人参多糖通过抑制ROS水平和凋亡保护H2O2诱导的心肌细胞氧化应激损伤

Abstract: 为探讨人参多糖缓解心肌氧化损伤的功效,利用过氧化氢(H2O2)诱导的H9c2大鼠心肌细胞建立体外心肌氧化损伤模型,利用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)检测细胞存活率,试剂盒检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA),流式细胞术检测活性氧(ROS)和细胞凋亡,Western Blot法检测细胞凋亡相关蛋白.结果表明:与对照组(Con)比较,H2O2能够使细胞存活率显著下降(P<0.001);与H2O2诱导组(模型组,Mod)比较,6.25 μg/mL人参多糖预防治疗24 h将细胞存活率由(57.47±5.08)%提高到(85.65±4.28)%(P<0.001),说明人参多糖能够对抗H2O2诱导的细胞毒性作用.流式细胞术DCFH-DA染色结果显示:与Con组比较,H2O2显著升高细胞ROS水平;而人参多糖预防治疗24 h后细胞ROS水平降低,提示人参多糖能够抑制H2O2诱导的H9c2细胞活性氧水平升高,并通过降低MDA含量及提高SOD活性缓解氧化应激损伤.同时,人参多糖可通过增加H2O2诱导损伤引起的Bcl-2/Bax比值,降低凋亡相关蛋白表达来缓解氧化应激导致的细胞凋亡.总之,人参多糖通过抑制ROS水平和细胞凋亡保护心肌细胞氧化应激损伤,为阐述人参保护心脏功效机制及产品研发提供了实验依据.

Abstract: 摘要 目的:研究Vitallium 2000+钴铬钼合金对几种日常饮品的耐腐蚀性。方法:应用电化学工作站及电化学分析仪测绘Vitallium合金在几种日常饮品中的动电位极化曲线,得到自腐蚀电位(Ecorr)、自腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)和极化电阻(Rp), 与对照组人工唾液进行比较分析。场发射扫描电子显微镜(FSEM)观察试样,比较腐蚀前及腐蚀后各组间形貌差异。结果:Vitallium合金在牛奶和弱碱水中, 自Icorr增大,Ecorr和Rp降低,耐腐蚀性能与对照组人工唾液亦有显著性差异(P<0.05);在可乐中Icorr降低,Ecorr和Rp增大,耐腐蚀性能与对照组人工唾液有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:牛奶、弱碱水可使Vitallium合金的耐腐蚀性能明显下降

Abstract: 摘要 目的:通过随机对照试验评价上颌窦外提升不植骨术的临床效果以及从影像学上评估其成骨效果。方法:纳入需接受上颌窦外提升治疗的患者20例,随机分为两组:1)实验组10例接受上颌窦外提升不植骨同期种植术;2)对照组10例接受上颌窦外提升植入羟基磷灰石同期种植术。术后定期随访进行种植体成功率,影像学,种植稳定系数(Implant stability quotient,ISQ)评估。结果:随访期内两组均未出现种植体松动脱落。术后即刻实验组近中剩余牙槽骨高度(residual bone height,RBH)为(4.50±0.21) mm,3个月上升至(6.88±0.85) mm(P<0.05),6个月为(7.42±0.66) mm,至12个月时稳定于(7.55±0.55) mm:对照组近中术后即刻RBH为(11.29±0.64) mm,3个月下降至(10.11±0.62) mm,6个月为(9.51±0.39) mm(P<0.05),到12个月时稳定在(9.59±0.39) mm。两组远中RBH变化与近中相似,各时间点对照组RBH均高于实验组(P<0.05)。二期手术时,实验组ISQ由术后即刻(53.92±7.31)上升至(64.77±9.22),对照组由(56.23±8.05)上升至(67.29±8.34)(P<0.05)。结论:上颌窦外提升不植骨术短期内能获得较理想的临床效果以及一定的成骨效果

Abstract: The drift model,regression factor of air-pressure and disturbance eliminating of VAV and ETERNA tide analysis methods are compared and studied theoretically.Then further,the data observed with superconducting gravimeters at Wuhan station are analyzed by use of these two relevant softwares,we can get smaller stand deciation after interation from VAV than ETERNA method,but the differences between the analyzed value and the theoretical amplitude factor is at the same level.

