血清糖类抗原125测定对心力衰竭患者预后评估的价值

Abstract: 摘要  目的:探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)测定对心力衰竭患者预后评估的价值.方法:201例心衰患者根据纽约心脏学会(NYHA)心功能分级标准分为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级,入院24h内测定血清CA125和血浆脑钠肽(BNP)浓度,将患者分为高CA125组(CA125≥35U/mL)和正常CA125组(CA125<35U/mL),比较两组患者住院死亡率;随访12±6个月,比较两组患者死亡率及再住院率;运用多因素logistic回归分析死亡相关因素.结果:两组患者的NYHA分级、超声心动图参数(左心房内径、左心室舒张末内径、左心室射血分数)、血浆B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平有显著性差别;高CA125组住院死亡率为20.0%,正常CA125组住院死亡率为3.1%,P=0.000;随访12±6个月,两组死亡率分别为22.9%和4.6%,再住院率分别为21.3%和3..8%;多因素logistic回归分析提示CA125是心衰患者死亡独立危险因素,OR=2.257,P=0.030.结论:CA125是心力衰竭患者预后的独立危险因素,对心力衰竭患的预后评估有一定价值.

Abstract: 作者在1975年就建议按辐射和环境标志来确定全球各气候带的界限。现时这些界限是根据各纬度的海面气压、温度、总云量和大气降水的平均值划定的。绘制气候图时考虑到了热带降水场和热带以外地带的气温场。
马兜铃酸Ⅰ,Ⅱ在大鼠体内的药动学研究

Abstract: 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定血浆中马兜铃酸Ⅰ(AAⅠ)和马兜铃酸Ⅱ(AAⅡ)浓度的方法,研究其在大鼠体内的药动学。方法:HPLC测定大鼠静脉注射AAⅠ和Ⅱ后的血药浓度,并进行药动学分析。结果:AAⅠ在0.056~56.3mg·L-1与峰面积比呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),样品平均回收率为88.7%,日内日间精密度的RSD均<8%。AAⅡ在0.192~11.52mg·L-1与峰面积比呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9989),样品平均回收率为85.8%,日内精密度的RSD<3%,日间精密度的RSD小于10%。按5mg·kg-1剂量尾静脉给予AAⅠ与AAⅡ混合物后,两者在大鼠体内的处置过程符合二房室模型,AAⅠ的主要药动学参数为:t1/2α(8.2±1.7)min,t1/2β(79.6±28.5)min,CL(0.010±0.003)L·min-1·kg-1;AAⅡ的主要药动学参数为:t1/2α(56.7±38.1)min,t1/2β(209±37.9)min,CL(0.003±0.001)L·min-1·kg-1。结论:AAⅠ和AAⅡ的HPLC简单可靠,可用于两者的血药浓度分析及药动学研究。静注给药后AAⅠ与AAⅡ的血药浓度的变化速度有较大差异,前者的分布和消除相对较快而后者相对较慢。

稻谷中脂类及其储藏特性研究进展

Abstract: ?与稻谷中含量较多的淀粉和蛋白质相比,脂类更容易促使稻谷陈化变质,脂类的变化被认为是导致陈化的最主要因素。稻谷淀粉脂肪体中的脂肪酸对淀粉的糊化特性有很大的影响,脂肪酸的烃链能与直链淀粉生成螺旋状的络合物,抑制淀粉的膨润作用。研究认为具有长链、饱和单甘酯的脂肪酸-直链淀粉复合体稳定性更好,而不饱和脂肪酸中的双键阻碍了脂肪酸与直链淀粉复合体的形成,并会影响淀粉糊化。本文综述稻谷脂类形态、功能特性、脂类变化与代谢途径。
P-糖蛋白诱导作用的研究进展

