Abstract:
本文研究中国上市公司实施的股权激励机制对公司绩效的影响。我们根据统计学假设检验原理,对股权激励实施前后企业的平均营业总额做出了显著性比较,探讨股权激励对企业规模的影响。其次,我们利用计量经济学原理分别以企业净利润和净资产收益率作为被解释变量,以股权激励行权阶段作为虚拟解释变量直接建立回归模型,客观地考查了在不同的行权阶段,股权激励对企业的盈利水平和经营质量的影响。研究结果表明,中国上市公司实施的股权激励对公司业绩具有一定的促进效果,但是这种促进效果在后期趋弱。
This paper studies the effects of equity incentive on the listed companies of Chinese stock market. We discuss how the equity incentive affects the performance indicators of the companies in dif-ferent exercise stages. Based on the hypothesis testing theory of statistics, we compare the com-panies’ average turnover before and after the implementation of equity incentive, in order to dis-cuss how the equity incentive affects the size of these companies. According to the principles of econometrics, we choose the profit and the rate of return (ROE) as the explained variables sepa-rately, the different exercise stages of the equity incentive as the dummy explanatory variables to establish regression models. The research results show that the equity incentive implemented by the listed companies in Chinese stock market has promoting effects in a degree on the performance of the companies, but the effects show unstable at later stages.

Abstract: 财务可持续增长模型是在财务理论研究和实践中被广泛采用的重要模型。本文首先分析了与Higgins模型相关的概念,重点阐述了相关因素变化时可持续增长模型和实际增长模型的构建过程、两种模型的差异及其可能引起的经济后果,并以案例分析的形式作了进一步验证。【关键词】平衡增长可持续增长实际增长差异敏感性一、平衡增长与可持续增长  平衡增长强调的是资产、负债和股东权益的成比例增长,目的是保持现有的财务风险不会增加。事实上,企业完全可以通过改变经营效率、调整财务政策或者发行新股的方式提高股东权益的增长率,同时按照股东权益的增长率安排负债以保持经营业绩平衡增长。但无论是改变经营效率、调整财务政策还是发行新股,其作用都是有限的,一旦公司在未来年度由于上述因素发生变化,不能够再获得足够的资金,原有平衡关系即被打破,销售增长率也随之下降,因此这种“平衡增长”并非可持续增长。

Abstract:
受干扰、衰落、多径、路径损耗和阴影等因素制约,当移动Ad-hoc网络中两个节点间的距离较远时,两者间通过单跳方式无法保证高质量的可靠通信。若在该网络中通过节点分簇建立多跳虚拟天线阵列,实现协同分集,就可以有效应对上述不利影响。本文从静态和动态两个方面,在研究了基于信噪比和基于维特比算法分簇方案的基础上,进一步探讨了动态分簇对利用编码存储互信息的需求,详细分析了分簇方案的特性,并依据现阶段分簇技术在理论和实践两方面取得的主要成果及二者之间的本质联系,对未来的研究和探索提出了建议。
The extremely poor performance owns to interference, attenuation, multi-path, path loss and shadowing. It makes it impossible to guarantee the quality and the reliability of the single hop communication between two nodes with long distance in mobile Ad-hoc network. The cooperative diversity could be achieved to counterbalance the above affects, once the multi-hop virtual mul-ti-antenna system was implemented with the aid of clustering the nodes. In terms of the static and dynamic clustering, this paper analyzed the characteristics of clustering schemes, according to the exploration of the mutual information accumulation with the aid of distributed space-time coding for dynamic clustering, in the light of the investigation of clustering schemes based on signal to noise ratio and Viterbi algorithm. On the basis of current achievement on theory and practice of clustering techniques and their essential relation, the proposals for future research and develop-ment were presented.

Abstract:
基于AT89S52单片机为核心控制单元,红外光电传感器为检测手段,设计开发一种自动寻迹智能车控制系统。本系统利用红外光电传感器阵列采集离散的路径信息,采用模糊控制方法改变电机方向和转速,缩短智能车控制响应时间,最终实现智能车在规定路径上自主识别路线、快速行驶。测试结果表明,在黑白等色差较大的赛道上该系统能够很好地满足智能车对路径识别性能,速度调节响应时间快,稳态误差小,具有良好的自主寻迹效果。
Based on the single-chip micro-controller AT89S52 for central control unit and infrared sensors for detection methods, a control system of automatic tracing intelligent car was designed and developed. This system uses an infrared photoelectric sensor array collection separated from the path information with the fuzzy control method to change electric engine direction and speed, reduce the intelligent vehicle control response time, and ultimately achieve the ability of the smart car to identify routes in the specified path and move fast. Test results show that, in black and white color of the larger track, the system is capable of good performance to meet intelligent vehicle path identification, speed adjustment of faster response time, small steady-state error and good self-searching effectiveness.
