转炉煤气干法除尘回收系统关键技术的优化应用

Abstract: 转炉煤气干法除尘回收系统在运行中存在较多不稳定因素,故障时有发生,严重制约生产的均衡稳定。通过进行工艺、设备改进,优化应用蒸发冷却器喷淋水水质提升、蒸发冷却器桶壁高效化清理技术、电除尘器泄爆控制技术、电除尘器电场劣化控制技术、电除尘器阴极线在线更换技术等关键技术,逐步完善原技术的固有缺陷,有效解决了各类问题。通过转炉煤气干法除尘回收系统关键技术的优化应用,实现了设备系统的稳定高效运行,使其运行效率达到甚至超过了国内外同行的最好水平,同时使得原转炉煤气干法除尘回收技术得到了有效的补充和完善。
玉米储藏过程中挥发性成分变化研究

Abstract: 为了研究玉米储藏期间气味变化情况,采用优化的顶空固相微萃取-气质联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析玉米在常温(25 ℃)密闭储藏过程中的主要挥发性成分组成。检出的物质主要包括烃类、醛类、酯类、醇类、酮类、酸类和少量杂类物质。结果表明,在储藏过程中烃类物质总相对含量在储藏末期比储藏初期有所增加。酸类物质相对含量呈缓慢上升但含量较低。酮类物质相对含量较低且呈逐渐降低趋势。醇类挥发性成分在储藏120 d前呈现增加趋势,在120 d后有所降低。醛类和酯类物质相对含量呈现先升高后降低,二者相对含量较高,储藏180 d后的相对含量接近于0 d,是玉米风味的主要贡献物质。而烃类和醇类风味阈值较高,不是玉米储藏期间风味的主要贡献物质。25 ℃下密闭储藏180 d后的玉米其气味与储藏0 d的玉米相比,并未发生人嗅觉可感知的明显异味变化。
Optimized headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to analyze changes in relative content of volatile components in maize during airtight storage at 25 ℃. The major components identified could be categorized into seven groups: alkanes, aldehydes, esters, alcohols, ketones, acids, and small amounts of other compounds. The results showed that relative content of alkanes increased; while that of acids remained at a low level, in spite of a slow increase; whereas ketones decreased slowly and remained at a low level. The relative content of alcohol, aldehydes, and esters increased during the initial 120 d storage, and then decreased. As primary contributors to the volatile components of maize during storage, the total relative content of aldehydes and esters at 180 d approximated that at 0 d. Alkanes and alcohols were not considered to be major contributors due to their high odor thresholds. After airtight-storage at 25 ℃ for 180 d, no significant off-flavors were detected as compared to that at 0 d, probably due to the moderate storage conditions.
链格孢霉毒素细交链格孢菌酮酸人工抗原的合成及其多克隆抗体制备

Abstract: 本研究采用肟化法用羧甲基羟胺半盐酸盐对链格孢霉毒素细交链格孢菌酮酸(Tenuaconic acid, TA)进行衍生后引入连接臂,得到了半抗原TAO。通过活性酯法将半抗原TAO分别与牛血清蛋白(Bovine serum albumin,BSA)偶联制备得到免疫原TAO-BSA、与血蓝蛋白(Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin,KLH )偶联制备得到包被原TAO-KLH。经透析纯化后分别采用紫外光谱、红外光谱扫描法对合成的人工抗原进行初步鉴定,制备得到的人工抗原的偶联比分别为18.3:1、38.7:1。此人工抗原免疫Balb/c小鼠后获得的鼠源抗血清进一步验证了人工抗原合成成功,制备得到特异性识别TA的多克隆抗体。通过ELISA棋盘法确定了最佳包被原浓度以及最佳抗体稀释度并建立了TA间接竞争ELISA检测方法,其灵敏度以半抑制浓度IC50表示为335.55 ng/mL,最低检出限(LOD)为19.00 ng/mL,定量线性检测范围为200.00 ~1563.00 ng/mL。
The oximation reaction was used to derivatize tenuazonic acid (TA), and a connecting arm was introduced to synthesize the hapten, TAO. The TAO-BSA immunogen and TAO-KLH coating antigen conjugates were prepared by the active ester method. After dialysis purification, UV spectrum scanning, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and animal immunization experiments were used to test and verify the synthesis products. The coupling ratios of the two conjugates were 18.3:1 and 38.7:1. Balb/c mice were immunized by TAO-BSA and a polyclonal TA antibody was obtained from the antiserum. The sensitivity of the mouse antiserum was measured by indirect competitive ELISA. The optimum concentrations of the coating antigen and antibody dilutions were determined by the chessboard method. The sensitivity, as measured by IC50, was 335.55 ng/mL. The detection limit (LOD) was 19.00 ng/mL, and the linearity range was 200.00~1563.00 ng/mL.
基于电化学技术的Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯分子印迹膜的研制

Abstract: 拟除虫菊酯类农药残留造成的安全问题已受到越来越广泛的关注,开发快速检测技术可为农副产品中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的监控提供技术支持。本实验以邻氨基酚为功能单体,以Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯农药结构类似物间苯氧基苯甲酸为模板分子,采用循环伏安法电聚合技术在玻碳电极表面聚合形成可检测含间苯氧基苯甲酸结构的Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯农药的分子印迹膜,用于Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药的检测研究。5 min可完成对农药的响应,其响应电流变化值与一定浓度范围内的溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.991、0.992、0.992、0.990,精密度分别为2.20%、2.80%、2.50%、2.12%,检出限在0.01 mg/kg~0.30 mg/kg之间。对加标红桔、贡桔和椪柑样品进行检测,准确性高。
Recently, increasing attention has been paid to the hazards of pyrethroid insecticide residues. Rapid detection techniques can provide technical support for monitoring the pyrethroid pesticide residues in agricultural products. Using o-aminophenol (OAP) as the functional monomer and 3-phenoxybenzoic acid (3-PBA) (the structural analog of type II-pyrethroid insecticides) as the template molecule, the electropolymerized molecularly imprinted membrane (MIM) was prepared for the detection of type II-pyrethroid insecticides; MIM was synthesized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the method of cyclic voltammetry in this study. The prepared MIM was applied in the detection of type II-pyrethroid insecticides and responses to the insecticides were completed within five minutes. The changes in the peak current value showed a good linear correlation with deltamethrin, fenvalerate, fenpropathrin, and cyhalothrin within a certain concentration range; the corresponding correlation coefficients were 0.991, 0.992, 0.995, and 0.990, respectively; precisions were 2.20%, 2.80%, 2.50%, and 2.12%, respectively; and detection limits ranged from 0.01 mg/kg to 0.30 mg/kg. The system was used for measurements of spiked citrus samples such as tangerine, Gong orange, and Ponkan, and results showed high accuracy.
