Abstract:
为评价金沙江梯级水库联合调度对下游的影响,以屏山水文站1951~2011年的实测逐日流量序列为基础,通过梯级水库联合调度运行模拟得到模拟调度逐日流量数据,采用基于流量历时曲线的生态流量指标法(eco-flow metrics)对比调度前后水文情势变化特征,分析金沙江梯级水库联合调度在长系列、丰平枯典型年以及自然四季中对生态水文过程的影响。同时对比通过变动范围法(Range of Variability Approach, RVA)分析水文情势得到的结果,讨论生态流量指标法的适用性。结果表明,金沙江梯级水库运行会对水库下游水文情势的产生较为显著的影响,主要体现在低流量以及枯水期的变化之上;生态流量指标和RVA在水文情势分析结果上具有一定的相似性,两者结合一起可以更好地分析水文情势的变化。
To evaluate the flow regime change in the lower Jinsha River after the operation of cascade reser-voirs, the change characteristics of flow regime in different periods were evaluated based on ob-served daily flow series at Pingshan hydrological station from 1951 to 2011 and the scheduling simulation data from 2031 to 2091 by using the eco-flow metrics based on flow duration curve. Meanwhile, the applicability of eco-flow metrics to evaluate the flow regime was discussed and compared with the results of flow regime obtained by using Range of Variability Approach (RVA). The results show that the operation of cascade reservoirs will lead to a significant change in flow regime at Pingshan hydrological station, which is mainly reflected in low flow and changes in low flow period. The results of flow regime obtained by using eco-flow metrics and RVA have a certain degree of similarity. Therefore, combination of the two groups of metrics provides a sufficient measure of the changes in the flow regime.

Abstract: 燃料乙醇是发展最为成熟的生物质能源,能够解决能源短缺及环境污染等问题,在人类的新能源布局中占据重要地位。但燃料乙醇产业仍存在生产成本高、原料短缺等问题。本文对燃料乙醇发酵节能技术、途径工程改造生产菌种及非粮原料利用方面的研究进展进行了综述,分析了燃料乙醇发酵技术中存在的问题,并对今后进一步研究提出了建议。
Bioethanol is the most mature biomass energy, which can solve energy shortage and pollution problems, oc-cupying the important position in the human new energy layout. But bioethanol industry had many problems such as high production costs and raw material shortages. In this paper, the new technologies including energy-saving fermenta-tion technology, pathway engineering to construct engineered strains and alternative materials were summarized. The developing direction for further investigation was discussed.

Abstract:
针对CCD在激光位移传感器中的应用,介绍了一种基于CPLD的线阵CCD驱动方法。对TCD1703C型号的CCD工作时序做了分析,设计了独特的时序产生方法,使CCD的扫描频率可在四种频率间切换,最高达10 MHz。采用Verilog语言编写了驱动代码,结合Modelsim、Timequest等EDA工具进行时序检查与约束。针对CCD信号峰值随扫描频率变化而变化的特点,设计了基于程控放大器的信号处理电路。最后搭建了测试系统,对该驱动方法进行实验验证。实验结果表明测试系统在四种扫描频率下都能正常工作,获得的CCD信号合适,满足激光位移传感器的应用需求。
A design of driving linear CCD based on CPLD was proposed, which was fit for laser displacement sensor. A unique timing generation method was proposed through the analysis of timing of TCD1703C. The scanning frequency can be changed, which is different from the past. There are four scanning frequencies to choose and the highest is 10 MHz. The timing code was written in Verilog language. Modelsim, Timequest and other EDA tools were used to constrain timing and optimize it. A circuit based on programmable amplifier was designed for signal processing. A test system was established and this driving method was tested on it. The result showed that the test system worked normally with all scanning frequencies and the signal from CCD was excellent. This design is suitable for CCD laser displacement sensor.

Abstract: Smith预测控制在实际应用中的难点在于很难得到实际系统精确的数学模型.通过Elman网络拟合传统Smith估计器的模型误差,并对其进行补偿.实验结果表明,这种基于Elman网络补偿模型的Smith预测控制充分利用了神经网络的非线性拟合能力,只要对纯滞后环节精确建模,就可以完全抵消纯滞后环节对控制品质及系统稳定性的不利影响.这种方法使得Smith预测控制可以用于模型不易精确确定的系统.
一种新型的光敏变容管的研究

Abstract: 本文提出了一种特种光敏器件——光敏变容器,它不但是一种压控电容器,而且还是一种光致变容器.样管采用高阻P型硅(ρ=12000Ω·cm)单晶材料制成,在激光辐射下,测出样管在光照前后的C-V特性曲线,样管的电容在光照前后有大的变化,样管与红外发光二极管对顶封装时,样管在红外光照射前后电容相对变化率可达35.1%.而用低阻P型硅(ρ=4Ω·cm)制成的样管,在同样条件下,电容量几乎不变,这为光电探测和光电子集成提供了新思路.

中国南海FLNG液化技术与关键设备方案研究

Abstract: 浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置(LNG-FPSO,简称FLNG)是集海上天然气的液化、储存、装卸和外运为一体的新型FPSO装置。近十年来随着深海油气开发的推进,国内外掀起了FLNG研究、设计的高潮,FLNG也成为中国开发南海深水天然气的重要技术手段。本文针对我国南海深水天然气开发,研究并提出一套具有自主知识产权的200万吨级/年的FLNG上部液化技术与关键设备方案,包括:双塔双胺液循环新工艺;适用于FLNG的改进DMR液化工艺;冷剂压缩机驱动与发电采用定型航改燃机;预冷与液化深冷主换热器采用自行开发的FLNG铝制绕管换热器,具有安全可靠和高效易操作的技术优势。最后对推进我国南海FLNG工程化实施提出了两点建议:(1)加强FLNG铝制绕管换热器国产化研制和试验;(2)提高FLNG工程化实践能力。
