Abstract:
采用问卷法调查了213名高中生认识论信念、课堂认知闭合需要和学习策略的关系。研究结果表明:1)知识的稳定性正向预测深层学习策略,全知全能的权威负向预测深层学习策略。2) 对结构的偏好正向预测表层学习策略以及深层学习策略;对确定性的偏好负向预测深层学习策略。3) 知识的结构、知识的稳定性通过对结构的偏好间接预测表层学习策略和深层学习策略;知识的结构通过对确定性的偏好间接预测深层学习策略。
This study aimed to investigate the relationship of epistemological beliefs, need for closure in classroom, and learning strategies by using questionnaire among 213 Chinese high school students. Research results demonstrated that the stability of knowledge significantly and positively predicted deep learning strategy, whereas omniscient authority significantly and negatively pre-dicted deep learning strategy. Furthermore, preference for structure significantly and positively predicted both surface and deep learning strategies, whereas preference for certainty significantly and negatively predicted deep learning strategy. In addition, the structure and stability of know-ledge were found to predict both deep and surface learning strategies indirectly through preference for structure, and structure of knowledge predicted deep learning strategy indirectly through preference for certainty.

Abstract:
本文提出了计算四维非线性系统最简规范形的新方法,得到了计算四维非线性系统最简规范形的通用公式,并将该方法用于计算受横向和面内载荷共同作用的功能梯度材料矩形板系统的平均方程。理论结果表明,功能梯度材料矩形板系统在区域I内是稳定的,最后,利用四阶Rung-Kutta算法对功能梯度材料矩形板系统的稳定性行为进行数值模拟。
This paper presents a new computation method for obtaining a significant refinement of the sim-plest normal form for four dimensional nonlinear systems. The formulae are derived, which can be used to compute the coefficients of the simplest normal form and the associated nonlinear transformation. By using the simplest normal form theory, the stability analysis of a simply-sup- ported functionally graded materials (FGMs) rectangular plate subject to the transversal and in- plane excitations is investigated. It is seen that the stability is exhibited under certain circum-stances. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta algorithm is utilized to do numerical simulation of the sta-bility behavior of the FGM rectangular plate.

Abstract:
近年来,过氧化氢(H2O2)作为对流层大气中的一种重要污染物引起了许多研究者的关注。本文对近年来使用较为广泛的H2O2的测定方法及其各自优缺点进行了综述。着重介绍了螺旋管吸收法、膜扩散吸收法、冷阱捕集法、鼓泡吸收法以及雾液吸收法等H2O2的采样方法。同时还介绍了傅立叶红外法、分光光度法、化学发光法、滴定法、酶化法、荧光法等H2O2的分析方法。每种采样和分析方法都具有各自的优缺点,因此改进和优化H2O2采样和分析方法仍是今后大气H2O2研究的重点之一,该研究对准确分析大气中H2O2的浓度、了解H2O2在对流层大气中的化学过程非常重要。
Hydrogen peroxide is a kind of important pollutants in the troposphere. This work reviewed the progress on the sampling methods including solenoid absorption, membrane diffusion scrubber, cryogenic trap, impinger, and fog liquid absorption for hydrogen peroxide. The analytical techniques for hydrogen peroxide, such as Fourier infrared method, spectrophotometry, chemiluminescence, titration, and enzymatic method, were also discussed in this work. Modification of method is very important for an accurate analysis of the hydrogen peroxide concentration, because each sampling and analytical methods has its advantages and disadvantages. The study of the sampling methods and analyti-cal techniques is elementary for understanding the tropospheric chemistry of hydrogen peroxide.

Abstract:
本文结合He-Na激光诱变技术及抗生素抗性筛选方法选育达托霉素高产菌株。以达托霉素生产菌玫瑰孢链霉菌DA15-2为出发菌株,利用激光技术进行诱变育种,结果通过对致死率和正突变率的考察,适宜的诱变剂量为辅照功率20 mW及辅照时间20 min。在不同浓度梯度的达托霉素及链霉菌复合抗性平板上筛选诱变后的菌株,筛选到一株产达托霉素发酵单位100 mg/L的菌株DA15-23,比出发菌株提高了75.8%。实验证明结合激光诱变及抗生素抗性筛选得到了高产达托霉素的菌株。
In this paper, He-Na laser irradiation and antibiotics resistance selection method were used to screen daptomycin high-producing strains. He-Na laser irradiation was applied to screen dapto-mycin high-producing strain from original strain of Streptomyces roseosporus DA15-2. The optimum mutagenesis dose was irradiation power 20 mW and irradiation time for 20 min, which was determined based on survival rate and positive mutation rate. The mutant strains on the plates of combined antibiotics resistance of daptomycin and Streptomyces at different concentrations were screened and a mutant strain DA15-23 was obtained, whose yield of daptomycin was 100 mg/L, which increased 75.8% compared to that of the parental strain. It was demonstrated that laser irradiation and antibiotics resistance selection combined method provided a fast and effective way of screening Streptomyces roseosporus.

 In recent years, brain plasticity in cognitive neuroscience has become an important research direction. There are structural and functional plasticity. This paper introduces patterns of experience-induced functional plasticity in brain and their determining factors. There are three patterns, including activation decreases, activation increases and reorganization of activation. Finally, the clinical and educational significance in brain plasticity after practice is mainly concluded.
低剂量全氟辛酸对雄性黑斑蛙生殖毒效应及机理研究

Abstract: 针对新型环境有机污染物全氟辛酸(PFOA)对两栖动物的毒效应问题,以黑斑蛙(Rananigromaculata)为实验对象,研究了低剂量PFOA暴露对雄性黑斑蛙生殖毒效应及机理.结果表明,在0.001~1mg·L-1低剂量体外暴露20d条件下,PFOA能够显著诱导黑斑蛙精子发生畸形,相对于对照组,精子畸形率呈现明显的剂量-效应关系.酶联免疫试剂盒检测发现,除0.001mg·L-1诱导组外,0.01、0.1和1mg·L-1暴露组的血清雄性激素睾酮和雌性激素雌二醇含量分别显著降低(p<0.01,F=288.7)和上升(p<0.01,F=289.0),说明PFOA作用下黑斑蛙体内性激素水平受到改变.采用荧光定量PCR技术进行进一步的分子生物学检测,发现与性激素水平密切相关的两个基因P450芳香化酶和类固醇激素合成因子(SF-1)均增强表达(0.001mg·L-1诱导组,p<0.05;0.01、0.1和1mg·L-1暴露组,p<0.01,F=140.8).全氟辛酸对两栖类动物的雄性生殖毒效应机理主要是通过介导与性激素分泌相关的两个重要基因P450芳香化酶和类固醇激素合成因子,使其表达上调,从而一方面抑制睾酮的产生,另一方面促进性激素雌二醇的分泌.在0.001mg·L-1的体外暴露剂量下,PFOA就能够明显诱导黑斑蛙精子产生畸形毒性及增强P450芳香化酶和SF-1基因的表达(p<0.05),因此,为保护两栖动物种群,在制订PFOA地表水环境质量标准时应当考虑其下限不能低于0.001mg·L-1.
