人乳头瘤病毒16型晚期蛋白在昆虫细胞中的表达

Abstract: ?目的构建HPV16型晚期蛋白重组杆状病毒,并使其在昆虫细胞中获得高效表达.方法首先用线性化的杆状病毒DNA与重组杆状病毒转移质粒共转染sf9昆虫细胞进行同源重组,获得2株重组杆状病毒.结果经鉴定该重组病毒中有目的DNA存在且可表达晚期蛋白;电镜观察发现重组杆状病毒感染的sf9细胞核内有乳头瘤病毒VLPs.结论HPV16型晚期蛋白在昆虫细胞中的成功表达为HPV16型预防性基因工程亚单位疫苗的研制和诊断试剂的研究开发奠定了基础.

“二拖一”燃气?蒸汽联合循环780mw机组控制策略及其优化

Abstract: 介绍了北京太阳宫燃气热电有限公司二拖一燃气?蒸汽联合循环780mw机组协调控制系统,针对机组一拖一和二拖一2种不同运行方式,提出了不同的负荷分配方案,并以基本比例为基础,引入pid算法进行辅助修正负荷分配方案,实现对机组总负荷的协调控制。同时,针对汽轮机跳闸、燃气轮机跳闸等事故,取消了markvi中蒸汽轮机跳闸联锁跳闸燃气轮机的保护功能,增加了旁路减压阀、减温水调节阀及截止阀快速开启控制功能。在自动发电控制(agc)方式下,以30mw/min的升、降负荷速率进行负荷扰动试验结果表明,机组运行稳定,具有良好的调峰能力,负荷调整过程中最大动态负荷偏差<6mw,平均静态负荷偏差<4mw。
Preliminary ecological study of the macrobenthos during summer in Linluobei Bay of Shandong Rongcheng

Abstract: The characters of macrobenthic community composition and structure during summer in the kelp mariculture water, Linluobei Bay of Rongcheng are investigated, based on the data collected from the 10 stations in July 2010. The species diversity, dominant index and Abundance/Biomass curve (ABC) were analysed using the multivariate analysis software PRIMER. A total of 88 macrobenthic species were obtained, including 51 species collected by dredging and 45 species collected by trawling. The species number and total density vary from station to station, and negatively correlated with the DO concentrations. The composition of species is: Crustacea (26 species), Polychaeta (24 species), Mollusca (23 species), Echinoderm (8 species) and other species (6 species including fish 5 species and Urochordata 1 species). The dominant species are Tharyx multifilis and Lumbrineris latreilli. The average abundance and biomass of the macrobenthos in the research region were 854 ind./m2 and 134.73 g/m2. We divided all the stations into six groups based on the results of CLUSTER and MDS analysis with a 43% similarity value, and the group similarity values are about 50%-60%. Compared with other researches in the adjacent sea, the average abundance and biomass in this kelp mariculture sea are relatively higher.
山东荣成临洛北湾夏季大型底栖动物群落生态学初步研究

Abstract: 利用2010年7月在山东荣成临洛北湾所获得大型底栖动物定量分析资料,研究了夏季该海域海带养殖区和邻近水域大型底栖动物在物种组成、生物量、丰度、优势种以及物种多样性等方面的特征和空间差异,并采用MDS和CLUSTER分析了大型底栖动物的群落结构,以期为该地区以后的科学研究提供基础数据。结果表明,本次调查通过采泥和拖网共采集到大型底栖动物88种,其中采泥得到大型底栖动物51种,拖网采得大型底栖动物45种,各站位的物种多样性差异明显,物种数量从2种到21种。与环境因子的相关性分析显示,各站的物种数和丰度与DO存在明显的负相关。在所有大型底栖动物中,甲壳动物26种,多毛类环节动物24种,软体动物23种,棘皮动物8种,其他类群动物6种(鱼类5种,尾索动物1种)。该海域的优势种为多丝独毛虫和短叶索沙蚕。将CLUSTER结果以43%的群落结构相似性来划分,组内的相似性为50%~60%。该海域大型底栖动物的平均丰度为854个/m2,平均生物量为134.73g/m2,与研究海域附近的历史研究结果相比较,该海域的平均丰度和生物量仍处于较高的水平。
渔业捕捞对威海港附近海域底上大型底栖群落结构影响的初步研究

Abstract: 根据2009年8月对威海港附近海域9个站位的拖网调查资料,初步分析了威海港近海底上大型底栖动物的群落结构特征,包括群落种类组成、优势种、丰度和生物量、多样性等,并采用MDS和CLUSTER分析了大型底栖动物的群落结构。结果表明:本次调查共采到底栖动物48种,其中甲壳动物19种,鱼类14种,各站位的大型底栖动物物种数从3种到23种不等。通过对总物种数、物种多样性、物种丰富度和物种均匀度的分析发现,位于航道的WH5站和位于养殖区附近的WH9站与其它各站存在明显区别,结合MDS、CLUSTER、ABC分析的结果得出结论,威海港附近海域的底上大型底栖动物群落已经受到了渔业捕捞的严重影响,研究海域的底上大型底栖动物群落受到明显的扰动,而生物多样性和生物量基本呈现从近岸到远海逐渐升高的趋势。航道航运较之渔业捕捞扰动更剧烈,同时海洋水产养殖的养殖筏架对保护大型底栖动物多样性具有一定的积极作用。

Abstract:
本文对一艘86.7 m海上风电安装船在作业过程中可能遇到环境载荷、设计载荷与功能载荷进行计算,并确定了包括自升固定,正常作业起吊与预压在内的8种计算工况。应用大型商用有限元计算软件ABAQUS进行全船有限元建模,并对8种典型工况下的船舶关键部位进行了结构强度分析,为海上风电安装船结构强度分析提供了可供参考的数值方法。
The environment load, design load and functional load acting on 86.7 m offshore wind turbine installation vessel were calculated in this paper, and 8 cases including jack-up fixing, lifting and pre-pressure of normal operation were determined. Commercial FEM software—ABAQUS was applied to model the whole hull and structural strength of key components of ship was analyzed. The numerical simulation process could be referred on design of offshore wind turbine installation vessel.

Abstract: 转基因植物的专利权保护问题随着转基因植物的广泛应用逐渐浮出水面。各国因国情的不同对转基因专利权保护程度也有所不同。然而我国还没有关于这方面的立法,本文主要通过对美国、日本及欧盟在转基因植物专利权保护方面的有关法律的剖析,为我国在这方面的立法提出了相应的建议,有利于我国转基因植物专利权保护法律体系的形成,为我国转基因植物的进一步研究提供了法律保障。
With the widely use of transgenic plant patents, the problem of transgenic plant patents protection has surfaced. Because of the difference between countries, the degree of protection also has difference. However, our country has no legislation in this respect yet. The article mainly analysis the legislation on transgenic plant patents of the United States, Japan and European Union, it offers some proposals for our country’s legislation in this respect. It is beneficial to build up our country transgenic plant patents protection system and supply guarantees for the research on transgenic plant of our country.
