Abstract:
Z-DNA1979年被Rich等人发现,它处于高能状态而不稳定,不同于传统的B-DNAZ-DNA以其特殊的构象和重要生物学功能越来越受到人们关注,与其作用相关的Z-DNA结合蛋白也备受关注。Z-DNA有其特殊的序列和形成条件,其重要生物学功能也逐渐被揭开面纱,在基因调控、肿瘤发生与病毒感染中都有重要作用。
Z-DNA structure was found by Rich et al. in 1979. Being different from the common B-DNA structure, Z-DNA has its own special conformation and biological functions, and the research on Z-DNA arrests more and more attentions in the recent years. It has been reported that Z-DNA plays important roles in gene regulation, tumor pathogenesis and viral infections.

Abstract:
目的:建立金果榄药材的UPLC指纹图谱,为金果榄药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:色谱柱:Acquity UPLCBEN C18 (2.1 × 100 mm,1.7 μm);流动相A:乙腈;流动相B:0.3%磷酸溶液;流速:0.25 ml/min;检测波长:225 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:建立了10批金果榄药材的指纹图谱。金果榄药材有7个共有峰,多数峰可以达到较好分离,具有较高的相似度。结论:建立的超高效液相指纹图谱有较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,可作为金果榄质量评价参考。
Objective: To establish UPLC fingerprint of Tinospora sagittata and T. capillipes which is expected to provide standards for the quality control and identification of the Chinese crude drug. Method: The UPLC method was used. Chromatography conditions were Acquity UPLCBEN C18 (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) column with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.3% phosphate acid. UV detection wavelength was 225 nm, the flow rate was 0.25 ml/min and the column temperature was 25?C. Result: UPLC fingerprints of 10 samples of Tinospora sagittata and T. capillipes were established. 7 mutual peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks in the samples. Among the obtained fingerprints, most of the detected peaks were separated effectively. 10 samples had higher simi-larities. Conclusion: The established UPLC fingerprint has desirable accuracy, repeatability and sta-bility, which can be used as reference for the quality control of Tinospora sagittata and T. capillipes.

Abstract:
目的:研究环糊精包含鲜罗汉果提取物对小鼠血糖的调节作用。方法:不同剂量给药实验小鼠后,在不同时间测定小鼠血糖变化情况。结果:环糊精包含鲜罗汉果提取物能明显降低小鼠血糖浓度,提高小鼠的葡萄糖耐量。结论:环糊精包含鲜罗汉果提取物具有降血糖作用。
Objective: To study the regulatory effect of cyclodextrin containing fresh momordica extract on blood glucose of mice. Methods: The changes of blood glucose in mice were measured at different time after different doses of administration. Results: Cyclodextrin containing fresh mangosteen extract could significantly reduce the blood glucose concentrations of mice, and improve the glucose tolerance of mice. Conclusion: Cyclodextrin containing fresh momordica extract has the effect on decreasing blood glucose.

Abstract: 通过微波辐照活性炭与废铁屑的混合物处理橡胶促进剂生产废水。考察了炭铁混合物投加量、炭铁质量比、废水初始pH值、微波功率和微波辐照时间等对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,工艺的最佳参数为:炭铁混合物投加量65g/L,炭铁质量比2∶1,微波功率200W,微波辐照5min,此条件下的废水COD去除率为76%;反应的表观过程近似符合一级动力学规律,动力学方程为:ln(C0/C)=0.1012t+0.8887,速率常数k=0.10

Abstract: 针对用平面二维泥沙模型求解不规则区域泥沙运动规律时常遇到的边界复杂问题,引入了贴体坐标的基本原理,推导并离散了贴体网格的生成方程,将泥沙运动方程及边界条件从物理区域向计算区域进行了一一对应转换,最后给出了平面二维泥沙运动方程在贴体坐标下的变换形式。

不同剂量糖皮质激素对大鼠骨密度和生物力学性能的影响

Abstract: 目的 通过双能X射线骨密度仪(dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, DXA)、骨生物力学测试及骨组织计量学等方法研究不同剂量糖皮质激素摄入对正常3月龄大鼠骨骼的影响。方法 31只SPF级3月龄SD雌性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、地塞米松(Dex)1、2.5、5 mg/kg组,每周尾静脉注射给药2次,共8周,对照组给予生理盐水对照。给药结束后,离体股骨和第3腰椎通过DXA进行骨矿含量(bone mineral content, BMC)、骨矿密度(bone mineral density, BMD)测定,全股骨和第5腰椎分别进行三点弯曲和压缩力学实验,并通过骨组织病理切片观察胫骨近端骨小梁的显微结构并定量分析。结果 与正常组相比,所有激素组大鼠体重均明显降低,腰椎BMC、BMD及最大压缩载荷均未明显下降,全股骨BMC均有所降低,但只有Dex 1 mg组全股骨和股骨远端、近端BMD降低;Dex 1 mg组三点弯曲实验断裂载荷、最大载荷和弹性载荷都明显降低,而Dex 2.5 mg、Dex 5 mg组只有弹性载荷仍低于正常对照组。激素组骨小梁有空间密度分布不均现象,骨代谢处于低转换。结论 应用糖皮质激素8周对3月龄大鼠骨骼的不利影响股骨较腰椎明显,股骨骨量丢失,力学性能下降,两者均无剂量依赖性。更高剂量Dex并没有增加骨量丢失和力学性能改变。力学性能特别是弹性载荷下降以及骨小梁密度分布不均,提示糖皮质激素更多的是引起骨质量下降。临床上应用糖皮质激素时,应使用多种方法评价其对骨骼的副作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of exposure to glucocorticoids with different dosage on skeleton of normal 3-month-old rats by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), biomechanical testing and bone histopathology. Methods Thirty-one 3-month-old female clean level SD rats were randomly divided into 3 GC-treated groups, with tail intravenous injections of dexamethasone (Dex) at the dosage of 1, 2.5, 5 mg/kg twice per week for 8 weeks, respectively, and 1 normal control group treated with saline. At the end of experiment, bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD) of the femur and the 3rd lumbar vertebrae in rats were measured by DXA. The 3-point bending test of the total femur and compression test of the 5th lumbar vertebrae were also conducted, respectively. Microstructure of the trabecula in proximal metaphysis of the tibia was observed by bone pathological section for quantitative analysis. Results Compared with control group, the body weight was significantly decreased in all Dex-treated groups, while no obvious decrease in vertebral BMC, BMD and maximum compressive loads was found. The total femoral BMC was also reduced significantly in all Dex-treated groups, while the total femoral BMD, proximal and distal femoral BMD were reduced only in Dex 1mg group. The fracture load, maximum load and elastic load for 3-point bending test were all evidently decreased in Dex 1mg group, while the Dex 2.5mg group and Dex 5mg group only showed a decline in elastic load. All Dex-treated groups showed an unevenly spatial distribution of the trabecula, which indicated a low bone metabolic state. Conclusions The exposure to GC for 8 weeks brings negative effects on skeleton of the 3-month old rats, which will cause more bone loss and worse mechanical properties in femur than in lumbar vertebrae. Higher dosage of Dex does not increase bone mass loss or change the mechanical properties.
