初中生家庭教养方式、自我表露以及孤独感的关系研究

Abstract: 本研究试图了解中学生家庭教养方式、自我表露和孤独感的关系。并进一步探讨初中生与同伴自我表露在家庭教养方式与孤独感关系中的中介效应。采用问卷调查法,使用家庭教养方式量表(PBI)、青少年与同伴自我表露问卷(邹泓编制)以及青少年孤独感问卷(阿舍编制),被试为365名初中生,全部数据使用spss17.0统计软件处理。结果显示:1) 对于不同性别,只有父亲鼓励自主和母亲鼓励自主存在显著差异。对于不同的年级,在母亲鼓励自主和关爱因子上存在显著的差异。2) 家庭教养方式、自我表露与孤独感维度之间存在相关关系。3) 孤独感的维度能够被家庭教养方式或者自我表露的某些维度预测到。4) 中介效应检验程序证实,初中生家庭教养方式的母亲关爱维度可以直接影响孤独感,也可以通过影响个体与同伴自我表露水平的亲密友谊维度影响孤独感即起着部分中介作用。
The purposes of this study are to investigate the relationship of middle school students’ parental rearing pattern, self-disclosure and loneliness, and to further explore the mediating effect of middle school students’ self-disclosure with peers on the relationship of parental rearing and loneliness. Using questionnaire method, the authors consulted many relative papers, and investigated 365 middle school students by “parenting assessment scale (PBI)”, “adolescent self-disclosure with peers questionnaire” and “adolescent loneliness questionnaire”. Data were analyzed using spss 17.0. Results showed that: 1) for different genders and grades, there is only significant difference between encouraging independence from father and that from mother; 2) parental rearing pattern, self-disclosure and loneliness have association with each other; 3) parental rearing pattern, and self-disclosure are significant predictors of loneliness; 4) mediating effect test proves that dimension of mother care in middle school students’ parental rearing pattern can directly affect loneliness, and also can affect that by influencing dimension of close friendship of self-disclo- sure with peers, which is a partial mediator.
加砂泥浆在砂性地层中成膜效率试验

Abstract: 在泥浆中添加粗粒材料是解决高透水地层成膜困难的一个重要手段,但粗粒材料在泥浆中容易产生沉降分离,制约了粗粒材料堵塞地层机制的研究。为揭示含粗粒材料的泥浆在砂性地层中的堵塞机制,通过自制试验仪器开展添加轻质砂的泥浆在砂性地层中侵入成膜特征影响的试验研究。结果表明:选取轻质砂作为粗粒材料可以有效解决粗粒材料沉降分离对试验结果的影响; 部分无法成膜的泥浆通过添加粗粒材料,可以实现成膜的目的; 适量添加粗粒材料可以有效缩短成膜时间和降低成膜滤失量,改善成膜效率,但添加量达到一定值,其改善效果降低; 粗粒材料在地层大孔隙中架桥堵塞形成泥膜骨架结构,泥膜质量得到提高; 粒径为0.5 mm的轻质砂在试验砂性地层中成膜效果较好,选取合适粒径的粗粒材料对成膜效果尤为重要; 添加量和粒径范围是两个关键的影响因素,二者范围的确定可为实际工程泥浆的制备提供指导。
It is an important method to solve the problem of film forming difficulty in high permeability strata by adding coarse-grained material to slurry.However, the coarse-grained material is easy to settle and separate in the slurry, which restricts the clogging mechanism study of coarse-grained material.The experiment on the influence of the invading and film formation characteristics of slurry adding light-weight sands in sandy strata was carried out by self-made experimental instruments, and the clogging mechanism of slurry containing coarse-grained materials in sandy strata was revealed.The results show that choosing light sands as coarse-grained materials can effectively solve the influence of the settlement and separation of coarse-grained materials on the tested results.The purpose of film forming can be achieved by adding coarse-grained materials into slurry which was unable to form film.With proper addition of coarse-grained materials, the film formation time can be effectively reduced and the filter loss can also be decreased, improving film formation efficiency.However, as the addition amount reaches a certain value, the improvement effect is weakened.The slurry skeleton structure is formed due to the clogging and bridging action of coarse-grained materials in large strata pores, and the quality of slurry film is improved.The light sand with a particle size of 0.5 mm has good film forming effect in the tested sandy strata.So it is especially important to choose the appropriate size of the coarse-grained material for the film forming effect.The additive content and size range are the two key factors, and the range determination of the two factors can guide the slurry preparation for practical engineering

