香樟齿喙象成虫触角感器的微观特征分析

Abstract: 【目的】香樟齿喙象(Pagiophloeus tsushimanus Morimoto)是新发现的危害香樟(Cinnamomum camphora)的钻蛀性害虫,研究触角感器超微形态有助于了解该害虫的嗅觉行为及其与寄主植物的相互关系。【方法】将成虫触角用超声波清洗并冷冻干燥,采用离子溅射仪喷金镀膜,再利用扫描电镜观察其外部形态、感器类型及分布状况。【结果】香樟齿喙象雌、雄成虫触角均呈膝状,共有7类11种感器类型,分别为3种刺形感器、2种毛形感器、2种锥形感器以及表皮孔、柱形感器、栓锥形感器和叉形感器。刺形感器是香樟齿喙象的主要感器类型,在性别之间除刺形感器Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型长度存在显著差异(P<0.05)外,其他类型感器长度、数量及分布均没有显著差异(P>0.05); 锥形感器和叉形感器仅在雌虫触角上发现。【结论】此次研究观察了香樟齿喙象成虫的触角感器类型,可为开发基于信息素的害虫防治方法提供理论依据。
【Objective】Pagiophloeus tsushimanus Morimoto is a wood-boring beetle that has recently been introduced to China causing serious damage to Cinnamomum camphora in Shanghai City and Fujian Province. Investigating the ultrastructure of the pests' antennal sensilla could elucidate its olfactory behaviors and interactions with its host.【Method】The antennae were submerged in an ultrasonic bath, freeze-dried and sputter-coated with gold. Then, the antennae morphology, the type, number and distribution of antennal sensilla were visualized by using scanning electron microscopy.【Result】The adult antennae were geniculate, seven types including 11 subtypes of sensilla were recorded: sensilla chaetica(Sch Ⅰ-Ⅲ), trichoid sensilla(St Ⅰ-Ⅱ), sensilla basiconica(Sb Ⅰ-Ⅱ), cuticular pore, cylindric sensilla, styloconica sensilla and sensilla furcatea. Sensilla chaetica represent the most abundant type of sensillum, and there were no significant sex-specific differences in length, number, or distribution of the antennal sensilla, except for the lengths of Sch Ⅰ and Sch Ⅱ. However, sensilla basiconica and sensilla furcatea were only found in females.【Conclusion】Studying on the ultrastructure of antennal sensilla of female and male P. tsushimanus provides a theoretical foundation for the development of pheromone-based P. tsushimanus control

Abstract: ?提出了一种新的分层数据结构,用来保证在不同层次细节上拓扑关系的一致性。该数据结构以bertolotto提出的拓扑模型的7个拓扑元操作为基础,通过树的方式来体现。其根结点用来存储空间实体中最粗糙一层的数据,树的深度即为层次数。除根结点以外,每个结点又是一个深度为2的树。其中根结点表示需要进行的元操作,叶子结点按照操作的顺序依次保存了相应的空间实体及拓扑关系。此数据结构不仅可以保证拓扑关系的一致性,而且在重构空间实体上效率有很大的提高,更适用于webgis矢量地图的传送和更新。

Abstract: 基于误差反向传播算法,建立发光二极管(LED)散热体冲压成形尺寸和形状误差数学模型.阐述MATLAB神经网络工具箱求解误差数学模型的具体过程.针对某具体LED散热体产品,基于其相关的仿真数据与设计的MATLAB程序,求解出该LED散热体尺寸和形状误差数学模型.验证结果表明:实验的壁厚分布值与文中数学模型预测的壁厚分布值走势整体吻合,局部偏差不大;所建立的LED散热体冲压成形尺寸、形状误差数学模型具有一定的实用性.

Abstract: After analyzing the deficiencies of the traditional clustering algorithm DBSCAN (Density Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise), a line oriented clustering method based on DBSCAN was proposed. The object clustered changed from the point to the line. The characteristics of line oriented clustering method were studied based on the point oriented clustering method. The algorithm can deal with irregular line sets and find out clusters with different densities. It is proved to be workable and validated by a test.

Abstract: A new hierarchical data structure was presented to maintain the Topological consistency between different LOD.Based on Bertolotto's seven atomic topological operators,the data structure was represented as a tree.The root node was used to store the coarsest level of the spatial entity.The height of the tree equaled with the levels.Except root node,the other nodes were also organized as trees with the height of two.The root nodes represented the atomic topological operator while the leaf nodes stored the spatial entity and topological relationships in an ordered sequence.The data structure can not only maintain topological consistency,but also promote the efficiency of spatial entity's reconstruction.It can be widely used in WebGIS applications.
工艺参数对PECVD TiN镀层性能的影响

Abstract: 本文考察了工艺参数对等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)TiN镀层性能的影响,并且研究了镀层的摩擦学性能与其物理机械性能及结晶学特征之间的关系。结果表明,当N/H比为1、Ti/N比为21、沉积温度为400℃和离化电压为1500V时,镀层具有较好的机械性能及耐磨性能。X―射线衍射分析表明,在本试验条件下所获镀层均为(200)面择优取向。作者指出,要制取理想的TiN镀层,离化电压应不低于1500V,沉积温度必须高于300℃。
