追随力研究述评与展望

Abstract:
随着追随力概念的提出,学术界逐渐将研究重心从领导力转向了追随力。有关追随力的研究国外学者起步较早,国内仍处于初级阶段,就其概念和维度,学者们基于不同层面提出了不同的观点,但尚未达成一致。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结果发现:1) 追随力的概念仍缺少具有权威性的界定,理论基础相对薄弱,应对其概念作出清晰且权威的界定;2) 追随力研究应逐步从理论研究过渡到实证研究;3) 学者们应致力于追随力量表的开发和完善,以推动实证研究的发展;4) 对内隐追随力的测量考虑采用多视角、间接测量法进行研究;5) 应采用“动”“静”结合的整合视角考察追随力在组织中的作用。
With the mention of the followership, academic circles gradually turn the focus from leadership to followership. The study of the followership started earlier in abroad, it’s still in the primary stage in domestic. Scholars put forward different views based on different layers when involving the concept and dimensions, but a consensus has not yet reached. By combing the relevant literature published on domestic and foreign countries, the result shows: 1) The concept of followership is still lack of authoritative definition and relatively weak in the theoretical basis, so we need to define its concept more clearly and authoritatively; 2) The study of followership should be gradually changed from theoretical research to empirical research; 3) To promote the development of empirical research, scholars should be committed to the development and improvement of the scale of followership; 4) Implicit followership should be measured from multiple perspectives by indirect method; 5) The way of “dynamic” and “static” should be combined to explore the effect of followership in the organization.
番茄茎叶提取物对萝卜蚜杀虫效果研究

Abstract: 旨在探索番茄茎叶提取物对萝卜蚜的杀虫效果。通过不同溶剂提取物杀虫试验、番茄茎叶乙醇提取物室内浓度梯度生测试验、田间小区杀虫效果试验、提取物不同溶剂萃取杀虫试验、不同浓度乙酸乙酯的杀虫试验。结果显示,提取溶剂采用乙醇提取、提取物的室内生测半致死浓度为10.5mg/mL、高浓度的提取物田间杀虫效果较为理想、萃取溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯室内生测的半致死浓度为6.51mg/mL。
活性氧化铝改性纳迪克酰亚胺的性能研究

Abstract: 利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了纳米氧化铝改性纳迪克酰亚胺复合材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段对该材料的结构及表面断裂形貌进行了表征,其粒子尺寸为40~100nm。研究了氧化铝添加量对该复合材料耐电晕性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明:随着氧化铝含量的增加,材料的耐电晕性能显著增强,当纳米氧化铝质量分数为16%、试样厚度25μm、击穿场强60kV/mm时,耐电晕寿命达130h,是改性前的11倍;热分解温度为498.63℃,比掺杂前提高20℃,剪切强度略有降低。
服装入库作业的分析与仿真

Abstract: 入库作业一直是困扰着服装企业库存管理的首要问题,往往存在着人员工作强度大、入库效率低等问题。本文以服装企业仓储入库作业为研究对象,对服装企业的入库作业进行了调查。分析了仓储入库中从货物到达至装箱入库的流程,以及入库作业的特点和要求,讨论了入库作业的步骤。本研究还应用Arena仿真技术对入库作业进行模拟,得出入库作业的仿真模型。通过对仿真模型的实证研究,验证了所建模型的正确性,本研究结果可以用于服装企业入库作业的管理。

Abstract: 现阶段国家对纯电动汽车大力支持,纯电动汽车的产业线已经非常清楚。随着电动汽车产量的井喷,电动汽车的远程监控系统(安全辅助设备)将大量生产。然而电动汽车远程监控系统的终端在使用和生产过程中的维护及测试成本很难控制,直接影响了终端的质量和数据采集的精度。本文主要介绍电动汽车远程监控系统的终端在生产过程中的检测自动化。利用计算机软件与终端进行通讯,获取终端重要信息,指导操作人员快速处理问题,进而提高生产效率和产品质量。
At this stage, with the great support of pure electric vehicles from the State, pure electric vehicle industry line has been very clear. Along with the development of electric car production, electric vehicle remote monitoring system (safety equipment) will be mass produced. However, electric cars remote monitoring system terminal in use, maintenance of the production process and test cost is difficult to control, it has a direct impact on the quality of the terminal and the precision of data collection. This paper mainly introduces the electric vehicle remote monitoring system terminal in the production process of detection automation. By using computer software and terminal communication terminal, access to important information and guide the operators fast processing, thereby improving the production efficiency and product quality.

Abstract: 基于经济系统脆弱性的内涵,从敏感性和应对能力2个方面建立了旅游城市经济系统脆弱性评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定各评价指标的权重,运用集对分析法构建了脆弱性评估模型。以群岛旅游城市舟山为例,分析了1995~2010年舟山市旅游型经济系统脆弱性的演变特征及主要影响因素。结果表明①舟山市经济系统对不利扰动的敏感性呈下降趋势,区域应对能力波动上升,系统脆弱性整体上呈现不断下降态势;②敏感性的强弱对舟山经济系统脆弱性的影响居于主导地位;③总游客量增长率、旅游外汇收入占旅游总收入比重、地方财政自给率、客源市场集中度等是影响系统脆弱性的关键因子;地方财政自给率低、产业结构不合理及教育投入不足是阻碍区域应对能力提升的主要因素。