黄独素B诱导小鼠急性肝损伤及其机制

Abstract: 目的:观察黄药子中的二萜内酯类成分diosbulbinB(DB)诱导的急性肝毒性,并进一步探讨其对小鼠血清中炎性细胞因子和肝脏血红素加氧酶1(hemeoxygenase-1,HO-1)表达的影响。方法:小鼠一次性灌胃给药DB(0,113,150,200mg·kg-1),通过检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性来观察DB诱导的急性肝损伤,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),白细胞介素4(IL-4),白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的含量,采用免疫印迹法(Westernblot)观察HO-1的表达。结果:血清ALT,AST,ALP结果显示,DB113mg·kg-1灌胃后24h,DB没有引起肝毒性;在150mg·kg-1时,DB引起微弱的肝损伤;到200mg·kg-1时,DB诱导明显的肝损伤。ELISA结果显示,DB能够剂量依赖性的增加血清中TNF-α的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),DB(200mg·kg-1)能够降低IL-4的含量(P<0.01),而不同剂量的DB对IL-1β的含量均没有明显影响。Westernblot结果显示,DB(200mg·kg-1)能够明显诱导肝组织中HO-1的表达(P<0.01)。结论:由TNF-α介导的炎性肝损伤以及氧化应激损伤可能是DB所诱导的急性肝毒性的主要原因。

Abstract: ?通过概化模型模拟人工鱼礁,使用三维adv测量投放模拟鱼礁后的流场,分析其影响区域内的水流流速分布、紊动强度分布等。通过流速场分析,得到单个和组合人工鱼礁在水深以及流向上的影响范围;通过紊动场分析,发现紊动强度在鱼礁后方存在两个峰值。水流结构的多变性为鱼类提供了适宜的栖息地。

Abstract: 本文对10°-40°n,60-130°e的区域内的1956-1984年4到8月的月平均100hpa位势高度进行了经验正交函数(eof)分析,分离出了主要四个特征向量场,它们分别表示了南亚高压的平均强度,南北摆动、东西振荡和脊线走向的主要特征,为进一步分析南亚高压及其活动特征提供了新参数。本文还分析了南亚高压的主要活动特征与我国夏季降水的关系,分析结果表明南亚高压及其活动特征对我国夏季降水具有重要影响,这与天气经验是一致的。它们与降水的相关关系也为长期预报提供了参考依据。

Abstract:
纳米材料能够赋予产品以奇特而优异的性能。但因目前科技发展水平和生产成本的制约,完全以纳米材料替代常用的传统材料还不现实。为满足新型金属耐磨材料的发展和应用需求,简便可行且成本低廉的金属耐磨材料纳米改性技术就显示出了独特优势和重要性。本文简要介绍了最近十几年来我们课题组在金属耐磨材料纳米改性研究与应用方面的有关进展,试图说明材料纳米改性科学技术的支撑作用和利用材料纳米改性科学技术优势进行产品创新的重要性,采用纳米改性技术可以在纳米尺度上控制材料的局部、表面或整体,使材料的性能潜力得到更有效地发挥,可以显著提高装备制造业产品或零部件的使用性能、寿命和可靠性。
Nano-materials can endow the products with unique and excellent properties. However, to replace com-pletely the traditional materials with nano-materials is not reality due to the current level of science and technology de-velopment and the control of production cost. To meet the requirements of development and application of wear-resis-tant metallic materials, simple and inexpensive nano-modification technology shows the unique advantage and impor-tance. This paper briefly introduces the research and application progress of our group in the wear-resistant materials nano-modified in recent ten years, trying to illustrate the supporting role and importance of nano-modification science and technology of materials, and the advantages of nano-modification of materials during product innovation. Using the nano-modification technology can control of the surface, or local, or overall of materials in nanometer scale to more effectively play the performance potential of materials, can significantly improve the performance, life and reliability of products or parts in equipment manufacturing industry.
氢氧化钠-钢渣双碱法烧结烟气脱硫工艺

Abstract: 在鼓泡反应器中考察了氢氧化钠-钢渣双碱法烧结烟气脱硫的主要影响因素。结果表明,在温度为常温,钢渣反应时间为2h,钢渣加入量为40g,SO2进口浓度为2400mg/m3,钢渣粒径为200目以上,烟气流量为0.05m3/h,循环液pH保持在7~8,Na+浓度为0.5mol/L,循环液为500mL的条件下,脱硫率可长时间保持在80%以上。同时,对钢渣-氢氧化钠双碱法烧结烟气脱硫机理进行了探讨。
