基于模糊竞争学习的模糊模型一体化辨识

Abstract: 提出了一种利用MGS(modifiedGram-Schmidt)算法建立非线性系统模型的建模方法,并给出了基于MGS算法的模型结构和参数辨识的一体化方法,即利用MGS正交变换对通过模糊竞争学习的聚类结果进行变换,确定对模型贡献大的规则,删除对模型贡献小的规则,同时对模型中的参数进行估计,实现模糊模型结构和参数的优化.仿真结果表明,提出的方法能够对非线性系统进行模糊建模.

Abstract: 实际系统中通过采样得到的数据的噪声、干扰和变量之间耦合等不确定因素,使得描述系统的模糊关系矩阵列间可能存在严重的相关性.为了解决输入空间重构的模糊建模问题,提出利用目标函数确定非线性系统的结构和参数,实现对模糊模型结构简化,删除冗余规则.结构确定过程中采用了UD矩阵分解方法,大大降低了计算量.最后,证明了算法的收敛性,仿真结果表明了方法的有效性.

Abstract: 针对实际工程中要求对系统参数进行在线估计的问题,提出一种递推子空间辨识的新方法.通过引入辅助变量关系将递推子空间辨识问题转化为目标函数的迭代最小化问题.采用递推最小二乘算法在线估计参数并由传播方法得到更新的广义能观性矩阵,进而求得子空间辨识模型系统参数.该算法简单有效且对初值具有鲁棒性.最后,通过仿真实例验证算法的有效性.
Identification and characterization of a novel infection-related factor (cell wall hydrolase/autolysin) of Streptococcus suis serotype 2

Abstract: Streptococcus suis serotype 2 (SS2) is an economically important, zoonotic agent causing death and disease in both human and swine. According to published SS2 European strain P1/7 complete genomic sequence, primers for detection and amplification autolysin were designed. Autolysin gene was detected by PCR with genomic DNA of HA9801 (Jiangsu isolate), ZY05719 (Sichuan isolate), ATCC43765 (reference strain), other SS2 isolates from different regions, and strains of other different serotypes (such as serotype 1, 1/2, 7 and 9). PCR results showed that all 27 SS2 virulent isolates harbored gene autolysin, but not in non-virulent SS2 strain. Among other serotypes, only serotype 7 strain had this gene. The complete autolysin genes of HA9801 and ZY05719 were respectively amplified by PCR and sequenced. Their putative protein sequences were analyzed through online software, results showed both had six repeated domain "GBS_Bsp-like" and one domain "N-acetylmuramoyl-L-alanine amidase". In addition, sequence similarity analysis demonstrated that autolysins of the two strains (HA9801 and ZY05719) showed high homologue to that of European strain P1/7 (99.8%), but obviously differed from Canada strain 89/1589, the latter lacked one domain "GBS Bsp-like". Software DNASTAR was used to analyze autolysin protein sequence and predicted its putative antigenicity. Then partial antigentic segment of autolysin was amplified, cloned and inserted into expression vector pET30a(+), and induced by IPTG to express recombinant autolysin. Its reactivity was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and western blot with swine convalescent sera, blot result showed that the recombinant protein had good reactivity and could be considered as a vaccine candidate.

Abstract: 通过2-甲酰基吡啶与胺缩合制得schiff碱,经nabh4还原得到四个n-(2-吡啶甲基)芳胺(芳基=苯基,邻甲氧基苯基,对甲苯基及2-吡啶基),得到的芳胺及n-(2-吡啶乙基)甲胺与三甲基镓反应生成相应的n-(2-吡啶基)伯胺·二甲基合镓(ⅲ)配合物。用元素分析、红外光谱、质子核磁共振、质谱等手段对配合物进行了结构鉴定和表征。
潮流发电系统功率控制及并网运行

Abstract: 为了研究潮流发电系统运行过程中的功率与并网特性,以可变桨叶轮-单级增速-永磁同步发电机为机械传动结构和二极管整流-斩波-逆变为电气变换结构的潮流发电系统为对象,建立从叶轮到发电机的数学模型.针对叶轮处流速精确测量的困难性,提出基于流速预测的发电机转速控制.针对直接桨距角控制中存在的非线性、计算量庞大的问题,给出基于功率反馈的变桨距控制.采用直流母线电压控制与有功无功电流解耦相结合的方式研究并网运行特性.设计加工试验样机,开展海试试验.结果表明,并网系统具有良好的并网控制特性和较高的输出电能质量,利用提出的功率控制策略能够有效地实现最大功率捕获与超流速下的功率限定输出.
Abstract: A special tidal current energy conversion system was taken as an object to analyze the power control characteristic and grid-connected operation property. The mechanical structure was pitching rotor-single stage drive-permanent magnet synchronous generator. The electrical structure was rectifier-chopper-inverter. The model of drive chain from rotor to generator was constructed. A generator speed control strategy based on tidal current velocity preview was proposed considering the undetectable tidal current velocity at rotor. A pitch control based on power feedback was proposed to solve the existing problems of nonlinearity and huge calculation in direct angle feedback pitch control. The grid-connected operation property was analyzed by combining DC bus voltage control and active-reactive current decoupling. The situ experimental results show that the grid-connected system has a good operation property and a high quality of output power. Both the speed control strategy to capture maximum power under the rated tidal current velocity and the pitch control strategy to limit output power above the rated tidal current velocity were verified.

Abstract:
以往主要是依据反映油藏物质基础的一两个主要指标对油藏进行分类,缺乏普遍性和系统性。运用主成分分析法对反映大庆长垣外围油田萨葡油层特点的6项指标进行降维处理,提炼出3个主成分因子,分别为物性因子、丰度因子和裂缝因子,3个主成分携带了原6项指标81%的信息,且提取的主成分意义清晰,符合储层发育特点;应用层次聚类法剔除奇异值后,将27个类别比较清晰的区块分成3类,把得到的各类重心作为动态聚类法的初始凝聚点,应用动态聚类法对125个区块重新分类,应用判别分析对分类结果回判,回判正确率达76.8%。由此可见,以此建立的判别函数判断正确率高,可用于后续投产区块类别的判定。分类动用状况及递减模式表明分类结果符合油藏开发实际,能够为砂岩油藏分类区块治理以及开发调整方案编制提供科学依据,同时也为其他多因素分类评价工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:
顶岗实习是高职院校深化教学改革和创新人才培养方式的一项重要工作,期间学生的思想危机困扰着一线的管理者,而危机的应对和处理是否得当事关顶岗实习工作的成败。文章认为大学生的思想危机与个体、学校和企业等方面存在的问题直接相关,而有针对性的教育、组建专门的服务团队、建立相关的制度和危机预警和干预机制、采取科学的干预方法等是化解危机,保证顶岗实习顺利进行的关键。
Internship is an important task of Higher Vocational Colleges to deepen teaching reformation and innovation modes of talent cultivation. During the internship, the ideological crises of college students bother these managers who are in the frontline. Whether we can response and handle crisis properly is related to the success or failure of our internship work. According to the article, the ideological crises of students impact individuals, colleges and enterprises directly. Therefore, it would be the key of solving crises to aim at problems in education, setting up dedicated service teams, establishing the relevant system, crisis warning and intervention mechanism and adopting scientific methods for crises. All of them also make the college students healthy both in psychology and physiology and internship going smoothly.
