弯道行驶车辆瞬态气动特性的数值模拟

Abstract: 应用计算流体力学方法,采用重叠网格的策略,对直道行驶的简化模型进行瞬态数值模拟研究,然后进行风洞试验验证。在此基础上,对弯道行驶状态下简化模型周围流场的瞬态气动特性进行了数值模拟,得到了弯道行驶状态下模型周围的流场分布和气动阻力系数等气动特性,并与直道行驶状态下的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:弯道行驶车辆受到了瞬态侧向力及横摆力矩的作用,并且随着转弯半径的减小,侧向力和横摆力矩急剧增大,行使速度的变化也会带来侧向力和横摆力矩的改变,从而影响车辆的行驶稳定性。本文为进一步研究弯道行驶车辆的瞬态气动特性提供了理论参考。

Abstract: 利用冻干法将氧化石墨烯(go)和碳纳米管(cnts)的混合液凝胶制备成碳气凝胶,并通过扫描电镜(sem)和傅里叶变换红外(ftir)光谱对该气凝胶进行表征.通过考查吸附剂的量、ph值、初始浓度以及时间对吸附的影响来了解碳气凝胶吸附铀(vi)元素的过程.结果显示,碳气凝胶可以有效移除水溶液中的铀(vi)元素,是一种有潜力的吸附剂.

Abstract: 利用冻干法将氧化石墨烯(GO)和碳纳米管(CNTs)的混合液凝胶制备成碳气凝胶, 并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱对该气凝胶进行表征. 通过考查吸附剂的量、pH值、初始浓度以及时间对吸附的影响来了解碳气凝胶吸附铀(VI)元素的过程. 结果显示, 碳气凝胶可以有效移除水溶液中的铀(VI)元素,是一种有潜力的吸附剂.
Carbon aerogels were prepared, using a freeze-drying method, from graphene oxide (GO) and carbon nanotube (CNT) hybrid hydrogels. The resulting aerogels were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy. The adsorption of U(VI) on the GO-CNT aerogels was studied as a function of solid dosage, pH value, initial concentration, and contact time. The results showed that GO-CNT aerogels have high uranium(VI) removal capacities, and are promising sorbents

复配生物防腐剂延长海鲶鱼肉的贮藏时间

Abstract: 海产品由于其高营养价值所以极易腐败,而微生物是引起海产品腐败的重要原因。本研究通过对腐败海鲶鱼中的腐败菌进行分离鉴定,得到乙酰微小杆菌、约氏不动杆菌、考克氏菌属、节杆菌属、施氏假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、速生嗜冷杆菌和洛菲不动杆菌等菌株。采用三种不同的生物防腐剂(ε-聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素和溶菌酶)对分离出的菌株进行最小抑菌浓度实验,分析其抑菌效果。运用响应面法,复配出最优组合的生物防腐剂,其配比量为ε-聚赖氨酸367.5 mg/kg、乳酸链球菌素375.0 mg/kg、溶菌酶235.0 mg/kg。通过扫描电镜观察,复配剂可以破坏枯草芽孢杆菌细胞膜的完整性,增加细胞膜的通透性。将优化的复配剂应用于海鲶鱼肉保鲜,通过测定菌落总数、pH值和TVB-N等指标,对其防腐抑菌效果进行验证。实验结果表明,在4 ℃储存条件下,添加复配剂的鱼肉的货架期相比未添加的延长了一倍。
Seafood is susceptible to spoilage due to its high concentration of nutrition. Microorganisms play a key role in the spoilage of most seafood. Eight microbial strains were isolated from spoiled Sea catfish in this study, which were identified to be Exiguobacterium acetylicum, Acinetobacter johnsonii, Kocuria sp., Arthrobacter creatinolyticus, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Bacillus subtilis, Psychrobacter celer and Acinetobacter lwoffii. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 3 bio-preservatives (ε-polylysine, Nisin and lysozyme) on the isolated strains were determined. The inhibitory of total bacteria counts by combined bio-preservatives were optimized by response surface methodology. The optimized concentration of ε-polylysine, Nisin and lysozyme was 367.5, 375.0 and 235.0 mg/kg, respectively. The combined bio-preservatives damaged the bacterial cell membrane integrity and increased bacterial membrane permeability of Bacillus subtilis, evidenced by scanning electron microscopy. Total bacteria counts, pH value and TVB-N of Sea catfish with an optimized combined bio-preservative were determined to verify the antibacterial effect, which showed shelf life of Sea catfish with combined bio-preservatives was about twice as long as control both stored at 4 ℃.