Abstract: P-糖蛋白(P-gp)是ATP结合盒转运体家族中重要的外排转运体。诱导作用可上调细胞外排转运体的表达并增强其功能,从而减少外源性有害异物造成的伤害,对维持细胞内环境稳态有重要作用。本文结合课题组的研究,综述了近年来P-gp的诱导模型、实验方法及其在新药研究中的应用。重点总结了多种P-gp的体外细胞诱导模型和体内动物诱导模型,检测P-gp基因、蛋白表达水平和外排转运功能的实验方法,以及P-gp与代谢酶、其他转运体的共同调节作用。同时介绍了以P-gp诱导进行临床解毒治疗的策略以及计算机辅助设计的P-gp诱导药效基团模型。本综述为临床前药物设计、新合成化合物诱导活性的筛选和潜在临床药物相互作用的预测提供一定的指导。
P-glycoprotein(P-gp)is an important efflux protein of ATP-binding cassette transporter superfamily. Cells could be protected from detrimental xenobiotics by the up-regulation of efflux pumps. In this review, an extensive literature search for P-gp induction research was conducted, and a focus was brought onto the P-gp induction models, experiment methods and its applications in drug discovery. We mainly introduced the in vitro cell-based models and in vivo rodent animal models for induction research, methods that investigate induction potency by detecting the protein, gene expression and efflux function, as well as co-regulation between P-gp and other transporters or drug metabolism enzymes. P-gp induction can serve as a clinical therapeutic strategy by reducing the intracellular concentration of deleterious xenobiotics significantly, and the in silico P-gp induction pharmacophore model was also discussed. This review could be of great importance for pre-clinical drug design, the screening of new synthesized compounds and the prediction of potential clinical drug-drug interactions
参麦注射液对脓毒症小鼠炎症的抑制作用

Abstract: 基于脓毒症全身炎症反应综合征的特点,探讨参麦注射液(Shenmai injection,SMI)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的脓毒症小鼠的炎症干预作用并考察雌雄差异。分别将雌、雄小鼠按体重随机分为空白对照组、LPS诱导的脓毒症模型组和SMI干预组。干预组腹腔注射SMI 14 d,再给予10 mg/kg LPS诱导脓毒症,考察小鼠生存率、血清炎症因子、小鼠体内重要脏器中炎症因子的mRNA表达以及脏器组织干湿比评价SMI的干预效果,并对比雌雄差异。结果表明,注射SMI可以明显抑制LPS诱导的小鼠脓毒症,并有显著的雌雄差异,表现为对雌鼠保护作用更显著;SMI可以不同程度的抑制雄鼠和雌鼠体内重要脏器中主要促炎因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α mRNA的表达,表现为IL-6 mRNA下调最显著,并与血清ELISA结果一致;通过考察组织干湿比发现,SMI对肝脏保护作用最显著。由此得出:SMI可通过不同程度调控LPS诱导的脓毒症小鼠体内主要脏器组织中炎症因子的表达,从而抑制血清中炎症因子分泌,进而显著降低其死亡率,且雌性小鼠保护作用更显著。
This study was to investigate the regulation of lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-induced sepsis in mice by preadministration of Shenmai injection(SMI)and the therapeutic differences between male and female, female and male mice were randomly grouped by weight, including control group, LPS-induced sepsis model group and SMI administration group. After preadministration of SMI for 14 days, 10 mg/kg LPS were intraperitoneally injected subsequently to induce sepsis. The survival rate of mice, level of serum cytokines and the mRNA expression of proinflammatory cytokines in main tissues were detected to evaluate the impact of SMI on LPS-induced sepsis mice. From the survival rate, which is considered as a gold standard of improvement in sepsis, significant protective effect can be observed after SMI pretreatment in LPS-induced sepsis mice, with a more significant effect shown in the females. Consisting with the serum cytokines levels, SMI significantly inhibited proinflammatory cytokines including IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA expression in tissues and the regulation of IL-6 was most significant, which was consistent with the results of ELISA in serum. Moreover, the liver tissue acquired a more evident impact than any other tissues, which fits with the ratio of dry/wet weight. SMI can significantly inhibit inflammatory response by delivery in advance in LPS-induced septic mice, which provides strong evidence for elaborating the mechanism in the treatment of cardiovascular disease-related inflammation and shock
超重力法脱除变换气中的CO2

Abstract: 用N2和CO2的混合气体模拟变换气,采用苯菲尔溶液为吸收液进行了超重力法脱除CO2的实验研究,考察了反应温度、系统压力、超重力水平、气液比对反应器出口CO2含量的影响。实验结果表明随着温度的升高和超重力水平的增强,反应器出口CO2含量先降后升;随着压力的升高,反应器出口CO2含量逐渐降低;液体流量一定时,随着气液比的增大,反应器出口CO2含量逐渐升高。
