中国长喙壳属三个新记录种

Abstract: 研究了变色松木上Ophiostoma属的3个分离株,通过形态学比较和鉴定,属于我国的3个新记录种:Ophiostoma davidsonii,O.abtetinum,O.franke-grosmanniae。文中进行了形态学描述和近似种比较。
石竹花粉母细胞减数分裂的观察

Abstract: 采用常规压片法对石竹(dianthuschinensisl.)花粉母细胞减数分裂进行了细胞学观察。结果表明,减数分裂过程中存在二价体提前分离、赤道板外染色体、落后染色体、染色体不均等分离等异常现象,各时期的畸形率都低于3%,石竹的减数分裂过程基本正常,石竹染色体数目2n=2x=30。
2种轮胎噪声测试方法的参数转换

Abstract: ?为了准确预测轮胎惯性滑行法噪声测试结果,缩短轮胎噪声测试周期,对惯性滑行法与实验室转鼓法这2种轮胎噪声测试方法测试结果之间的定量转换关系进行了研究。由2种测试方法所得噪声数据的相关性分析,以及在半消声室进行实车条件下不同位置轮胎所发噪声的传播规律试验,得到了2种方法噪声测试数据之间的转换关系。研究结果表明:惯性滑行法与实验室转鼓法噪声测试结果呈线性相关关系,通过实验室转鼓法噪声测试数据可以准确预测惯性滑行法的测试结果;对C1类单个轮胎的实验室转鼓法噪声测试数据,应用转换关系得到的惯性滑行法轮胎噪声声压级预测结果与实测结果误差在0.5dB之内。研究结果对缩短低噪声轮胎开发周期,降低开发成本具有现实意义。
松材线虫病木中真菌的研究

Abstract: <正>采用联合国粮农组织开发的土地覆盖分类系统的分类体系,应用1991年与2002年的遥感影像(landsattm/etm+),对江阴市1991年、2002年市域范围内聚居地斑块的格局、位序一规模特征及其动态进行了研究。结果表明:1991~2002年,江阴市城市化过程发展迅速,聚居地总面积增加160%,突出表现为小城镇的扩张,期间小城镇的面积增长量约占聚居地总增长量的47%;聚居地体系的位序一规模分布的分维数由1.253增加到1.424,显示该市聚居地体系的位序一规模分布趋于均衡。各用地类型中周转率最高的裸地斑块的总面积下降了23%,聚居地总面积的相对比例则下降了70%,反映该市城镇化的相对速度有所下降。

黄瓜6磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶基因cDNA片段的克隆及表达分析

Abstract: 以黄瓜品种露丰为材料,根据已报道的6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶基因(6PGDH)的保守氨基酸序列设计简并引物,利用RT-PCR技术获得黄瓜6PGDH的cDNA同源片段,命名为CSPG(登录号为EU815934)。该片段长度为1207bp,包含一个936bp的开放阅读框(编码311个氨基酸)和271bp的PolyA3′非翻译区末端,无内含子;该基因编码的氨基酸序列与拟南芥、大豆、水稻、玉米、菠菜的6PGDH基因有75%以上的同源性。运用半定量RT-PCR技术对6PGDH基因的转录水平进行分析,结果表明该基因在叶、根、茎中均有表达,高温胁迫下的表达量高于常温对照,说明6PGDH基因与热胁迫相关。

Abstract: 摘要 海派散文是近现代中国最具有代表性的市民散文,其突出的特点是发现日常生活本身的美、幸福与乐趣,不求“载道”或本质,是传统文学中居于主流之外市井生活的发展与扩张。海派散文的发生与近现代上海的都市化进程相始终,本质上属于工商文化的精神造型。在一定的意义上,海派散文正体现了工商都会的主体意识,其所表达的是置身于现代工商社会中普通市民的人生感受与普遍心态,是近现代上海都市文化因内而外的主体性表现。海派散文作为近现代中国最具有代表性的市民散文或生活散文也同时标识着近现代中国工商化的进程。
Abstract:Shanghai prose is the most representative public prose in modern China. Its prominent feature is to find the beauty,happiness and fun in daily life without seeking the moral essence,which is the development and expansion of the street life outside of the mainstream of literary tradition. The occurrence of Shanghai prose is along with the process of the modernization of Shanghai,which belongs to the spirit moulding of industrial and commercial culture. In certain sense,Shanghai prose reflects the subject consciousness of the metropolis,telling citizen’s life feeling and popular attitude in modern industrial society which is the subjective expression of modern Shanghai city culture. Shanghai prose marks the process of commerce and industry in modern Chinese.

