of each factor. The results show that under the condition of high temperature storage, the diffusion of new and old asphalt first increases with the insulation time and then becomes constant. The diffusion of asphalt increases with the aging degree. the SBS modified asphalt remains constant. The diffusion of SBS modified asphalt is better than that of asphalt when the aging degree is low, however, the opposite occurs when the aging degree is high. The influence of aging time, holding temperature, and holding time on the diffusion degree of new and old asphalt decreases. The aging time and holding temperature significantly influence the asphalt, but the holding time does not. Under the condition of middle temperature scanning, the diffusion degree increases with the increase of the scanning time and decreases with the increase of the aging degree. Further, the diffusion degree of asphalt is better than that of SBS modified asphalt. Under the condition of new and old asphalt the diffusion degree increases with the increase of temperature, and the optimum increase temperature range of asphalt is higher than that of SBS modified asphalt. Abstract: 利用UCAC4星表(thefourthU.S.navalobservatoryCCDastrographcatalog)提供的高精度自行数据分析了疏散星团M67的运动学性质.分析显示有1颗质量约0.8~0.9MΘ;的小质量恒星以约30±;9km/s的高速相对于星团运动.这颗高速星距星团中心的投影距离约0.4pc,位于星团核心区.其速度是星团核心区理论逃逸速度的16倍,处于高速逃逸状态.该星在颜色-星等图上的位置、空间投影位置以及视向速度表明它极有可能是M67的成员星.在M67中发现高速星对理解星团内部动力学演化以及太阳系的起源都有重要意义.
