Abstract:

近年来,中国社会频繁发生企业社会责任缺失事件,暴露出企业在承担社会责任时存在较大问题,这引发我们对于企业社会责任态度影响因素的思考。本文在研究态度反应成分和模式的基础上,系统寻找企业社会责任态度影响因素,据此提出相应的建议和措施。
Recently, a lot of events which happen in China show the missing of social responsibility in enterprises. It exposes that there is a big problem in enterprises assume social responsibility, which causes our thinking about the attitude influence factors of corporate social responsibility. This article researches the attitude influence factors of corporate social responsibility systematic based on attitude reactions and patterns. Then, it puts forwards some recommendations and measures.

Abstract: 水在喷气燃料中的溶解度随温度的降低而降低,析出的微量水极易形成冰晶,而在喷气燃料中加入燃油系统防冰剂能有效增加水在相同温度下的溶解度。研究燃油系统防冰剂对水在不同喷气燃料中溶解度的影响对加强飞机燃油系统水管理具有重要作用。项目对水在3号喷气燃料、纯合成烃喷气燃料及50:50体积比含合成烃喷气燃料中的溶解度进行了测量,考察了二乙二醇甲醚及三乙二醇甲醚防冰剂的加入对水在上述三种燃料中溶解度的增强效果,同时对防冰剂加入浓度对提高水在燃料中溶解度的作用进行了探讨,建立了在3号喷气燃料中加入不同种类的防冰剂后,水在其中溶解度与温度的关系。
The solubility of water in the jet fuel decreases as temperature decreases. The free water precipi-tating out from jet fuel can be easily crystalized and adding fuel system anti-icing agent could ef-fectively increase water solubility at the same temperature. Research on the influence of fuel sys-tem anti-icing agent on water solubility in different jet fuels is very important for water manage-ment in fuel system of the aircraft. The solubility of water in No.3 jet fuel, pure synthesized hy-drocarbon jet fuel and 50:50 volume ratio jet fuel containing synthesized hydrocarbon is carefully measured. The effects of addition of DiEGME and TriEGME into jet fuel on water solubility are also studied. A complete discussion is carried out on the impact of concentration of anti-icing agent on improving water solubility in jet fuel. The relationship between temperature and water solubility in jet fuel with different anti-icing agents is also built in this paper.

Abstract:
采用Legendre伪谱法研究自由漂浮双臂空间机器人姿态运动最优控制问题。首先,根据系统动量矩守恒关系,对自由漂浮并带有双臂的平面型空间机器人建立动力学模型,并以系统关节的耗散能为性能指标,给出其最优控制问题描述。然后,利用Legendre伪谱法以多项式参数化近似状态变量与控制变量,微分方程用正交多项式近似,从而将连续最优控制问题转化为一组非线性规划问题求解。为解决空间机器人姿态规划问题提供了一种有效方法。最后,对自由漂浮双臂空间机器人姿态控制进行数值仿真,仿真结果表明Legendre伪谱法对解决该姿态运动最优控制问题的有效性。
The optimal attitude control of free-floating space robot system with dual-arm is discussed in this paper by using Legendre pseudospectral method. The simplified robot system dynamics model is established based on the linear and angular momentum conservation of the system. And the system constraints and performance index function based on system joints dissipation energy are determined to describe the optimal control problem. Then the continuous trajectory optimization is transformed into a discrete nonlinear programming problem (NLP) by using Legendre pseudospectral method. And the energy-optimal solutions are obtained with a NLP solver. An optimal attitude control method for the space robot is obtained. At the end of this paper, numerical simulations on the free-floating space robot attitude control problems are given. And the results verify the effectiveness of Legendre pseudospectral method on solving the optimal attitude control problem.

Abstract:
目的:比较不同种类酒对黄连生物碱类主要成分及含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC法测定酒黄连生物碱类主要成分及其中黄连碱、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱的含量。结果:不同酒炮制的酒黄连经HPLC检测,主峰数量和保留时间一致,总生物碱含量存在不同程度的变化。五种生物碱总含量变化,经高粱酒60?炮制增加最为明显,但经过劲酒35?炮制含量反而降低。结论:本研究发现经过高粱酒炮制能使生物碱类含量增加最为显著,为辅料酒的种类选择提供一定依据。
Objective: To compare the effect of different types of wine on the main compositions and contents of the alkaloids of Coptis chinensis. Methods: the main components of Wine rhizoma coptidis alkaloids and the contents of coptisine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine are determined by HPLC. Re-sults: After HPLC detection, peak number and retention time are consistent, but the content of total alkaloids varies in different degrees. After sorghum liquor 60? processing, the total alkaloids in-crease most significantly. But after Jingjiu 35? processing, the total alkaloids reduce. Conclusion: The research finds that after sorghum processing, the content of total alkaloids increases most signifi-cantly and that the sorghum processing can provide evidence for choosing the auxiliary wine.

Abstract:
出租汽车规划是解决中国城市出租汽车行业健康有序发展的有效途径。出租汽车巡游经营特性和政府管制决定了出租汽车规划的公共政策属性。现行出租汽车运营信息、经营权管理政策和社会需求等是出租汽车规划的基础信息,并且可以满足规划的需要。本文提出了遵循公共政策分析程序的出租汽车规划程序和内容,包括政策目标分析、政策规划、设定规划指标、建立需求平衡模型和方案设计,以及进行规划方案评价和可行性分析的要求。
The taxi industry planning is effective way to develop urban taxi industry healthily in China. The taxi characteristics of strolling operation and the government regulation have decided the taxi planning belonging to the pubic policy field. The present taxi operation information, taxi license and its property right of management regulatory policy, the social demand and so on are the foundation information for the taxi planning, and may fit the planning need. The paper presented an urban taxi industry planning procedure and the content depending on public policy analysis program, including the policy goal analysis, the planning of program, setting the planning index, developing the demand balance models, planning and design, as well as the planning evaluation and the feasibility analysis.
有色金属采用国际价格对国民经济影响的数学模型

Abstract: 本文以有色金属采用国际价格为例,建立了产品价格变化对国民经济影响的数学模型。在假设现行税收制度及工资不变的条件下,模型包括了四个主要部分,即价格子系统,行业财务核算子系统,财政子系统和消费价格子系统。根据这个数学模型编制出的计算机程序,可用于各种价格改革方案的测算和比较,而有色金属采用国际价格可以看作一种价格改革方案,各种价格测算分析的结果可以为有色金属总公司领导制定正确的方针政策提供科学依据。我们测算了若干年有色金属采用国际价格的方案,并取得了满意结果。

Abstract: ?根据经验模式分解(empiricalmodedecomposition,简称emd)方法分解白噪声而得到的本征模式函数分量的能量密度与其平均周期的乘积为-常量这-特性,本文建立了-种滤波去噪方法,即emd滤波去噪法。通过模拟数据试验分析表明:emd可以作为-种去噪滤波器,emd方法的去噪能力与噪声水平有关,对于噪声方差小于信号振幅且无高频信号时,其滤波去噪的效果良好;emd方法的去噪能力还与待滤波数据中是否含有高频信号有关,而当噪声水平较大且待滤波的序列中又具有高频信号时,滤波曲线会出现明显的失真现象。
