内蒙古地区2001年夏季气候特征及前兆信号分析

Abstract: 2001年夏季,内蒙古地区发生了继1999、2000年连续两年的干旱之后的较为严重的全区性干旱。通过分析2001年内蒙古地区夏季气候特征及预测信息,研究内蒙古夏季(1739~2000年中西部地区、1774~2000年东部地区)旱涝气候变化规律,探讨影响内蒙古地区夏季干旱前期信息的变化特征。结果表明,严重干旱年多发生在lanina事件峰值年次年,环流特征为北半球极涡强度前冬弱后冬强,自上年5月至当年4月呈现出鄂霍次克海高压偏强副高偏弱,并持续3~7个月,继而转成鄂霍次克海高压偏弱副高偏强,并持续2~6个月,可将这些特征作为内蒙古地区夏季严重干旱的前兆信号。

This paper introduces the principle of microwave-assisted extraction technology, and summarizes the research progress and current status of microwave-assisted extraction of active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine, including medicinal plants, medicinal animals and medicinal minerals. It analyzes the important role of microwave extraction technology in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. The development of microwave chemistry is prospected.

Abstract:
寻找内源性诱导睡眠物质一直是很多科研机构的研究重点。近期的研究认为,睡眠–觉醒的发生与中枢神经系统内的某些特定结构以及不同递质(也称为内源性物质)的作用密切相关。这些内源性物质本身作为药物、保健食品原料等,具有安全有效的特点。本文简述了这些内源性物质与镇静催眠的相关性、机制、化学结构和组成、有关的应用及发展前景。
The search for endogenous inducing sleep substances has been a research focus of many scientific research institutions. Recent studies suggest that the occurrence of sleep-wake is closely related to the specific structure of the central nervous system and the role of different transmitters (also known as endogenous substances). These endogenous substances have their own safety and efficacy characteristics as medicines, health food ingredients, and the like. This article briefly describes the correlation, mechanism, chemical structure and composition of these endogenous substances with sedation and hypnosis and related applications and development prospects. Progress in the study on endogenous substances related sedative-hypnotic and arousal was reviewed.

Abstract:
藜芦本身有毒且与多种中药存在配伍禁忌,故是一味临床使用不多的中药。藜芦具有杀虫祛痰的传统功效,目前对藜芦的药理作用研究尚不充分,但是藜芦中含有的白藜芦醇在保护心血管系统、肝脏、神经系统和抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多方面都具有很好的作用。采用微波、超声波、微波与超声波组合三种方法,对藜芦进行了提取研究,通过均匀设计法优选藜芦的最优提取条件,为后续相关研究提供实验基础。
Veratrum nigrum L. has the effect of killing mites. It is a traditional Chinese medicine that has little use because it is toxic and incompatible with a variety of traditional Chinese medicines. At present, the pharmacological effects of Veratrum nigrum L. are not sufficient, but the resveratrol contained in the gourd has good protection in the cardiovascular system, liver, nervous system and antibac-terial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-tumor and other aspects. In this paper, three methods of microwave, ultrasonic, microwave and ultrasonic are combined to study the extraction of Veratrum nigrum L. The optimal extraction conditions of hoist are optimized by uniform design method to provide experimental basis for subsequent research.

Abstract:
本文采用微波和超声波组合法从花生芽中提取白藜芦醇浸膏,并以HPLC法测定所得到的浸膏中白藜芦醇含量。在恒定微波功率600 W和超声波功率1500 W基础上,通过L16 (43)正交试验,考察了乙醇浓度、作用时间和提取温度三个因素对提取效果的影响。优选花生芽在微波和超声波组合作用条件下的最佳提取工艺,并考察该提取法提取白藜芦醇的效果。研究结果表明,微波和超声波组合作用对于花生芽中提取白藜芦醇具有较高的效率。采用这种组合作用的提取方法,乙醇浓度为主要影响因素,然后是提取温度,最后是作用时间。最优的提取工艺是提取溶剂为40%乙醇、微波和超声波作用时间为3 min和提取温度为65℃。
In this paper, Resveratrol plant extract was extracted from Peanut buds by the combination ex-traction method of microwave irradiation and ultrasonic wave, and the content of resveratrol was determined by HPLC. Based on the constant microwave power of 600 W and ultrasonic wave power of 1500 W, the main and secondary influencing factors of ethanol concentration, action time and extraction temperature were investigated through the orthogonal test of L16 (43). The results show that the combination of microwave irradiation and ultrasonic wave has high efficiency in extracting resveratrol from peanut buds. With the extraction method combined microwave irradiation and ultrasonic wave, the ethanol concentration is the main influencing factor, then the extraction temperature, and finally the action time. The optimal extraction process is 40% ethanol of the extract solvent, 3 min of the action time, and 65?C of the extracting temperature.
黄土区被草土质路面产流产沙过程及防蚀效果

Abstract: 通过变坡钢槽装土和人工降雨的室内模拟试验,分析了黄土区裸露土质路和被草土质路(被草土质路种植早熟禾)路面的产流产沙过程及被草土质路的防蚀效果.结果表明:在相同雨强和坡度条件下,研究区被草土质路的径流系数大于裸露土质路;两种路面的径流系数均随着雨强和坡度的增加而增大;不同雨强、相同坡度条件下,径流系数与降雨历时呈对数关系,径流系数与雨强、坡度呈二次函数关系;两种路面的土壤侵蚀速率均随着雨强和坡度的增加而增大;相同降雨条件下,被草土质路的土壤侵蚀速率低于裸露土质路;在不同雨强条件下,被草土质路的平均减沙效益达47.22%;在不同坡度条件下,被草土质路的平均减沙效益达26.24%;被草土质路通过增加路面糙度和增大路面阻力可降低水流搬运泥沙的能力,起到了减少路面产沙量的作用.
内蒙古中西部春季沙尘暴年代际振荡及环流特征分析

Abstract: 利用内蒙古中西部50个气象观测站1961—2000年春季沙尘暴日数资料,国家气候中心提供的北半球月平均500hPa高度场网格尺度为10°(经度)×5°(纬度)的网格点资料、北半球500hPa月平均环流特征量资料、东亚季风资料分析研究冬春季中高纬度大气环流的年代际尺度的演变特征及其对内蒙古中西部沙尘暴的影响,进一步揭示内蒙古中西部春季沙尘暴年代际变化的原因。结果表明:青藏高原位势高度、贝加尔湖地区位势高度、乌拉尔山地区位势高度、东亚冬季风、亚州经向环流、印缅槽、西太平洋副热带高压强度都对内蒙古中西部春季沙尘暴年代际振荡产生不同的影响。为内蒙古中西部春季沙尘暴的短期气候预测提供年代际尺度上的基本环流背景。