Abstract: 摘要:为了更好的理解新课标、科学合理地发挥体育与健康教科书的指导作用,本文基于人类发展科学和动作科学理论及实践,运用文献资料法梳理U12——14阶段健康个体的发展特征、采用案例教学法针对武术运动项目(健身长拳、健身南拳、健身短棍)进行案例教学。综述文献概括发展特征,即,动作发展特征为基本动作技术向专门动作技术过渡,生长发展特征为男生开始突增且功能不协调、女生持续稳定且功能稳定,认知发展特征为大脑额叶仍在发展,情绪发展特征为情境性启动明显。案例教学得出发展视角下武术运动项目技能学习相关因素涉及动作约束因素、发展过程、劲力以及生物发展轨迹等特征。基于发展特征分析武术运动项目案例教学得出相关启示,即为了更科学合理的教学,体育教师应该拓展(动作)发展科学的相关知识体系。研究结果将为一线体育教学实践提供间接参考。
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to better understand the new curriculum of physical education and to exert the guiding function of sports and health textbook. Based on the theory and practice of human development and movement science, this paper analyzed the development characteristics of 12-14 years old students and Wushu teaching in healthy Changquan, healthy Nanquan, and health Cudgel Play by the methods of literature review and case study. Movement development feature is passing from foundation skill to special skill; growth development features are that boys start rapid growth but discordant function, and girls keep stability in function; cognition development feature is in the growing of frontal lobes; emotion development feature is that situational start is obvious. Case teaching demonstrated that movement constrain factor, development process, physical latent force, and development track of biology have some connection with Wushu skill learning. These revelations can develop a better teaching and teacher should learn the knowledge system of development science. The research result provided a reference for physical education teaching indirectly

Abstract: 摘要:为了发扬民族传统体育项目的健身锻炼功效、发挥中小学踢毽子活动的育人功能,以及科学探索不同年龄阶段健康个体在学习踢毽子动作时的典型动作特征。采用现代动作学科知识理论研究民族传统体育项目是传承传统文化的具体体现,也是实施体育育人的操作手段。梳理文献资料得出U6—14阶段健康个体典型的动作发展特征,即U6—7阶段的学习运用自我、U8—9阶段的基本动作过程学习、U10—11阶段的基本运动技能的学习和应用,以及U12—14阶段的基本动作技术向专门动作技术过渡。录像观察得出踢毽子活动的动作发展序列特征,即,整体发展序列的5个阶段和4个部位发展序列的不同阶段发展特征。案例教学实验分析了义务教育阶段体育与健康课程标准、教科书、教师用书中关于踢毽子课程设置的客观性,得出U6—7阶段和U10—11阶段踢毽子课程设置难度大。本文揭示了儿童、青少年踢毽子动作的学习与掌握不仅依赖于直接教学,更要关注儿童、青少年的发展;体现儿童、青少年对特定运动项目的学习特征是自然发展的,而不应是学习与训练促成的。
Abstract: This study aimed at carrying forward the fitness effect of national traditional sports and playing the education function of kicking shuttlecock in primary and middle school, and exploring the typical motor characteristics of kicking shuttlecock for children with different age. Using modern motor knowledge theory to analyze national traditional sport is a concrete embodiment to inherit traditional culture, and also is a way to implementing physical education. The typical motor development characteristics for healthy children were found by the method of literature review, such as, learning how to use myself during U6-7, learning the procedure of foundational motor during U8-9, learning and applying the movement performance in U10-11, and transition from foundation motor to specific motor in U12-14. The typical motor development characteristics of kicking shuttlecock were obtained by the method of video observation, such as 5 stages of the total body approach, and different stages of the four component approaches. Case teaching experiment analyzed the objectivity about setting up shuttlecock course in physical education and health curriculum standards, textbooks and teacher’s book in compulsory education stage, and found that setting up shuttlecock course is difficult in U6-7 and U10-11. This study pointed out that learning kicking shuttlecock is not only dependent on direct teaching, but also related to children’s development. Children’s learning characteristics on specific motor is developed naturally, not developed by training
