The BP neural network algorithm was used to create a connection between the collected differential induced voltage signal and the thickness of tested aluminum foil with neural network toolbox in MATLAB environment.

Abstract:
目前,中小企业面临很严重的营销人员频繁跳槽的问题,严重影响了中小企业的健康发展,提高营销人员忠诚度是摆在中小企业面前的一个亟待解决的问题。本文通过问卷调查了解中小企业营销人员流动现状,旨在分析寻找影响中小企业营销人员忠诚度的关键因素,提出改进策略,为更多的中小企业搞好营销人员忠诚度的管理提供借鉴。
At present, the small- and medium-sized enterprises are all facing a very serious problem of fre-quent job hopping of marketing personnel, which impacts on the healthy development of small- and medium-sized enterprises seriously. Therefore, improving the small- and medium-sized enterprise marketing personnel loyalty is an urgent issue placed in front of the small- and medium- sized enterprise. In this article, our group makes the questionnaire survey to understand current situation of the small- and medium-sized enterprise marketing personnel, in order to analyze and find out the key factors affecting the small- and medium-sized enterprise marketing personnel loyalty. Then we could propose improvement strategies and provide reference for small- and me-dium-sized enterprises to do a good job in marketing staff loyalty management.

Abstract: 水在喷气燃料中的溶解度随温度的降低而降低,析出的微量水极易形成冰晶,而在喷气燃料中加入燃油系统防冰剂能有效增加水在相同温度下的溶解度。研究燃油系统防冰剂对水在不同喷气燃料中溶解度的影响对加强飞机燃油系统水管理具有重要作用。项目对水在3号喷气燃料、纯合成烃喷气燃料及50:50体积比含合成烃喷气燃料中的溶解度进行了测量,考察了二乙二醇甲醚及三乙二醇甲醚防冰剂的加入对水在上述三种燃料中溶解度的增强效果,同时对防冰剂加入浓度对提高水在燃料中溶解度的作用进行了探讨,建立了在3号喷气燃料中加入不同种类的防冰剂后,水在其中溶解度与温度的关系。
The solubility of water in the jet fuel decreases as temperature decreases. The free water precipi-tating out from jet fuel can be easily crystalized and adding fuel system anti-icing agent could ef-fectively increase water solubility at the same temperature. Research on the influence of fuel sys-tem anti-icing agent on water solubility in different jet fuels is very important for water manage-ment in fuel system of the aircraft. The solubility of water in No.3 jet fuel, pure synthesized hy-drocarbon jet fuel and 50:50 volume ratio jet fuel containing synthesized hydrocarbon is carefully measured. The effects of addition of DiEGME and TriEGME into jet fuel on water solubility are also studied. A complete discussion is carried out on the impact of concentration of anti-icing agent on improving water solubility in jet fuel. The relationship between temperature and water solubility in jet fuel with different anti-icing agents is also built in this paper.

Abstract:
自从2013年以来,PPP模式在基础设施和公共服务类项目中得到广泛运用。由于PPP项目具有资本投入大、投资周期长、回报慢等特点,PPP项目的融资安排是个难题。众筹融资作为一种新型高效的融资模式正在快速发展,本文对众筹融资模式运用到PPP融资安排中进行了可行性分析,同时对可能遇到的问题与挑战进行探讨,并在这基础上提出相关建议。
Since 2013, the PPP model in infrastructure and public service class is widely used in the project. Because the PPP project has huge the characteristics of capital investment, long investment cycle, and slow return, PPP project financing is a difficult problem. The Crowdfunding as a new and efficient financing mode is rapid development. In this paper, we analysed the feasibility of crowdfunding financing mode applying to PPP financing arrangements, at the same time discussed the possible problem and challenges, and put forward related suggestions on this basis.
投喂不同饲草的草鱼主养池塘中鱼类的生长和效益比较

Abstract: 在湖南省岳阳洞庭黄龙水产养殖股份有限公司生态养殖基地的鱼池中,分别投喂桂牧1号草、美国矮象草、苎麻3种饲草,研究草鱼主养池塘中鱼类的生长及效益。150 d的养殖试验结果表明:桂牧1号草组的草鱼增重率、特定增长率均显著高于美国矮象草组、苎麻组(P 0.05),但美国矮象草组中的鳙鱼增重率、特定增长率显著高于其他2组(P 0.05);投喂桂牧1号池塘中的鱼类总产量及效益最高,分别为934.25 g/m2、26 967.75元/hm2。综合分析,投喂桂牧1号池塘中的鱼类生长良好,且养殖效益最高。