Abstract: A research of the effect of rainfall on orthogonally polarized LMDS with line-of-sight transmission has been completed.Four carrier frequencies of the system concerned between 10GHz and 40GHz inclusive are selected.Result was measured in torrential rain in two heavy rainfall districts with LMDS transmitting horizontally and vertically polarized signals.It is observed that the effect of depolarization caused by rain intensifies as the frequencies increase and such effect is minimal at around 10GHz.

Abstract: Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) is stored as energy and carbon reserve material when microorganisms arc supplied with unblanced nutriention. PHA production will be improved with limited nitrogen and phosphorus supply. The accumulation of PHA under two different conditions(nitrogen and phosphorus limitation) was studied in this research. The results showed that the activated sludge can accumulate PHA up to 59% of the sludge dry weight when carbon-nitrogen ratio is 125, while PHA production can achieve 37% at carbon-phosphorus ratio of 750. This indicated that both nitrogen and phosphorus limitation are feasible ways for PHA synthesis, however, nitrogen limitation is more effective.

Abstract: We measured the reflectance spectra of pure,3% and 15% Tungsten\|doped K 0 3 MoO 3 below and above the charge density wave (CDW) transition temperatures.The conductivity spectra were derived from Kramers\|Kronig transformation.The effect of W impurities on phase phonons,single particle gap associated with CDW condensation were discussed.

Abstract: 用纯化的重组GST(谷胱甘肽S-转移酶)蛋白免疫BALB/C小鼠,取其脾细胞与SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合,对杂交瘤细胞及时筛选,阳性孔经三次有限稀释法克隆,成功获得488和1H10共2株能稳定传代并分泌抗GST单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞.2株单克隆抗体腹水间接ELISA效价达10^-6,抗体类型均为IgG1,κ链,经Western-blot分析表明,2株单抗与GST-IBV-SI—F融合蛋白及重组GST蛋白均具有特异性反应,验证这2株单抗可用于检测GST融合蛋白的表达情况;用1H10单抗制备的亲和凝胶柱可用于GST融合蛋白的纯化.

Abstract: Optical characteristics of synthetic aerosol and the information composition of pixel in remotely sensed data are analyzed. The information of every pixel can be generalized as the sum of soil, vegetation, and water or moisture with nonlinear relationship. Then a group of equations based of multi channel remote sensing data can be built to decompose the pixel information and quantitatively retrieve the synthetic aerosol turbidity using Landsat TM data. The results of experiment show that the accuracy of air pollution information retrieved satisfies the requirement. Applying this model, air pollution circumstances over the Changjiang River Delta area in 1984 and in 1997 were detected, respectively. The results indicated that the area and the intensity of air pollution over this region are increasing quickly.

Abstract: Taking Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou, which are in great demand for leisure travel, as examples, the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the impacts of holiday revision on the residents' leisure travel behavior. Factor Analysis was used to study the potential influence of a new holiday system in three aspects, i.e., the adding of the traditional festivals as statutory holiday, the implementation of five short holidays, and Paid Leave. The authors selected nine public factors of the new system and used Variance Analysis to examine whether there are significant differences in perception of the adoption of new holiday system and the abolition of one of the three "golden week" holidays for different demographic groups. The results show that: (1) The shortening of May Day holiday has little impact on the residents' leisure travel behavior; (2) Residents' supportive attitude to the implementation of five short holidays shows that residents' demand for short-term leisure travel and cultural leisure travel is increasing and developing from primary to advanced level. (3) Residents' are in favor of the right to Paid Leave, which facilitates a flexible holiday system. This enables residents to enjoy high quality vacation travel, so it is important to strengthen supervision and protection mechanism so as to ensure its implementation. (4) The new holiday system is conducive to China's further development of the tourism industry.