Abstract: The meiotic process of pollen mother cells in Dianthus chinensis L. was observed by traditional squash method. The results showed that abnormal phenomena, such as bivalent separated in advance, chromosomes scattered outside equatorial plate, lagging chromosomes and chromosome uneven separation, occurred in the process of meiosis. The meiotic process of D. chinensis was generally normal due to abnormality rate at different development stages below 3%. The chromosome number of D. chinensis was 2n=2x=30.
锁定重建钢板应用于髋臼横行后壁骨折的生物力学研究
BIOMECHANICAL STUDY ON LOCKED RECONSTRUCTION PLATE FOR INTERNAL FIXATION OF TRANSVERSE AND POSTERIOR WALL ACETABULAR FRACTURE

Abstract: 目的探讨锁定重建钢板行髋臼横行后壁骨折内固定的生物力学稳定性,为其临床应用提供生物力学依据。 方法取8具(16个)成人尸体髋臼标本,制备髋臼横行后壁骨折模型;根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组8个标本。实验组采用10孔后柱锁定重建钢板固定,对照组采用10孔后柱重建钢板联合前柱拉力螺钉及后壁螺钉固定。应用生物力学试验机对标本加载至供体体质量的5/6,加载速度15 N/s,计算加载时间并进行垂直加载。通过光栅位移传感器记录四边体内侧横向、骨折端纵向及后壁骨折块位移,比较两组生物力学稳定性。 结果实验组四边体内侧横向位移为(1.99±0.32)mm,大于对照组的(1.75±0.22)mm,比较差异无统计学意义( t=-1.735, P=0.105)。实验组骨折端纵向位移及后壁骨折块位移分别为(1.56±049)、(0.86±0.33)mm,均小于对照组的(1.64±0.51)、(1.01±0.35)mm,但组间比较差异亦无统计学意义( t=0.293, P=0.772; t=1.516, P=0.154)。 结论对于髋臼横行后壁骨折,应用锁定重建钢板内固定能提供足够的生物力学稳定性,同时避免了拉力螺钉的使用,显著降低了螺钉植入关节的风险。
ObjectiveTo discuss the biomechanical stability of locked reconstruction plate for internal fixation of transverse and posterior wall acetabular fracture so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical application. MethodsThe models of transverse and posterior wall acetabular fracture were established in 16 anti-corrosion acetabular specimens from 8 adult cadavers, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ( n=8). Fracture was fixed with 10-hole posterior column locked reconstruction plate in the experimental group, and with 10-hole posterior column reconstruction plate combined with anterior column lag screw and posterior wall screws in the control group. Biomechanical testing machine was used for loading of 5/6 donor body mass the specimen in a speed of 15 N/s; the loading time was calculated and vertical loading.The longitudinal and quadrilateral body displacements of fracture were recorded to compare the biomechanical stability was performed. ResultsThe quadrilateral body displacement of the experimental group[(1.99±0.32) mm] was greater than that of the control group[(1.75±0.22) mm], but there was no significant difference ( t=-1.735, P=0.105). The longitudinal displacement[(1.56±049) mm] and the displacement of the posterior wall fracture block[(0.86±0.33) mm] in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group[(1.64±0.51) and (1.01±0.35) mm], showing no significant difference between 2 groups ( t=0.293, P=0.772; t=1.516, P=0.154). ConclusionFor transverse and posterior wall acetabular fracture, application of locked reconstruction plate can provide sufficient biomechanical stability, reduce the risk of screw placement to acetabular joints.
