高校教师慕课教学胜任力模型构建研究

Abstract: 随着慕课在国内外大规模的建设和推广,与之相适应的高校教师慕课教学胜任力提升路径和方法的深层次研究也越发重要。本研究以麦克利兰胜任力模型为理论基础,通过文献查阅、问卷调查和事件访谈(BEI)等,借助探索性、验证性因子分析和AHP等方法,构建了包括教学人格、信息素养、晶体能力、教学影响、教学互动和教学管理等6个一级因子和21个二级因子的高校教师慕课教学胜任力模型和评价体系。本胜任力模型的理论基础充分,验证方法科学,特征项与影响因子的分层分级结构紧密,因子指标体系全面,对提升教学绩效科学性,改善高校教师慕课教学能力,提高教学质量有较高的理论和实践价值,也为高等学校评定教师慕课能力提供依据。

Abstract: As we know the gas pipeline laying is very extensive in city,but for deep buried gas pipeline monitoring has low accuracy,positioning is not accurate and can not be realized fully remote monitoring and other issues.This paper uses negative pressure wave correction algorithm for pipeline leakage efficiently and accurately positioning.System using Daubechies wave wavelet base,using the modified Mallat fast wavelet algorithm for signal noise reduction, improve the system for detecting leakage sensitivity,increased leakage localization accuracy.On this basis,system integration of the wireless communication technology(GSM),PLC technology,bus technology,CLinux server and embedded WEB technology and GPS technology,to achieve a natural gas pipeline for remote monitoring,data analysis and processing function.

Abstract:
体操机器人是非线性、强耦合、多状态的欠驱动系统,且在稳摆区域属于自然不稳定系统,这类系统能反映出许多控制领域的关键问题,国内外许多学者投身于体操机器人的控制研究。本文综述了国内外有关欠驱动单杠体操机器人的研究现状,分析和讨论了体操机器人在动力学建模及运动控制研究方面的理论与方法,具体分析了体操机器人的摆起、平衡、加速及大回环运动的主要控制方法,对存在的问题进行了讨论,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
The gymnastic robot is a nonlinear, strongly coupled, multi-state underactuated system and be- longs to the natural unstable systems in the stable region. This kind of system can reflect the key problems of many control areas, and a lot of scholars have devoted themselves to the research of controlling the gymnastic robot. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on the horizontal bar gymnastic robot. In the paper, the relevant theories and methods of the research on the dynamic modeling and motion control of the gymnastic robot are analyzed and discussed, the control on the swing up, balance, acceleration and giant-swing motion movement of the gymnastic robot is analyzed in detail, furthermore, the existing problems are discussed, and the development trend in the future is prospected.

Abstract:
4关节欠驱动体操机器人是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合的复杂控制系统。本文针对该类机器人系统,首先利用拉格朗日法建立了其刚体动力学方程,然后探讨了非线性机器人数学模型在垂直倒立平衡点附近的线性化方法,接着采用了线性二次型调节器(LQR)对体操机器人进行了倒立平衡最优控制器的设计,最后通过仿真实验验证了提出方法的有效性。
The 4-DOF underactuated gymnastic robot is a complex control system which is multivariable, nonlinear and strong coupling. In this paper, according to the system of this kind of robot, the dynamic equation of rigid body is established firstly by using Lagrange method. Secondly, a linearization method for nonlinear robot mathematical model in the vicinity of vertical inverted equilibrium point is discussed. Then, a Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) is used to design the optimal controller of the handstand balance. Finally, some simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: 自体荧光检测技术是目前新兴的癌症诊断技术, 它与传统白光内窥镜相比, 在癌前病变和早期癌症的诊断上有很大的优势。本文总结了国内外关于自体荧光检测技术的研究现状和进展, 重点阐述了生物组织的内源性荧光分子、正常和异常生物组织荧光信号差异的来源、荧光激发光光源和波长的选择, 以及荧光图像和光谱信号的处理方法。最后, 本文分析并讨论了自体荧光成像与光谱技术在癌前病变和早期癌症诊断中的不足和发展方向。
Autofluorescence has great advantage on detecting premalignant lesions and early cancers which are not detectable by conventional white light endoscopy (WLE). In this review, the recent advances in autofluorescence for diagnosis of precancerous lesions and early cancers are presented. Varieties of endogenous fluorophores in biological tissues, the potential mechanisms of the autofluorescence differences between normal and abnormal tissues, the selection of light source and optimal excitation wavelengths, and effective algorithms for processing autofluorescence data are highlighted. Finally, the shortages and improvement directions of autofluorescence technique for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions and early cancers are briefly discussed.
